Lyn is an excellent host who pays attention to detail. The apartment accurately matched the description and, in spite of the relatively confusing steps necessary to enter the property and apartment, the check-in instructions were very thorough amd included helpful pictures. Lyn was also readily available to help me with a couple of hiccups with building and apartment codes not working. Things don't always go perfectly as planned, which is why having a friendly, responsive, and solution-oriented host is very important. Would stay here again.

Awesome stay in the heart of downtown Austin. Close to bars, restaurants and nightlife yet not noisy. Bed was super comfy and the host was very responsive. And the views were phenomenal! Outdoor space on the 10th floor was beautiful and overlooked the city! Loved that onsite parking was available.

Great place to stay, walking distance to almost every main neighborhood, great view of the city from the rooftop. Well stocked kitchen and easy to check in and out.

Susan's place was clean, quiet and in a great location to quickly access restaurants, shopping and events it was one of the best organized locations I've stayed in I would definitely stay here again

We had a wonderful stay! The space was clean, quiet, and comfortable with everything we needed. The location was ideal with quick and easy access to all the places we wanted to get to. Parking was convenient, right in front of the rental, on the street. It was well lit and felt safe. Thank you and we look forward to a future stay!

Great stay, great hosts, great design of place, hip neighborhood. Only flaw (no fault of the hosts) is a large construction site right in front of the condo building where this listing is. The hosts thoughtfully provided a white noise machine but a little more heads up while the construction is ongoing would be appreciated .. altogether a great stay.

Shawn’s place was a great place for what we needed it for. A last minute stay for a short visit. It was clean and safe. The only thing is that it is not mentioned that the space is not very private. You share a (locked) door with another unit and the walls are very thin because you can hear almost every conversation in the other unit. But it didn’t ruin the trip by any means and it was tolerable especially because we didn’t spend much time in the room. Overall we were satisfied, just wanted to give other potential future guests an accurate expectation.

This rental was exactly what I was looking for & the hosts were just as great. Always responsive and super helpful from the moment we booked to the moment we checked out. Their home was super clean and made us feel right at home. Perfect for a couple looking for a getaway or somewhere to stay on vacation. Great location if you want the best of both worlds of Austin , enjoy the outdoors and still be accessible to downtown Austin. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Great for what I needed! A stay near downtown while at a conference.

Great apartment located in a fun, walkable, and easily accessible neighborhood in Austin. Close to amazing food, restaurants, shops, and outdoor activities. Our hosts had great recommendations listed, their studio was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Congress Ave is not far away and walkable. Parking is on the street but right in front of the studio so it's not an issue. Grind your own coffee beans in the morning, almost every style of brewing available in the kitchen! The bed is very comfortable. I would say the studio is perfect for 2 guests only.

Hieu, was great to communicate, and respectful.. The place was very well kept. I liked the book collection. Especially enjoyed reading the book on immune. The coffee selection was very good, and felt home. The bed's were very comfortable. We will come and stay if we have to next time :-)

Robert and Jen were amazing! Great communication made my friend and I feel very comfortable and at home in the space while we were there. It is about a 10-minute drive to downtown, but there is still stuff to do around the place since you're right next to the UT Austin campus. If I find myself in Austin again, I would definitely book with them. Thanks, Robert and Jen!

I had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb! The location couldn’t have been better – so close to everything I wanted to explore. The host Joseph was incredibly welcoming, ensuring that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The customer service was top-notch, always responsive and quick to help with any questions I had. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great place to stay with excellent service! The place was spotless! Looks like we were the first to ever use it — clean, funcional, well decorated and with a perfect view. We were there to join the SXSW and the distance was just perfect. Besides it, the Windham people were just the nicest, always helpful. Derry, who was at the front desk when we checked-out, was so careful and friendly that made us want to come back next year. Thank you Brad & Sara! We felt like part of the family 🩷

This place has one of the best views in Austin. Location is amazing, building amenities are top notch. Front desk check in is quick and easy. Best spot in Austin. The pictures are of the exact unit, not a bait and switch “example unit” like a lot of the DT Austin airbnbs.

Steven was absolutely amazing. He was extremely helpful. We experienced a last-minute emergency and weren’t able to check in on time. He was extremely proactive made all the appropriate arrangements to accommodate me, he was quick to respond. Highly recommended we will absolutely visit again.

This apartment was fantastic for our needs! Beds were comfy. It has one king bedroom and three queen bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, complete with body wash, shampoo and conditioner. The apartment is well-equipped with cooking and kitchen supplies. Just note that vehicles must be registered to avoid being towed. Three of the bedrooms have full-length mirrors which was a nice detail. It’s about 5 miles from the city center, so a car is necessary for getting around. While there isn’t a dining table, we managed just fine. Despite our group of 9, the apartment never felt cramped, and we all had plenty of private space. Some of the restrooms felt outdated but extremely clean. Although it's an apartment complex within the condo, it felt very peaceful. The host was very attentive and always quick to answer any questions. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was very modern and comfortable. Plenty of pillows, nice kitchen, nice deck. The location was nice, peaceful with a lot of deer! Pools outdoors were not heated but indoor pool was, and we swam twice in it. Nice. No hot water in showers by the pool though! That was a bummer since we swam right before we left, after we checked out. The "lake" was actually non-existent, (no rain I guess) but the river ran right in front of the complex and was very pretty. Enjoyed the restaurant on site, food was good, view pretty, and 25 cent mimosas the day we ate there! Can't beat that!
