If you’re on the fence—stop overthinking and just book this place. It’s a peaceful slice of country heaven, tucked away from everything but close enough to what you need. We loved how quiet it was. Our kids fished for hours and then swam the rest of the day—we literally had to drag them inside every night. The hosts responded quickly and even offered up their cell phone numbers in case of an emergency, they were awesome. Honey Farms is the kind of place that makes you slow down, breathe a little deeper, and forget about your phone. We’re already planning our return.

Great place for my extended family to stay. Pool hot tub was great place to relax after the busy day. This place was perfect and the pictures were right on.

We truly enjoyed our spring break at this oasis in Waco! We got to do our sightseeing and then got to come back to a clean and comfortable house! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. There was lots of everything in the house, so if you needed it, I am sure you could find it there! Awesome place!!

The house is so beautiful and a perfect getaway from the city life. The house is very authentic and has so much of history and culture in it. Absolutely loved the place and the backyard too! Would definitely visit again.

We traveled to Waco for an academic trip with a group of college students. We had plenty of space to spread out, everyone had their own beds and plenty of bathrooms. We enjoyed grilling out and loved the beautiful outdoors. The night sky was gorgeous, and even though we were 20 minutes from Baylor, it was an easy drive and well worth the space and quiet serene country air. Thanks for a great stay!

This was the perfect home to celebrate a long weekend with friends. The communication was fantastic! Everything about the home and backyard was great. We loved how walkable it was to The Silos and restaurants. There’s an outdoor bar and concert venue close by and it was fun to hear that in the background in the evening. Would highly recommend the hosts and this home!

My husband, daughter, son-in-law, and myself met there to go to a wedding at a nearby venue and stayed 2 nights. This was the perfect location since we were coming from east Texas and our daughter and son-in-law were coming from the Austin area. Beautiful views and very clean home. The pool was very enjoyable, too. Everything we needed was there. Would definitely recommend this place. We only had 4 people, but the home can accommodate plenty more. Thank you, Jessica. This home was perfect for our girls weekend in Waco! I loved the location being so walkable to downtown and the Silos. The home was spacious for 2 and a pup (I think it'd be nice for 4 people also). I appreciated how responsive Alicia was!

One afternoon there was a wind/dust storm. The host called as soon as there was a notification sent out from the utility company. She apologized and let me know the estimated time of return to service. Very kind folks. Enjoyed their comfy home.

This was a great location for my family that was visiting my Baylor University daughter and a younger daughter's volleyball tournament. So the location was great since we were going to multiple places. the neighborhood was good and quiet at night. The house was excellent with all the amenities we need. The house was very accessible with my older parents as well as comfy for teenage daughters. Will definitely keep this place in my books for future rentals when back in Waco!

Beautiful home! Easy to find. Close to the Magnolia Silos and other shops and restaurants. We enjoyed waking to the River Walk path and the pedestrian bridge. We walked there at night to see the lights and felt very safe. Super cute and homey feeling. Great backyard! The beds were very comfortable! We really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend!

Clean, well maintained home in a nice neighborhood. Short walk to the lake. Lots of amenities. Short drive to everything we wanted to see. We were impressed and surprised by how pretty Waco is. My sister and I plan on returning and staying here again. Thank you for sharing your home, Matt!

Love it. Beautifully restored 19th century home (marvelous design layout). It was like going back in time to the 1890's, but with modern ammenities. Awesome Czech bakeries nearby and the small restaraurants in town, and next door, were very welcoming and had great service. Very convenient to Waco, just the right distance away. It was a wonderful weekend of family reunion and activies, plus we didn't miss any basketball games with the big TV in the sitting room! We are already planning our get together there again next year.

This place is awesome, it’s a diamond in the rough! You would never know how great the place is until you walk through the door. It’s in a not so hot location, but it’s within 10 miles of Waco and is not actually in Waco but the bordering town next to Waco! Great thing about that is the neighbor is a Police officer so we felt really safe. Local food, restaurants, all within 5 min drive and an awesome taco stand about a mile down the road. This a wonderful home, would recommend staying again, the price is one of the lowest yet probably the best deal out there!

We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay very much! It wasn’t far from the activities we wanted to do in Waco, and we’d be happy to stay here if we return to the area again!

Our stay was perfect! The details of the home are lovely, and they considered every aspect of what could possibly be needed or wanted during our stay. Great place or a quick getaway! Very well maintained, very clean prpoerty. Our german shepherd loved the fenced in yard and all the room she had to run. The fire pit was nice on the cool nights.

Was cute little place to stay! Perfect for our daughter and her family. They worked with checkin time. We got into town and had a wedding rehearsal and dinner so we checked in late. But Joe & Janie were very responsive and would check in and see how we are doing, if all was okay! They were so great!!! Definitely would recommend this place! And would definitely stay again!

The kitchen was impressively well-appointed, making meal prep a breeze, and the beds were so comfortable that we felt right at home. We also really appreciated the early check-in time, which gave us extra hours to settle in and enjoy the space. It was the perfect setting for our 1960s art mystery party! The stylish decor and retro vibes made it feel like we had stepped right into the era. Our guests were just as enchanted by the space as we were! This home isn’t just a place to stay—it’s a place to create memories. If you love mid-century style and a thoughtfully designed space, this is the perfect getaway.

Beautiful home with stunning views! The place was clean and stocked. Plenty of space for everyone. The kids loved the movie room! We all enjoyed the patios, fire pits, speakers and the lake! We were able to take our boat to the nearby marina and rent a slip. Chris and Chelsea were very responsive and helpful! We’ll definitely be back!
