I had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb! The location couldn’t have been better – so close to everything I wanted to explore. The host Joseph was incredibly welcoming, ensuring that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The customer service was top-notch, always responsive and quick to help with any questions I had. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great place to stay with excellent service! Would definitely return

Great place. Looks like the photos. Very clean. it has everything for a long term stay. All that you need to cook any meals. Private. Quiet. Nice amenities. Great internet, very fast and strong wifi.

Stayed here to go to MotoGP races at COTA and it was perfect. Easy to get to all highways and close to downtown as well. Had bars and restaurants that were walkable for us each night. Would definitely recommend.

Susan's place was clean, quiet and in a great location to quickly access restaurants, shopping and events it was one of the best organized locations I've stayed in I would definitely stay here again

The place was great and comfortable! Felt right at home. It’s a tinnnnny but hard to find the first time but once you find the right gate/door it’s a breeze. Would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful stay! Great view and everything matched the description. Clean sheets and everything is very neat and beautifully decorated. Conveniently located to many local hotspots.

Everything about my stay was great. The place, the location, and the host were fantastic.

A continent location if you have a car or rental car when staying in Austin, it’s about a 10 minute drive to downtown. The hosts have detailed instructions on how to find the airbnb, make sure to use their instructions given, as apple maps took us to a different house. We referred back to their instructions and found the Airbnb easily (: There is a bus barn or something on the property behind the airbnb, so it does get noisy around 6am. But mostly quiet throughout the day. The place was clean, had yoga mats, loved all of the books and board games! I love that they included that especially for families. We also loved the breakfast taco place, the hosts recommended (:

Lovely home, very quiet, very pretty sight lines, comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, whole house is very livable, porches wonderfully quiet with sound of the creek below, we stayed for three weeks and everything we needed was there. Excellent climate control. Easy to andjust Easy parking in driveway and on street for visitors. Cul-de-sac so no thru traffic. Extremely convenient to city, shopping, park and water. Easy short walk to park and water and trails, oh the trails are wonderful. Thank you Scott and Sally!

We enjoyed our stay! The neighborhood was very quiet and comfortable, the location was very convenient to any part of town you’re trying to get to. The home was spacious, the beds were comfy, and it was a great place to unwind after a busy weekend.

We stayed at Sophie and Sasha’s place for a week and had a wonderful time. The house was clean, cozy, and located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Traveling with our dog, we especially appreciated the backyard and the nearby dog park. Sophie and Sasha were kind, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We’d love to stay here again if we’re ever back in Austin!

I loved the variety of games available at the place including Jenga and billiards, and of course the pool. It really leveled up our stay and we had so much fun!

We stayed for two nights in Austin to watch my daughter wrestle at the Longhorn Classic wrestling meet. The home was perfect for what we needed for our stay. There was 5 of us and we all had our own rooms and able to share two full bathrooms. We love to cook a few meals and the kitchen had EVERYTHING we needed, plus an HEB was less than 5 minutes away if we needed to get anything extra. The beds were comfortable and the king size was perfect for myself, my wife and our grandson to sleep in together. We enjoyed the small backyard as we were able to start a fire in the fire pit with plenty of firewood against the back fence. The bathrooms had what we needed for our stay and all the towels and sheets were clean and fresh. We were about 15 mins from UT, so it was easy to get back and forth. Parking was awesome as we had our own side and awning to park our vehicles under and was very well lit with a motion sensor light. Definitely staying here again.

Great space, everything was an 8-15 minute uber from things we wanted to see and do. Anna was very accommodating for the water filter that needed to be replaced. Definitely recommend!

No need to look any further, the property is accurate as describe and the photos are exactly as you see but actually looks better in person. Although Austin has many great food options, the house is well stock and has everything you need to prepare meals on site.

Great 1 bedroom condo that had the amenities of a private home but with the convenience of a condo. The team was extremely responsive and accommodating.

Great stay, right on Rainey with easy access to restaurants, the water, and getting in and out of town. The condo is as described, well put together, comfortable, and stylish. We will be booking again if we have future trips to Austin!

Penny and Cannon's condo was wonderful! It was super clean, very comfortable, great view, and the pools were a lifesaver for the kids. They always respond immediately and the directions for everything were very easy to follow. I can't wait to come back!

5 stars!! I couldn’t recommend this location for SXSW more. Hope to stay there again next year! It is perfectly situated but not too close to Rainey St. Great open view and really nice space to relax after a long day of conferencing. Roof top pool & terrace is wonderful. The host was friendly and amazingly responsive. Also super close to a Bikeshare station. Buy the Bikeshare monthly pass for $11, a dollar cheaper than the $12 daily pass, no you are not reading that wrong.

This spot was beautiful!! Even down to the valet employees, they were so kind and wonderful! It was an amazing experience right in walking distance from Rainey street and a lot of other shopping and food spots, would 100% stay again

We stayed here for the SXSW conference and we loved it. The location is great and only 15 minutes walk to the SXSW venues, and it felt like home. The price was also reasonable compared to the hotels in this area and we will definitely come back in our next trip :)

we enjoyed our stay in Austin for our anniversary. place allowed us to chill as if we were home while we explored the food scene that was a quick walk our drive near by. comfy couch and bed. clean kitchen. near a bodega to pick up snacks and drinks to take back. Great view. thanks for the stay.
