Great house in a great location. Only feedback would be that the house could do with a second shower given it’s a 4 bedroom place, otherwise was perfect for our family.

A few years ago my partner and I went to Rotorua and stayed with Graham and Sarndra, we loved it so much we made a point to come back and stay with them again. Graham and Sarndra are amazing hosts, they’re friendly, kind and extremely caring. They go the extra mile for their guests and are happy to share their knowledge of amazing places to go and see. We have always felt right at home coming to their place and love spending time with their very much loved animals. We could not recommend more highly coming to stay. Their guest house is always extremely clean, quiet and a short drive from many amazing things to do and see. You’ll always will have what you need coming to their guest house and won’t go without. Highly recommend staying, we know we will be back again and won’t be booking anywhere else to stay when we visit.

We had the coziest stay here! The area was quiet and private, but close to everything we needed. The spa and backyard area was really nice to have, too :) we highly recommend El Mexicano Zapata, a mexican restaurant near the downtown area!!! Fe was very responsive and helpful, we would definitely stay here again. Thank you!!

We had a great stay at Roszarri's and really enjoyed the pool! It was close and convenient to lots of things.

Appreciative of how super clean everything was. Quiet neighborhood. The layout of the 3 bedrooms worked out perfectly for our family of 5. Very close drive to the main area of Rotorua. Highly recommend this place!

Beautiful house for family. Good location (10 mins drive to grocery / restaurants/ shops) and nice neighbourhood. The host has prepared everything we need and make it so tidy. Would love to return next time for holidays

Ashleigh allowed us to enter before our scheduled time because it was wet and we were early and tired. She was extremely friendly and charming. Little Alice (aged 7) was thrilled to see the lovely toys and played for hours with them. We will happily come back soon.

Lovely flat, in a perfect location. There’s nowhere better to stay in rotorua. Kristin was a great host, responsive and has brilliant recommendations on things to do.

Stuart's place is 100% in everyway. A well presented home, has a well equipped kitchen, it could use a fry pan lid. Think maybe the bbq isnt used much, was a bit rusty. This didnt change me wanting to give a five 5 star review. The deep bath is amazing. The view, the privacy, and the quite space, were amazing, it was a great place to come back to after a day of sightseeing. It was just what we were looking for. Wonderful host, friendly. Would re book if back his way again.

We had a wonderful stay!! The place was very clean and had everything needed for a great stay. Ali was there to greet us and provided very useful and helpful information that helped our stay in Rotorua. A very wonderful host. We went to dinner from one of the recommendations in the booklet and had an amazing meal! Would definitely come back and highly recommend to anyone looking for a great stay in rotorua !

閑静な住宅の裏手でとても静かにくつろげました。Whakarewarewa Forestの Waipaカーパークまで自転車で15分ほどです。自転車に乗ったり、ポーチで猫と本を読んだり、自転車のメンテナンスをしたり、自由にのびのびと過ごせました。ホストのTonyさんはフレンドリーで長期滞在の私に気をかけてくれ、タオルの交換や消耗品の補充などを積極的に行ってくれました。食料品の買い出しはNEW WORLD、洗濯や軽い買い物は近くのLandromatまで自転車で通いました。徒歩だと少し遠いかもしれませんが、City Busのバス停が近くにあるので大抵は問題ないでしょう。

Jo and Murray’s studio is just what we wanted. A very quiet, comfortable and relaxing place. It’s also a great location. Murray was incredibly helpful with ideas for exploring the Rotorua area and we really appreciated his help!

We had a terrific stay at Shelley's apartment. We appreciated being a little out of town in a quiet area with great views. Th location is still within easy reach by car from anything that you would want to do around Rotorua but with more privacy and calm than a city accomodation. The apartment is great - all the furnishings and facilities are high quality. The two bedrooms are not large but roomy enough for two and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean and there is a well appointed kitchen area - we had most of our meals in the apartment. Just like eating at home. Shelly is a great host - very friendly and responsive with communications. A very helpful person.

Sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Sehr gut ausgestattete, gemütliche Unterkunft über zwei Etagen. Schöner Ausblick auf den See, zwei Terrassen. Bei sternklarer Nacht waren die Milchstraße und das Kreuz des Südens sehr gut zu sehen.

Susanne is very kind. She answered all my questions warmly. Also, the place is perfect for tourist. I could find the door easily and many places are within walking distance. She gave me a handwritten map. It was great moment to stay here.

We had a wonderfully cosy stay and I'd recommend a stay here to anyone looking for good amenities and a base for seeing Rotorua and all the amazing things it has to offer. Great hosts as well! Barbara is very responsive with messaging and when we met Phil upon check-in he was very warm and friendly. The location is quiet and peaceful but also close enough to town to be very convenient.

Great space - excellent location! Comfortable and nice touches. No hair dryer available but other than that it has exceeded our expectations. Lovely venue! Will stay again.

I had a good time with my family and friends there. Great host and easy to check in The place is very spacious. Would def book again if I had to go to Rotorua.
