The local infrastructure is second-to-none with all the amenities you could wish for within walking distance including supermarkets, restaurants, river bathing and cross-country skiing. Located a mere 20 kms from the Austrian border, major skiing resorts are nearby and our very own Neuschwanstein Castle only a 20-minute drive.

Von hier aus erreichen Sie das Münchner Stadtzentrum zum Sightseeing, Ausstellungen, sowie das Oktoberfest bequem mit S-Bahn, Zug oder PKW in ca. 30 Min. Die Messestadt Riem (Konzerte u. Messen) nur 20 Min. Die Allianz Arena ist ebenso leicht mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. No luxury estate but an authentic and cosy Bavarian family house with barbecue facility, parking areas, terrace, verandah and a garden house with Sauna. E-car owners will find a Wallbox (11kW, Type 2). Fully equipped brand new kitchen, modern bathrooms (floor heating), flat screen TV, free Wifi and a piano. New wooden floors in the whole house.

Ideally located to discover the historical center of Munich and the Nymphenburg Castle, this confortable roof terrasse appartment will allow you to discover the German "Gemütlichkeit" (cosiness) with a French touch (as we are a French/German Family). You will access this apartment through a lift and enjoy the view over the charming old historical buildings on one side of the appartement and over the modern Munich skyline on the terrasse side. You can also use our open fireplace and piano.

Das Chalet ist ein behaglicher Platz für Paare und Familien und grenzt direkt an unserem alten Haus. Ausstattung: SW-Terrasse mit Gartenzugang, kleine Schlafkammer, großes Schlafzimmer, kleine Küche, holzverkleidetes Wohnzimmer vor Panoramafenster, mit separater runden Essecke ganz in Holz. Ruhige Wohnlage inmitten von Gärten. Nur wenige Gehminuten bis zum Kochelsee, der Schiffsanlegestelle, dem Franz Marc Museum. In direkter Nähe gibt es ein breites Freizeit- und Kulturangebot.

Holiday apartment ideal for families with kids

Our historic house is located close to a creek and is the perfect place for a break on the beautiful Ammersee. As a young family, we know what it means to go on vacation with small children and lots of luggage. That's why we want to make your stay as pleasant as possible. From our own parking lot, ground-level entrance, crib and baby chair to a stationary changing table, we have placed great importance on things that are also important to us on our own trips.

"Haus mit See", Sauna, Whirlpool and Games Room

Corona free and well disinfected! Enjoy a peaceful stay in our idyllic house with large garden, trampoline, outside sauna & private lake, 20km south of Munich. The house has 4 bedrooms, a whirlpool, a well equipped kitchen, a games room, a living room with fireplace, large sofas & TV. There are 3 showers in total and two bathrooms. We want to provide a safe retreat and a home away from home in these crazy times. We will always disinfect the house thoroughly!

Happy Mountains Apartment 3. "Öfelekopf"

Apartment Öfelekopf is so named for its amazing view of the mountains. This luxury modern apartment was completely refurbished in 2021 and offers everything for a relaxing break. This apartment would suit a couple who enjoy the outdoors, but also like to wind down in luxury...breakfast on the balcony, Netflix on the corner sofa, shower under the stars in the beautiful bathroom and sleep like a baby in the huge comfortable bed.
