Place was amazing! Had a comfortable and peaceful stay. Is a beautiful home and close to everything that is needed. Loved how private it was and how clean everything was. Highly recommend.

We had a very unique stay at this cozy, peaceful, artsy cabin. Nicolas made a super helpful guide with excellent recommendations. This is exactly what we needed to relax and rest for a couple of days. I would definitely love to come back in the future!

This cabin is chic, cozy, and in a beautiful secluded location, such that you can take a dip in the hot tub listening only to birds. It's a true getaway treat. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our 3 night stay at Marta’s place. It had everything we needed, clean comfortable beds, kitchen with all necessary equipment, clean and modern bathrooms, a lot of games and books, a cozy living room with a fireplace that created the best atmosphere. We spent our time playing games with the kids, relaxing and cooking. The place is definitely recommended and super close to stores, restaurants, just a quick drive to center of Woodstock. I was on the hunt for a cabin in the woods and finding Williams place was a dream. It’s 15 minutes from Torrington but you feel like you’re more isolated. It was perfect for my husband’s birthday getaway. William is friendly, helpful and responds quickly. He even gave us a late check out time. The house has amazing antiques and interior. I’m sure he sourced from several of the local antique and flea markets in the area.(Don’t forget to hit an ATM prior to going antiquing) He has a book in the cabin with a ton of local recommendations. We mostly just kicked back and relaxed at the cabin. Soaking up the sun in the hot tub outside next to a lovely bustling river/creek in the back yard. It was a bonus given I have a bad back and it was a little tough adjusting to not sleeping in my own bed. We have already decided to book this place for our anniversary. Thank you again for hosting us and we can’t wait to come again!

We couldn’t get over how charming this cabin was! It was spacious, and the interior design was gorgeous! Nestled away in the woods but in perfect distance of everything we wanted to see! Would definitely stay again.

Donna's place was a wonderful weekend stay! Beautiful property and guest house. Well appointed and care for. Just a few improvements that would have made our stay even better--a small microwave for quick reheating of coffee/leftovers, a luggage rack and place to store/hang clothes, and ensuring the driveway and a walking path are cleared of snow even when out of town (with thawing and refreezing, we had to navigate two inches of solid ice, which was terrifying both on foot and in the car).

What a special and magical place! Cori and Ruben have created a really special sanctuary to enjoy peaceful time away, tucked away from the world and also in close proximity to anything you need. So grateful for the time we spent at this beautiful space - lots of thought went into every detail of the cozy home, from the comfy, robes and slippers to the coffee. Also, had the best massage of my life in the unit - take advantage of Ms. Rose if you can!! Thank you for a beautiful stay, sitting on the deck in the sun looking over the river was pure bliss.

About as perfect an AirBnB stay as you can ask for. The hosts instructions and guides are thorough and convenient. The house itself is beautiful and well decorated, not to mention just very comfortable and welcoming. Plus, a view of the lake that we weren't expecting! Plenty to explore in the area as well. Ariella and Adam were quick to respond and very friendly. Thanks for an amazing stay.

This place was exactly what our family and friends were looking for. It was nice that the house had its own long driveway and wasn't on top or near other houses. You can see other houses from inside, but just hanging out in the backspace was very peaceful and private. This place doesn't have that typical Airbnb smell, the smell of a long vacated house. Felt very much like home the entire time we were there. Open space for everyone to hang out inside and had all the amenities including washer/dryer. Would definitely book again.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at Ana’s home. The place was so cozy, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Everything was clean, well-stocked, and just as described. Ana was very responsive and made the whole experience seamless. The location was great, we loved the outdoor area and comfy living space. We’d definitely stay here again!

If you're looking for a place to get away get in touch with nature and still be connected with good wifi and everyhting you need for a stay. In addition just a 10 min drive will bring you to restaurants, and shopping stores that can be walked to once you park your car. It was great for what we needed. It is perfect amount of space for a couple or a small group of friends that don't mind sharing a space.

Erin & James's home was a beautiful, clean, and quiet place to stay. It is conveniently located as it is only a short drive to either Cairo or Catskill to grocery shop. My husband and I stayed there with our son, daughter-in-law and our two young grandchildren. The basement playroom was a wonderful surprise for the grandchildren and they loved playing down there every evening when we would return from visiting family in the area. Erin & James gave very clear instructions and they reached out to us several times to make sure everything was going good and to see if we needed anything. We would love to stay there again the next time we are in NY. Thank you for an enjoyable stay!

We wanted a place where me and my two girls could enjoy a home away from home while we visited nearby Gilmore Girls sites and this place didn’t disappoint it was perfect!

I took a quick trip to section hike the Appalachian Trail. The weather was chilly and rainy, but the cottage was super cozy and welcoming. I arrived tired and wet, but the host had left the lights on for me. The cottage has a warm and inviting feel from the moment you step inside. There are also some cool antiques and vintage pieces, as well as some lovely plants. The kitchen is spacious and has everything you need, and the bedroom is super cozy. The host was always quick and helpful when I reached out to them. I can’t wait to come back again!

We had a wonderful stay. The setting was serene and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The cabin had everything we needed, was cozy, and we especially enjoyed spending time by the fireplace. It was the ideal spot to unwind over a long weekend. We would absolutely stay here again!

My wife and I had a beautiful stay here over her birthday! The place was cozy and wonderfully appointed. We had such a nice time quietly doing puzzles, sitting by the fire, and watching the snow come down outside. Area is quiet and private. Joanna was an INCREDIBLE host. Our car became stuck after a snowfall, and she sprung into action, calling her local people to get us out! She was so proactive and communicative, and everybody involved was so kind.

What a great chill stay for Thanksgiving! Absolutely loved hanging on the deck with our baby and dogs (deck is enclosed), listening to the river and watching people fish. The cabin was very Scandi and it felt super peaceful and clean! We walked our dogs on some of the trails and they loved it. It felt cozy in the winter and can’t wait to try it out in the summer. Samuel and Catherine were super helpful and communicative. Loved it! They also left fresh eggs and a bottle of wine! 🧡
