This is a truly magical space. Our group of friends created forever memories over our annual weekend gathering this year. Words and pictures don’t do it justice. The chorus of the frogs from the cedar tub was fantastic. Thank Mathew!!

We had an amazing stay at this house! The view was incredible & we loved the hot tub! We never got to take advantage of the kayaks but it was nice that they were available!

Great space! Loved our time there. Already looking forward to making this a yearly getaway and going back. What a gem! Great communication on everything and quick to respond.

This place is very special. It’s like coming to grandma’s house! It has so much personality. If you’re looking for a modern luxurious home, this location is not for you. But if you you’re hoping for an incredibly peaceful place with a jaw dropping view of the Puget Sound, it’s here. From the high point on the expansive property, we were able to get a great view of Mt. Rainier. We could see the Cascades and Mt. Baker from the wonderful windows in the house, as well as boats traveling down the Sound. We enjoyed the comfortable beds and cozy home. We would definitely stay here again!

This place is gorgeous! Love the view and all the wildlife. Everything is very clean inside. Kitchen well stocked for cooking. Would definitely recommend this place!

This trip I enjoy the house much since ever I ve been traveling. The house is pretty clean and tidy with perfect location waterfront and peaceful environment. Host is very kind, friendly and helpful. Definitely come back to book his house when have trip to Seattle and will recommend to friends . Thank you for a wonderful stay in Seattle!

My family of 4 adults and 1 child stayed 5 days over Thanksgiving week. The group expanded by 4 more when local family members joined us. This home met our needs with lots of space, two big areas to gather in, a large, well stocked kitchen, and easy access to the airport and the Seattle metro area. The beautiful view, easy walking path, and nearby playground were an ideal location. The only significant drawback was having a single bathroom for 3 bedrooms on the same floor. We would rent it again.

Such a beautiful view, great space with everything you could need. The surrounding neighbors were friendly and inviting. The host Jeremy was very easy to contact and responded very quick. We loved our stay!! Thank you so much for the getaway.

Coming to Seattle for my boyfriend and I’s 3 year anniversary was spectacular. Lisa made it even more spectacular. She was so sweet and made sure we have everything we need. We saw that it was raining and I asked for some umbrellas and she gave us some! My boyfriend’s favorite part was the bed, he said the bed was so comfortable he fell asleep so quickly lol. I recommend this place to anyone! Thank you Lisa! ❤️

Lovely, private indoor and outdoor space and close to Lake Union and the Burke Gilman trail. Walkable to restaurants by the lake. 2 blocks up to a bus line with easy transfers to downtown, U district, etc. We hope to return!

My stay at Thomas' was amazing! I loved spending time in his well-tended garden. I walked to Lake Washington every morning to watch the sun rise. I even enjoyed walks through the nearby park to the grocery store. The bed was very comfortable; the space was clean but still had a warm energy. And it had everything I needed! I would definitely consider a repeat visit here! Unfortunately we did not get to cross paths as he was away during my stay.

Scenic and comfortable for friends or family with kids. Kitchen was top notch, had all the essentials and multiple Keurig options. The deck by the lake is very nice to hang out at evenings and night time. TV remote didn't have batteries and the bathroom drain can be unclogged better. But these were minor inconveniences.

Had a great stay! Safe area! Clean! Loved the bathtub, thermostat, and tv set up. And seeing the goats morning and night was a plus.

I was more than pleased with our stay .. Our host was outstanding and made my girlfriend and I feel very welcome. It grabbed my heart when her son was thrilled that I was in the military and enjoyed meeting me . I would recommend for anybody who wants to visit Seattle and have a nice quiet trip. Paddle boards and boats are also available.

CJ was a very kind and welcoming host - great place to stay if you're looking for proximity to Greenlake, UW, and downtown Seattle. Several nice restaurant options close by (loved Retreat for coffee..) and we were surprised how quiet the area was at night. Recommend!

We loved this little place! It was the perfect place for us to celebrate our anniversary! The view was gorgeous and we truly felt that is was as peaceful as it could’ve been! It was the perfect getaway!

Jennifer’s cottage was incredible! Located in a very peaceful neighborhood, it was quiet and serene. The view of the lake was wonderful to wake up to. We had everything we needed for full comfort, including the grill and hot tub! I stayed here in February and enjoyed it very much with the light snow. I will definitely be looking to stay again when the weather gets warm. Jennifer was super responsive and clear about instructions, too. This cabin has everything you need 😊

Perfect place! It is very comfortable, clean and private. Easy parking. Additional there is the stunning backyard right on the lake. Beautiful landscaping and view! We fished from the dock (my husband caught a little bass and a good sized crappie) and enjoyed all the bird watching. There are bald eagles nesting in the tree next door. It was a treat for us to see/hear them every day. Also many mallards, geese and cranes. David was a wonderful host! Very kind, communicative and friendly. 10/10 would recommend!

The cottage worked perfect for the two weeks we needed it. Convenient location to everything, comfortable, clean and great neighborhood. Would highly recommend if you want a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Seattle.

John's place had an incredible view. It felt spacious and had everything we needed four or group of four. I appreciated little touches, like quality toilet paper and toiletries. Kitchen appliances were quality as well, and I loved that he had a variety of spices for cooking. He was super helpful with suggestions and happy to field whatever questions we had. There was great storage in each of the bedrooms to really settle in and unpack. I'd stay here again in a hearbeat. Grateful for this affordable option.
