Matt's place accommodated our family in the best way. We felt right at home. It was so generous to see all of the amenities available and the kitchen had everything! We had to help cater a wedding so we definitely made great use of that space. When we had a medical emergency, Matt allowed us a gracious check out time and we couldn't be more grateful. one thing to note that it is a per friendly home so if you have allergies like me, take your preventative measures. All in all a comfy home, great patio space and great amenities. Spacious too!!

Our stay at “Birdie’s Poolhouse” was magical. We have two young kids, and the pool and hot tub area are perfect for children and adults alike. There is a shallow entry to the pool, and umbrellas to shade parts of the pool and sitting area. We have family in the area, and Blair was welcoming to them as well, so we were able to have a family get together that was fun for all. The house was also comfortable, tasteful, pristine and had everything we needed and more. Thoughtful touches were small ice creams left in the freezer, extra supplies in the bathroom, and pool towels and extra blankets in plentiful supply as well. The beds were really comfortable, and we weren’t disturbed by any noises. Even though the pool is shared between the owner’s house and the guest house, we had free use of the pool, and it felt quite private while we were staying there. Best of all, communications with Blair were always pleasant and prompt. She went out of her way to be welcoming and accommodating!

Great house in Austin, location perfect, about 10-20 minutes to most places in Austin. Home is very comfortable, looks like pictured, had everything we needed. Easy check in and out, communication was wonderful. We really enjoyed the hot tub and ping pong table. I will say, the driveway is a bit scary, not great, but able to manage, I have a midsize SUV, a large SUV might be tricky. The property has a large wooden fence, very private. We enjoyed our stay, very relaxing and comfortable, would for sure stay again. Thank you!!!

This house was perfect for my group. We enjoyed the location as it was easy to get into Austin but far enough to where we werent dealing with the madness of the city. House was very cute, comfortable and clean. We felt safe and cared for.

Beautiful, great location for photos, everything in the home was clean. Pool and hot tub were amazing. I would definitely stay again! Only cons were that we did not use the grill because it seemed to be old and rusted, and the basketballs in the game room were flat so that game did not really work.

Cody was amazing! He was super response and helpful. The house had everything we needed & MORE. I have never experienced such great customer service. I would definitely stay here again. If you’re looking for a luxurious stay this IS THE PLACE TO STAY!!!

Wonderful stay in Austin. Everything we wanted to do was less than 15 minutes away. Location was outside the bustle of downtown. Plenty of space and spaces in the house to relax Very clean and well taken care of. Thoughtful and inclusive list of instructions. Hope to come again

We enjoyed our staycation here. It’s only a 40 min from our house in Austin but it was a great getaway. We were very comfortable. The design of the villas is really nice (friends came over for a swim and they complimented the space) and we enjoyed the views of Hill Country and the pool from the balconies. The stars were more visible than what we’re used to. We brought our 4 mo old puppy and was easily able to entertain him. There’s lots of open grass and a dog potty area. We really wanted a place where we could teach our dog to swim. But no pets are allowed in the pool. Also the listing says a 9 min walk to the lake, but when asked, the property owners said it’s not walkable and that it is a feature Airbnb automatically puts on the listing. So just be aware if that’s of interest. I was told by someone that you can drive to a beach and swim with your dog close by. The Internet isn’t great. TV shows buffered. But we were able to check email, do a video call n watch streaming movies.

Travis was an exceptional host. He was quick to communicate if anything was needed and offered multiple amenities. The space itself is very private, great for photos especially around the lake, it's just you and nature. If the weather wasn't so cold we definitely would've hit the water. Hadn't ever heard of spicewood before, but would come again! Thank you again Travis!

First, Grant was a very attentive host. He was very accommodating when we asked if we could bring all 4 of our pups. As our host, he was always quick to respond to our questions. The property was exactly as described. The vastness of it was perfect for the dogs to roam and shake out with their zoomies. The home was so comfortable and spacious. We all agreed that it was a peaceful space where we could hang out with each other and not be on top of one another. The living room had enough furniture for all six of us to sit and watch movies in comfort. We brought our own dog beds, but one dog liked the dog bed that the host provided. We did take advantage of all the outdoor amenities the property offered. The pool and hot tub were a hit! S’mores at the fire pit and hanging out together in the cool night air was also relaxing, after exploring the trails on the property. We will certainly beck some time in the future. We are all in agreement, best family vacation, yet!

Kathy was an amazing host!!! the house was in incredible condition when we got ther and she was super communicative the whole time! We drove down from OKC and had some car troubles when we arrived and needed to stay extra days, she was very understanding and willing to help us while we figured out our plan to get back home!

This was our 2nd time staying at Sandi’s place and just like the 1st time we had a good time. There’s so much to do on the property (for all ages). The host are super nice and friendly and you discover something new every time you visit. Beautiful home located in a secluded area of the Texas Hill Country. The view is amazing anytime of the day. The beds were comfortable and the home was very clean and tidy with everthing that we needed. The kitchen is well stocked and organized. Arielle was very responsive to our needs and her communication is excellent. This is a really nice getaway place and I would recommend to anyone looking for that.

Wonderful Airbnb and exactly what we were looking for. It’s actually a lot more beautiful than it looks in the photos! Very private, quiet property and so many amenities/activities for the kids. They were in heaven! It’s about a 20 minute drive to town which was fine, we were looking for a quiet trip. Jaudat was incredibly responsive with questions we had. We would stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay at Clark & Lora’s place. The environment & surroundings were so peaceful. Inside the home, you can tell that the design, furniture & instructions included were very well thought out. We try to live a clean / low tox lifestyle and the cabin fit that perfectly. It is on a rainwater harvesting system, the amenities in the bathroom and kitchen (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, dish soap) were on the cleaner side, they have glass dish ware and a French press for coffee. We really appreciated all of the little touches. We loved how you’re able to fully take in the surroundings with windows maximizing views throughout the place. One of our favorite things was the neighboring farm dog, Shyla, she would greet us each time we pulled in and first thing in the morning. The sweetest farm dog! We will be back and may bring more family with us to book the cabin that is next door.

The woodshed was great! We will definitely be back. Host was great and very communicative. hot tub was the main reason we stayed there. Very much enjoyed our time here . The pictures don’t do this place justice- it’s beautiful and so is the area. If this available -book it, you won't regret it!

Perfect spot for a weekend girls trip! Beautiful home, beautiful property, and just the right location for all we had planned. The hot tub was great and the house was cozy.
