Mike has been one of the most attentive & friendly hosts that I have ever stayed with. They really make sure that you have everything you need, proactively checking in to ensure everything is comfortable for your stay. It felt like staying with extended family of sorts. this’s the fourth time I stay here and and we’ll continue to visit every year. This house is truly perfect for a getaway from the city. We loved getting to sit by the water and listen to the birds. The house is well stocked with everything you could need, Thank you Mike for sharing your beautiful home 🥂

We enjoyed our stay in Poulsbo and made sure to take advantage of so much Poulsbo had to offer along with the amenities at Kristina's! We had a picnic in the kayaks with our Slu Bakery treats on the beautiful sunny weekend, made breakfast in the fully stocked kitchen, hiked at Green Mountain, and ordered take out from a Thai restaurant to relax together downstairs watching Netflix. The home was beautiful, quiet, and serene. We all enjoyed the large windows up and downstairs and the decks to enjoy the birds enjoying the lake and watching the fisherman. I'd love to come back!

Great location to do all the tourist attractions. Garage is not large enough for a large suv so we did street park. That was a downfall. Although, it ended up being fine as parking always available right next to the house. Lots of stairs. Which we were fine with, although that is something to be aware of. We enjoyed the open, clean floor plan. Able to DoorDash and Instacart anything. Never felt out of the way to go to Pikes, T-Mobile Park, Woodland Zoo, or The Aquarium. We had a blast & it was a great stay.

The “light filled Lake house” was exactly that and more. Extremely comfortable beds and living area. We were able to have our family visit us and enjoy a meal together because the kitchen had absolutely everything you could possibly need to make a meal. This home is very private and peaceful so a vehicle is necessary to get out and about for daily activities other than spending a day by the lake which is right outside the back door. Kristine had coffee, trash bags, sandwich bags and other necessities available that we did not expect, which was a pleasant surprise. The Kayaks are not available in the Winter which is understandable, however our days were busy visiting family and sight seeing. Gig harbor (gorgeous!) 20 mins drive away. Seattle, one hour away with a thoroughly enjoyed Ferry ride. We highly recommend this home as your accommodations.

We just purchased a home in this area and needed a place to stay close to it while it gets furnished and this was perfect! It was so quiet and peaceful. The view of the lake is great! The house was very clean, decorated beautifully and super cozy. If we didn’t live just down the street we would stay here again! Mickey was a great host and answered my messages quickly. I had forgotten my purse here after checkout and he worked with me so I could retrieve it. Really great experience. Highly recommend! (I don’t recommend forgetting your purse though 😂).

This trip I enjoy the house much since ever I ve been traveling. The house is pretty clean and tidy with perfect location waterfront and peaceful environment. Host is very kind, friendly and helpful. Definitely come back to book his house when have trip to Seattle and will recommend to friends . Thank you for a wonderful stay in Seattle!

A very special place for my son and I to relax after several long days visiting extended family. The view was beyond stunning (lake, sky, birds, even a rainbow) and everything in the home was super comfortable and clean. Hosts went the extra mile to help us with the stove and fireplace and were responsive and friendly. Highly recommend!

Alyson was extremely accommodating and helpful while we stayed. The home is in a great area to spend quality time together with the family, and to rest at from adventures. Highly recommend staying here.

You truly won’t find a more responsive and helpful host. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, felt comfortable and at home. The location is beautiful and is just like the pictures. The home had everything we needed, including extra phone chargers for those who forgot them. We had 8 adult women for a “girls getaway” and it was the right size for us. Plenty of room to be together and places to relax in smaller groups or have a rest away from the group. The view and the reviews are what made us reserve this home and we weren’t disappointed. Now it’s your turn to enjoy!

We enjoyed our stay here very much and felt comfortable and safe. The house is within walking distance of Green Lake and nearby tasty restaurants. It is also an easy drive to I5, downtown, and other Seattle neighborhoods.

What a perfect spot to soak up the magic of Mercer Island! Aric was an excellent host, he always responded quickly and proactively to ensure that our stay had every luxury of home. Aric’s description of his home was modest, as we found the space to be even more accommodating than described. Every high expectation the photos set of a relaxing vacation lost in the trees was exceeded, thank you Aric and fam for the awesome memories our family will always share of your home!

This was our second time staying at this lovely cottage. It is so comfortable and warm that we immediately feel at home! Rented this for my 40th, and it was a dream home. Everything you want and more is right here, the beach is so tranquil, and the home was so charming. The landscaping was also incredibly lovely.

We absolutely loved this place and what a gem! We were visiting from the East Coast and fell in love with this location. So easy to get to everything and highly recommend!

This is one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at! We loved our time at Tony's home in Medina. The host and property manager were so easy to work with, and Tony even called to help us turn on the fireplace—a thoughtful touch. The house is stunning, like a cozy cabin in a beautiful park. The upgraded deck, now partially covered with lights, was perfect for morning coffee or reading. Inside, the skylights make the house bright and the bedrooms were very comfortable and the media room downstairs was great for the kids. Everything was spotless, and we even hosted a Christmas dinner with room for the whole family and easy access to relatives in Bellevue. The location is great, with easy parking and a 20-minute walk to Medina Beach—a walk we enjoyed daily. This home is perfect for families or couples and an incredible value for the rate. We’d love to stay here again on our next trip to the Seattle area. Highly recommend—thank you, Tony!

Quiet neighborhood and easy parking. Co-host who lives in downstairs unit was very responsive to our requests. Large and comfortable living and dining spaces made it easy to lounge. Good sized bathroom with plenty of clean towels. Large and very well-stocked kitchen. Centrally heated house which was nice during our visit when the weather was coldish. Some portions of home interiors could use upgrading but everything is functional and exactly as shown in the ad so nothing to complain about (and the listing is appropriately priced to reflect this). Entrance is through back only as the front door doesn't have a keypad which is a bummer but I think this is something the owner can fix easily. Overall a solid place, we would stay again.

Beautiful place which met and exceeded our expectations. We were a little nervous about finding parking, but it turned out there was plenty, even with some extra restrictions on the main road. Hosts and unit were incredible! Thank you!

What a great place. If we could, we’d move in tomorrow!! Well appointed, lots of attention to detail, a fully equipped kitchen and comfy beds. The grounds are lovely. Had weather permitted we would have grilled and then eaten on the deck. Next time we visit we’ll definitely stay here.

Very nice charming while house with lots of space and beds. We felt quite at home here with kids. The kitchen was up to date with great appliances and space. There was a BBQ that we were able to use and a great patio space. With great trees and plantings, the house feels very private. It is a quick drive to I-90 and the light rail station is very close. Being able to park in the garage was an added bonus. Would stay here again.

The place was very clean and had a great view of lake union from the porch/balcony connected to the bedroom. It was also very accessible for my grandmother and great aunt since we could just drive down and they could get out and into the place by climbing a single step. They were able to plug in their phones to watch tv on the monitor and they hooked up their speakers to play sound. Check in and check out were easy, plus both Mike and Ariaan were very proactive with their communitarian which is nice. That was a huge plus since I don’t always have the bandwidth to juggle family needs and respond proactively to things myself lol. Everything else was standard home furnishings that would allow you to cook and enjoy your stay if you wanted which was nice. I would recommend!

William’s home was absolutely wonderful! The space was very clean, and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. The location is perfect—close to plenty of shops and restaurants. William was a very responsive and helpful host. We’d definitely love to stay here again!

My friend and I stayed in Stina's lovely cottage for the weekend and enjoyed its picturesque setting near the lake, hiking trails and great food options. The house is super cozy with comfortable furnishings, including beds, luxury bedding, and heated floors in the bathroom. We were too busy to cook, but the kitchen was well-stocked with a great layout and several different options for coffee, which I so appreciated! (I'm always disappointed when I find a Keurig.) There were many thoughtful extras throughout the house, such as a bottle of wine and chocolate from Washington and incidentals you may have forgotten, such as a toothbrush or emory board. I would happily stay here again.
