Amazing 3 bedroom house at lake Victoria, Entebbe.

We enjoyed our stay at Geoffrey’s home. The compound is beautiful and provided a wonderful place for our children to play. The caretaker, John, was extremely helpful and provided us directions to the property. Of note, a larger vehicle is likely needed in order to get to this property as some of the roads are a bit tough to navigate. The home was clean, decorated nicely, and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. We would absolutely stay here again if we are passing through the area. Thanks for the hospitality!

Getting there was quite tricky as the dirt road leading to the location was in a very bad state after all the recent rains. But super friendly staff member came on a motorbike to meet us and guide the rest of the way. Everyone we met was very friendly and helpful with anything we needed, like doing the laundry for example. Highly recommend staying here!

wow what a gem! we had a really beautiful stay with Alison. The views were unbeatable, the swimming was divine, we ate like kings and loved hearing about Alison's colorful life. we saw an incredible array of bird life and watching the otters swim up and down the bay was a real treat. her spot is really special. your stay in Uganda is incomplete without a stop over on Bulago Island.

We had a wonderful stay at Hornbill Camp! The property is absolutely beautiful and the "cottage" was honestly way bigger and more beautiful than we expected. It is tastefully decorated with gorgeous high ceilings! We enjoyed exploring the area with a nice walking path behind the property. The host/care taker was super responsive and helpful and made us a lovely campfire on the beach. We would love to be back for another stay!

We loved our stay at Toms house. The Island is a gem. Nothing but nature all around, the most beautiful birds.m The staff was so helpful and friendly too. We had the best time and will for sure come back.

Luke was a kind host to us. Easily reachable and quick to act on issues. The lake view of the apartment is beautiful. The place has security and is cleaned every other day, including laundry services. The apartment is in the central area of Kisumu with all facilities and services at walking distance. The only issue was the shower. The water has very little pressure (or it was the model of the device?). Other than that, great cost benefit! I recommend.

I had an incredible stay at Banda Island! From check in through the entire journey was perfect- Petra was super communicative and gave very clear directions on how to catch the boat. The boat ride was an adventure but all around easy and comfortable. Banda itself is beautiful, super peaceful, and there is tasty food for every meal. Best of all we’re Doreen and little Petra (Doreen’s daughter) who I got to know over the 3 days I was there and were the absolute best hosts. Highly recommend visiting Banda and id go again in a heartbeat!

My family and I stayed in Villa 6. The rooms were immaculate and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and incredibly helpful, and the view of the lake was most certainly of added value to the entire stay. The place is quiet and tranquil, offering a nice view and nature sounds of birds. It is also quite safe as there’s guards posted at the gate in a well fenced compound so if you have your own vehicle, it would be safe at the parking. The host, Lucie, is also excellent in communication, always answers quickly and offers alternatives when needed. The only slight disadvantage is that the road leading to the resort is not tarmac (would have been nice to know this in advance because one of us has a bad back, thus doesn’t do well on bumpy roads), but this is of course not their fault and our stay was good. Highly recommend the place, would definitely return 🤓
