Sehr netter Kontakt zuvor, unproblematisches Check-In über einen Schlüsselkasten, niedliches Häuschen, gut ausgestattet, es fehlt einem an nichts und Sandy ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit. Wenn wir nochmal in der Gegend sind, würden wir sehr gerne wiederkommen.

This is a wonderful cottage. It is SO beautiful. One of the things that I liked most about it was how quiet and peaceful it was. I particularly noticed this one morning when my wife and I were having breakfast, looking across the picturesque view of the valley and landscape. As we watched a flock of birds pass by, probably 1000 yards away, we heard a soft slapping sound. We realized that we were hearing the birds flap their wings. From partway across the valley. At night, you could hear the leaves fall. It is amazing how at peace and calm you feel when there is no background noise. It was magical. The house was beautiful too. It looks exactly like the pictures. I hope we get to return someday. The one downside is that this rental is far from restaurants. If you want to go out to eat in the evenings, there are two pizza places in Guardea (about 10 minutes away) and one restaurant near the train station in Alvianio (about 20 min away). That's it. Other dining options are 30+ min away.

Elena è un'ospite eccezionale. Al momento della prenotazione e nei giorni precedenti al nostro arrivo ha sempre risposto prontamente a ogni messaggio, ci ha dato indicazioni precise per parcheggiare, raggiungere la casa e muoverci nel centro di Viterbo. L'appartamento è meraviglioso! Non potevamo trovare posto migliore per il nostro soggiorno. Grazie!

Oystein's place in Bolsena is wonderful. Each of the 4 levels has been tastefully designed to be flexible to accommodate a range of sleeping options. Quality features throughout in a superb location. The house is clean and very comfortable with wonderful artwork. The large dining table was great for our family gathering. Wonderful views from the rooftop balcony, which, alongside the other 2 balconies give options for finding a colling breeze (and possibly also a warming spot in the sun in winter). Oystein is an organised and accommodating host who is quick to respond. it was a real pleasure to stay here in this amazing part of Italy.

5 Sterne, auch wenn es ein paar Anregungen gibt: wir waren zum mobilen Arbeiten mit unserer 12jährigen Tochter für 10 Tage dort. Man fühlt sich sofort zu Hause, die untere Etage mit Schlaf-, Wohnzimmer, Dusche/Bad/Wc ist perfekt fürs Kind mit Wunsch nach etwas Raum für sich. Küche war toll eingerichtet, generell alles sauber und die Panoramascheiben im WZ sind fantastisch, und danke für die Moskitonetze. kleine Anregungen: - im Duschraum oben hinten fangen die Fugen an zu schimmeln...jetzt kann man noch alles in den Griff bekommen - das Zimmer unten (ausgerechnet) hat kein TV. Die TV in den oberen Schlafzimmern sind defekt und der im WZ zeigt keine deutschen Sender. Wir kamen die 10 Tage ohne aus, aber es wäre schön, zumindest mal ARD/ZDF schauen zu können - das Bücherboard hat nicht ein deutsches (Jugendbuch), schade - grösstes Manko, das WLAN ist mit ca 3Mbit/0,6Mbit am optimalen Sitzplatz im WZ zu langsam um ausreichend arbeiten, geschweigedenn Filme streamen zu können...

ein wunderbares kleines Paradies - habe mich total wohl gefühlt - meine Fellnase ebenfalls. Auch die Nähe zum See war wunderbar. Die Begrüssung durch Antonella war sehr herzlich - die Willkommensgeschenke grosszügig. Werde ich wieder mal in der Gegend sein, bin ich gerne wieder zu Gast.

Wir waren Ende September für 8 Tage in der Unterkunft. Federica, die Lage, das Haus, die Anlage ums Haus waren einzigartig und sehr schön! Wir haben uns vom ersten Tag an sehr wohlgefühlt. Ein Supermarkt und mehrere Restaurants sind gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Frederica ist ein tolle Gastgeberin und Probleme hat sie und ihr Mann zügig gelöst. Wir hatten kurz Probleme mit der Toilettenspülung, Warmwasserversorgung und Heizung-alle Themen wurden zeitnah behoben. Nahe der Unterkunft ist die Zugstation Orte, von dort fährt mehrmals ein Zug nach Rom, das kann ich nur empfehlen. Günstig, pünktlich (nicht wie die DB) und Rom ist eine Wucht! Unterkunft ist zu empfehlen und wir würden wieder buchen, falls es uns wieder in die Region verschlägt.

We had an excellent stay! The communication was awesome and checking in was a breeze. The home was amazing with amazing view. The kitchen had everything we needed and we felt super relaxed. A great place to stay!! We were a family of 11 from ages 1-73 and everyone loved it 💕
