We loved our stay! The house was beautifully decorated. Super clean, plenty of space!! We loved the lower level, where we played all the games. It was above what we expected. The best part, our kids actually stayed off their phones and enjoyed everything there was to do. They provide so many boardgames, and so much more! Truly worth every penny. Can not wait till the summer where we will be returning to ride the trails, and enjoy the river! Thank you Cherry and Richard for opening this home for others to enjoy!!

Beautiful area. We enjoyed snow shoeing down to the lake. The cabin felt roomy and we gathered at the large table in the sun room to do crafts. Perfect for our group of 5. There are mice, so be prepared for extra cleaning and sanitation in the kitchen area. The fireplace added to the warm ambiance and we appreciated the availability of wood and kindling right outside the door.

This place was amazing for our group! We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back again. They had everything we needed and more. It was such a comfortable space and so much for our group to do!!

We stayed at this home as a group of 10, 5 couples. There was a ton of space for everyone to have their own room. We loved the huge table we could all sit at. The sauna was a big hit. We would love to stay here again!

Great spot for our Lutsen vacation and right by the cross country ski trails. Comfortable and a lot of space, kids loved the game room.

Really enjoyed our recent stay at the Chester Slab. It's in a cozy neighborhood up the hill from downtown. As we were interested in seeing UM Duluth, it was a handy location (campus is a 5 minute walk away). The home has great artistic decor - a combo of retro and new touches come together to make this a cozy, appealing, and relaxing space to be in. We sat on the big couch looking out the window at the far-off lake, drinking the awesome coffee provided. Played some records on the record player. We loved local restaurant (15 min walk) Sara's Table, the bakery Positively 3rd Street, and taking a short drive to see Point Park (included driving over the Lift Bridge). A couple of days we travelled up the coast and checked out lakefront parks and hiking trails. Had a nice beer at Superior Brewing. Stephanie was a friendly and responsive host - we hope to return in summertime! PS - the sauna's great too

This was hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had at a Airbnb! I really did feel right at home at Michelle’s place! I loved feeling like I had my own little place, but also wasn’t alone if I needed anything. Would definitely rent again!

Derik was a great host. The pre-arrival online guidebook was very helpful in helping us plan our visit. We stayed for an event at Curl Mesabi in Eveleth. Trust me curlers, watching the other streams on the giant screen in the living room was fun (think LIFE SIZED curling stream!). The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of pots, pans, and extras. Although the house seemed smaller on the outside, there is a ton of space inside and would have accommodated way more people than our group. We loved that there are several areas for lounging that allow people to spread out. We hope to stay again in the future!
