Barbara's place was clean and a beautiful community. Captain Pete's Boathouse was a great place to walk to for eating.

The property was great. Location was perfect. We would definitely come back. Had some bad weather and didnt get to BBQ outside, but feel that would have also been enjoyable in the courtyard area. Great mini vacation spot.

The host is a great communicator, everything went smoothly. The place was clean and exactly as pictured and described. Place is located really near the indoor amenities is a plus. If you want a peaceful retreat this is the place with all the amenities. I really enjoyed the sauna and indoor pool and the views on my daily walks.... especially at sunset. I would recommend stopping by HEB/ Target for snacks etc prior to arrival. Leander is nearby I recommend Casa Costa Bake shop & Lakewood park!

The stay was so nice and a close walk to lots of restaurants and places to check out. Olivia was always responsive and super helpful. Highly recommend!

We stayed at the Oasis for Spring Break! The house was perfect for two families (4 adults, 3 kids). Having two master bedrooms was awesome. The pool/hot tub area were gorgeous and perfectly heated. We stayed active with pickleball, golf, frisbee golf, and walks. We appreciated tons of extra towels for the pool and well thought out amenities. Thank you Sydney, it was fabulous!

place was great! beautiful yard with a fire pit, pool was great. beds were extremely comfortable. if you do sleep in 1 of the 2 barn rooms, keep in mind no bathroom and if you do have small dogs, there is a possibility they can get under the fencing/gate door. but overall an amazing stay. highly recommend!!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Kévin qui correspond parfaitement à la description. Nous nous sommes très vite sentis comme chez nous. Le quartier n'est pas le plus joli d'Austin mais l'emplacement est idéal car la maison se trouve à 10/15 minutes de tous les endroits stratégiques de la ville. Kévin est très réactif et a répondu très rapidement à nos messages. Le seul petit point négatif est que la maison se situe à proximité d'une voie rapide et on entend un peu les voitures le matin. Nous recommandons tout de même cette maison sans hésitation.

Stayed for a business trip. After a long days work the team enjoyed being able to cook, watch tv, play some games, and enjoy their own private space. Lisa is so kind and helpful she made our stay even better. Will stay again if back in the area.

I think this might be one of my favourite Airbnb’s I have ever stayed in. I was on a busy work trip so didn’t get to spend a lot of time in the property but it made the time I did get to unwind feel like home. I’ve never had an Airbnb equipped with so many amenities (normally I find I have to bring a lot of my own), toiletries, washing detergent, coffee, ice and basic condiments and a well equipped kitchen for cooking. Also they had yoga mats which was a wonderful surprise. The memory foam bed in was also the most comfortable bed I have slept in. Lovely quiet area close to loads of great spots to eat and drink really close by and only a 15-20 min walk to downtown. Caroline was great with communication and always responded and also let us leave our luggage for a bit after check out. Definitely not a party house but if you want somewhere cosy, clean and homely for your stay in Austin, this is the place! I would highly recommend to anyone.

Kate has a wonderful home and is a great host. We felt very welcomed from the moment we walked in the door and looked out on that beautiful deck and backyard. The house is set up comfortably and completely. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals for a three-week stay. Kate communicated with us to see if there was anything we needed. The home is private and we especially loved all of the deer walking around the golf course, our backyard, and the town. Thank you, Kate, for sharing your home with us for a lovely stay.

We loved our stay! Everything worked out really well for our family. The house was very clean, and beautifully upgraded. Enjoyed coffee on the patio while listening to the birds and watching the deers coming out when the sun was rising. The backyard has a little play area with mini golf and soccer goalies for the kids. A grill, a fire pit and yard lights, allowed us to hang out in the backyard. The welcoming drinks in the fridge were much appreciated. The golf cart and the amenities were awesome! We were able to enjoy the swimming pool, play pickleball, visit the park with its playground, beach, and the lake. Neel is a great host, welcoming, responsive and flexible. We can definitely recommend their place!

So glad I booked this place! It was quiet and peaceful, and I loved relaxing on the balcony or down by the lake. I used each pool once and ha$ them to myself. Not a ton of people around but so many deer! Holly was super flexible, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Liza's place was truly a tropical gem! Just a few steps away from her clean & comfy condo was a sandy beach with plenty of seating, umbrellas for shade and warm sun for hours. There was a fishing dock, playground and huge, beautiful view of the lake. My family of 3 had plenty to do, felt safe and had everything we needed thanks to our generous host. I knew if I needed anything I would be assisted by her quickly. Highly recommend the home & host for future trips!

Had a great stay! The apartment clean, and equipped with all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable visit. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around. The host was friendly and responsive, ensuring a smooth experience. Bonus points for the working EV charger, which was a huge plus. Overall, a great place to stay—would definitely recommend!

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The condo was beautiful and the location allowed us to see georgous sunrises and sunserts. The architecture and landscaping made me feel like I was in a Mexico resort. Melinda was a wonderful host. We hope to return next winter.

Brandi’s place was exactly what my family needed. Easy check-in and check-out. Clean, spacious, and in theme. The condo is at a walking distance to a lake beach which was perfect if you are looking for some relaxing time. There was also a playground that my kid loved. Highly recommended and looking forward to returning in the future.

The responsiveness, attentiveness and commitment of these hosts is amazing. It felt like home and I loved the added gestures for my kids such as board games and candy. We appreciate you guys allowing us to stay and relax.

We had such a great time. The area is so peaceful. The place was very clean, quiet. We loved watching the golfers and there were many as there was a tournament. The area is very quiet tranquil and great place to walk. Beds were super comfortable. There is great activities just a few minutes away. There is a nice restaurant just a few miles away on the water. We can't wait to come back to Point Venture. Highly recommend.
