One of my favorite Airbnb's. Brian and his wife are wonderful and easy to work with. They had yogurt, fruit cups, hard boiled eggs, butter, coffee, sugar, and sugar substitutes. Little snacks of nuts and things. It was very welcoming. There is no stove, but a 2 burner hot plate that worked perfect for 1 person. The toaster oven worked well. I got a frozen pizza one night for dinner and it was just like having an oven. Very close to our family and in a great residential neighborhood. The bed was very comfortable. There were extra throws and blankets to keep you toasty warm. This was our 2nd time booking and we will continue to book it.

Great place to stay while in Seattle. Love how close it was to local Queer Spots and places to eat. Everything seemed to always be just a few minutes away. The apartment is really cute a cozy. Host really paid attention to making it feel welcoming. Check-in was quick and easy thanks to instructions shared. I loved being able to use the gym located on the first floor too. There’s construction sky folding in front of the building, but there was no noise or anything that was heard from the apartment. It was on the other side of building. The fire place was so cozy!! Loved staying here. Highly recommend.

Wladimir is a very gracious host, great communication, not intrusive. It’s a beautiful little rental with a cute little patio. Easy to get in and out of very cute and well-kept.

Bining was a super friendly, proactive, and responsive host. The unit was nicely furnished and as shown in photos. Great location and amenities. Nice walk to Bellevue Square, downtown park, etc. Would stay here again in future.

Location is key for me and this apartment is centrally located close to everything you may need .Quite ,peaceful and clean plus the parking is a bonus and if your handicapped there is handicap parking right outside the door..I was displaced from my home do to a remodel so my anxiety was at a all time high but finding and booking this place put me at ease and I was still able to enjoy Thanksgiving and my birthday had a minor issues but the owner went above and beyond to make things right. I have found my new favorite spot to rent on Air&B

We loved Julie’s home. We hosted my mom’s 70th birthday and gathered with 3 generations of family. It was a wonderful experience and we were stunned by the views! Julie was responsive and very helpful with any questions. We will definitely be back!

We stayed at Nordic Hill Manor for a weekend for my best friend’s 50’s birthday. All ages were there and and they all had a great time. The trail around the property was beautiful and we even saw three bald eagles on the marshy area out back. The beds were great and the kitchen has everything needed to make meals for 20 people. The hot tub was wonderful as well.

Beautifully decorated, spacious, and centrally located. Absolutely loved staying here! More than enough space for my group and 2 dogs. The area was friendly and very close to scenic things like Carkeet Park. I walked to Pipers Creek trailhead from the house and it was so cool to be able to do that. Sharon was readily accessible and very kind. Great host! Would absolutely stay here again.

This home really felt tucked away while being in outskirts of Kent. Our group of 10 people slept very comfortable and had a great time enjoying the very spacious home. The host was extremely friendly and very communicative. I would definitely stay again!

We appreciated the stay at Alex's beautiful house! I arranged a complicated stay with several people all staying together, but Alex was willing to accommodate us. Located near the highway, but far enough for privacy and quiet. The house was spotless and had lots of signs all around! It felt like a boutique upgrade from a regular hotel. Some issues came up with the use of the house, but it was addressed quickly. All in all, a pleasant stay.
