Magnolia Tide house was perfect for our family and we wished we had more than a couple of days to enjoy the beautiful home. The boat house was a great place to sit by the fire pit and sip a cocktail under the stars at night. The bedrooms were comfortable and well appointed as was the rest of the house. The views of the lake were so pretty and peaceful in the morning. We didn’t use the fireplace but if it was cooler we would have as it looked very inviting. Overall, it was a great stay and we would definitely like to stay again.

Pippi was a fabulous host and answered all our questions about the area and Bama game day parking. This beautifully remodeled home is on a pristine lake, 25 min from University of AL. The house is tastefully decorated and offers all the modern amenities you could need. One of the highlights for us was waking up to the breathtaking sunrise views over the lake each morning – truly a sight to behold! The location is perfect for a peaceful getaway, with the serene lake providing a calming backdrop. However, when we were sitting outside on the deck we did notice some noise from the nearby bridge, as there is frequent traffic passing over it. While it didn’t significantly detract from our overall experience, it’s something to be aware of if you’re particularly sensitive to noise. Overall, we highly recommend this home for anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing stay with stunning views and modern comforts.

Absolutely perfect for anyone attending anything at the University of Alabama. Less than 3 miles from campus. Near all of the restaurants you’d ever want. Great layout. Nothing flashy. Clean. Comfortable. Safe. Terrific value for price.

Wendy’s lake cabin was very well stocked with all the things we needed for a week at the lake. My family had a small Thanksgiving dinner at the lake house and I celebrated my 40th birthday. It was peaceful, relaxing, and great for reflecting on the lake. My dad got a little bit of fishing in off the dock which he enjoyed even though he didn’t catch anything (too cold?). Her place was a little tough to find at first but that’s because it’s so tucked away and peaceful on its little lake inlet. Thanks Wendy for your hospitality!

This house was perfect for a weekend getaway! It was large (but not so big or fancy that it didn't feel homey) with beautiful views of Lake Tuscaloosa. Access to the lake was down a long set of stairs, we did not have any issues with it, but may be hard for others. We'll worth it to sit on the swing on the dock. Everything was as described, just wish we would of had longer to stay!

Ray and his wife Kitty are great. They are very welcoming, helpful, and down to earth. They made me feel very much at home and a part of their family.

Another great stay at Alan's! Perfect for our weekend to visit our daughter. They take great care in having a super clean unit, providing instructions, welcome snacks, and local suggestions for restaurants and stores; we always appreciate it. The fenced in backyard was helpful for our dogs and the grounds around the neighborhood were a great place for their walks. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. We look forward to another stay in the near future!

Emre’s place is a great getaway from the city life. Peaceful surroundings, beautiful views and a little piece of serenity. Emre was a very responsive host and very accommodating. Star is a very friendly cat and gives your stay a homey feel! Bathrooms are clean and modern. If you need a true weekend getaway, this is the place for you! I highly recommend and we will be back!

Great Airbnb for a group. We were in town for a Thanksgiving celebration coupled with the Iron Bowl. We had a fabulous time. We were able to comfortably have 10 of us in the house and cook a huge Thanksgiving dinner with the stocked kitchen. Playing games (that we brought) and hanging out around the big square table was a favorite of all. Of course the amazing views of the lake sunrises with mist on the water every morning was extra special. When we go back for another big game we will definitely reserve with Matt again!

We loved the place! Everything was as described and Jan was very responsive to my questions. We were only in the house for a few days but would love to come back sometime for a longer stay. I have zero complaints and recommend staying here when visiting the area.

Great location with lots of choices of restaurants nearby. Easy drive to University of Alabama campus and surrounding areas. House has a nice, fenced in backyard and is everything it is described as. We would definitely stay there again.

The place is great! It matches the description/pictures. The home was beautiful and exceptionally clean! It's private, scenic, and has beautiful views of Lake Tuscaloosa. The home has everything you need for a comfortable stay! The host, Brooke, is also great. Very responsive and helpful! We will be visiting again!

Ashley was a responsive and kind host! My husband’s family used this home for their stay for our wedding weekend and the host was extremely flexible around our time of our rehearsal dinner/check-in! Highly recommend
