What really stood out about this place was just how much bigger it actually is than how it looks in the photos. It’s well worth the money and it is a gorgeous place to stay in. The neighbourhood is private and out of the way, you aren’t too far away from Austin or San Antonio so driving to places doesn’t feel like a chore.

First, the house was very nice; comfortable yet clean and elegant. Second, the property is well taken care of. Our family had a wonderful and much needed relaxing time. Everything was perfect.

We loved our stay in this tiny home! Everything was great-- the space was sweetly decorated and well-thought-out. I loved the light through the windows in the morning. The kitchen was very well stocked with quality cookware, and the location was convenient to the Renaissance Festival and doing a few other things in Austin. When we ran out of paper towels, management came over and got more for us almost immediately-- very attentive. The neighborhood of tiny homes is cute, tucked in the back of an RV resort.

Excellent weekend. The only issue that we had during the entire time is we could not get the hot tub to heat up. Outside of that we had a blast.

We enjoyed this very cozy beautiful comfortable private ideal setting for a relaxing and enjoyable time away but still close to all you need!

Absolutely gorgeous house! Everything was perfect for our girls weekend getaway. Very spacious, bathrooms in every room was a huge plus. The scenery is beautiful, looking over the lake is the best part. Host was super responsive and helpful with any questions I had. Highly recommend!

We stayed here for my 30th birthday trip, and it was amazing! The house was spotless, and all the beds were super comfortable! The location was perfect, allowing us to explore the area easily. Robin was really quick to respond to our questions. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great getaway!

Lage Lage Lage !!!! Die Unterkunft von Blake im Zentrum von Austin war absolut Mega. Wir waren mit unseren Kindern dort. Alle haben sich wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist modern und sauber. Die Lage ist absolut Hammer weil man in Minuten in der Stadt ist oder allem anderen. Ich kann es nur empfehlen und wenn wir mal wieder in Austin sind werden wir dort erneut übernachten.

Everything was delivered as promised as far as amenities and what to expect on arrival. Nice coffee shop and breakfast in lobby. Very nice room and bed. Rooftop pool was very relaxing. Wife enjoyed it as well! Will be back! Cons: Lighting in room. Room key sometimes malfunctioned in elevator. Suggestion: room keys on apps. Needed more ice. Overall 8/10 Good Value

Very nice place to stay!

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this high-rise Airbnb in Austin, Texas! The apartment was stunning, with breathtaking views of the city skyline that took my breath away every morning. The space itself was beautifully designed—sleek, modern, and incredibly comfortable. The large windows let in tons of natural light, making the whole place feel bright and airy. Everything was spotless and well-stocked, from the cozy bedroom to the fully equipped kitchen. The building amenities, like the gym and rooftop lounge, were also top-notch. The location was perfect, close to great restaurants and easy access to public transportation. Our host was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious, relaxing stay in Austin. Definitely a 5-star experience!

Great place to stay, walking distance to almost every main neighborhood, great view of the city from the rooftop. Well stocked kitchen and easy to check in and out.

This was our first visit to Austin and it was amazing. Staying at Joe & Susan’s place was perfect: great location for all of our activities, the suite itself was wonderful and couldn’t ask for anything better, and of course, Joe & Susan were perfect hosts. The suite was modern with so many amenities. It was our home away from home. We felt so welcomed by Joe & Susan and they had thought of everything to make our stay extra special. They provided lots of great recommendations for restaurants, live music and activities. We visited many of the places they recommended and they were all so good. We were able to enjoy some live music on four nights; two were downtown and we avoided parking as we were close enough to just walk to the venues. One night, we walked back. Another night, we took a short uber home. It was all so perfect. Joe & Susan are amazing hosts. We will definitely be staying here again in the future. Thank you Joe & Susan.

We did enjoy our stay in this corner unit very much. There are great views all around. However, it is over a major highway that is incredibly busy, both day and night. We do suggest noise machines for the next guest to minimize traffic sounds at night. Although there is one balcony chair and an odd table, we wished there were 2 chairs. We carried a dining chair outside to enjoy the river view but the balcony is such a fine place to sit and relax, small matching chairs could maximize the limited space. It was an added plus that the balcony overlooks the famous bat bridge and it was fascinating to see the bats emerge in the evenings in search of food. The pool was lovely, people were helpful and friendly, and it was a great value.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the 98 Island Dr. # 11, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. From the moment I checked in to the moment I checked out, everything was absolutely spotless and impeccably clean. They made the check-in process a breeze, and gave me all the information I needed to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The unit itself was modern and stylish, with all the amenities I could ask for. The bed was comfortable and cozy, and the linens were fresh and clean. The bathroom was also spotless, with plenty of towels and toiletries available. Throughout my stay, I was impressed by the attention to detail when it came to cleaning and sanitation. Overall, I highly recommend the 98 Island Dr. # 11, for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable stay. I would definitely stay here again in the future!

Easy check in and access. The place I stayed in was considerably quiet given the hustle and bustle in the common areas. The staff were responsive to any maintenance concerns I bought to their attention, which were minor.

Everything presented in the ad was exactly how it was when we were there. I would go back again and recommend it to others.
