We really enjoyed our stay at Kathryn and Tom's warm, welcoming, reasonably priced and comfortable place. Check in and out were easy, the teas/coffee and snacks provided were delicious, the beds were comfortable and the streaming services worked well. We would certainly recommend their place to anyone staying in Seattle.

Staying at Tricia's location was perfect. It is a quick drive or nice walk into downtown Winslow, but it is also in a nice peaceful neighborhood. I would definitely recommend staying at Tricia's. The space itself is very charming and had exactly what we needed for ourselves and our dog.

Ken and Evie’s Airbnb in Seattle was perfect for our trip. This was my family's 1st airbnb we ever stayed in and they gave clear instructions on how to get to their place, which made everything simple from the start. We stayed on the bottom level of their home, and checking in was easy with a key in the lockbox by the garage...they provided the code ahead of time, so there were no issues. The space had everything we needed. There was a washer and dryer, and the kitchen was well-stocked with pots and pans, and there were extra blankets and towels for the bedrooms and bathroom. One of our favorite nights was when we picked up king crab legs from Pike Place and made a nice seafood dinner. They’re upfront in their description about having two kids and mentioned that you might hear footsteps sometimes. We did hear them occasionally, but it didn’t bother our family at all...we slept just fine. The price was totally fair, and everything was exactly as described.

Hugo’s place was ideally located for our short stay in Seattle. Close to some favorite restaurants and coffee shops in the Fremont neighborhood. It was quiet and very comfortable and away from busy roads.

Great location, peaceful and quiet. Kitchen was well supplied with amenities to cook with. Comfortable linens. Linda was responsive with any questions we had.

The first thing that stood out was the decor and all the color! It was impossible to not feel joy at every moment while being there. I was also impressed that there was coffee/tea, filtered water, oatmeal, granola, and almond milk available in case someone was hungry. It completely embodied true, genuine hospitality and consideration at its finest. Although we didn’t use the washer/dryer, that was also a nice amenity available if needed. There was even shampoo/body wash available to use too! Susanne was very kind and friendly, and this place will definitely be at the top of my list for future Whidbey adventures. Well done all around! We had a lovely stay here. Quiet, with a wonderful view—including a whale sighting one morning! What an amazing surprise. Space was exactly as advertised, easy to get to, and Kevin was kind and responsive. Would definitely visit again.

Karen is an excellent host! During our stay in Seattle, we experienced some extremely cold weather. Karen reached out to make sure we were comfortable in the unit and offered warm coats, mittens, and boots in case we hadn't packed enough for the weather. The property is very clean and beautifully furnished, featuring several thoughtful touches. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

Dan’s place was perfect for our short visit to Seattle. Great views from the hot tub and a big cozy couch made coming back at the end of our long day really relaxing and fun. Great value for the space and the privacy!

A very clean，quite and comfortable place to stay in. Costco, Safeway and some Chinese supermarkets are all within 10 mins drive, restaurants too.

This was perfect for our family of four! The place is on the smaller side, but worked out great for us! Was super nice that all the essentials were there and provided for use. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soaps. Having a washing machine was super nice as well! The hot tub was great, and the lights around it were an awesome touch. Chibueze was always quick to respond and very friendly. The place was clean and comfortable. Only thing that was a bit difficult was figuring out the tv, but once we got signed in, it was fine! Would definitely come back and stay again.

If you’re looking for a home base for your day trips around Seattle/Bellevue area then this is your spot! Very cozy spot with kind and responsive hosts. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Great communication, great location, and a really comfortable and special space to stay. I loved the upstairs bedroom with a view of the sound and the bed was so comfortable.

Great location, beautiful view, very clean! I highly recommend if you need a good place to stay in Kenmore area especially with more than 3 people. All the three rooms are with nice clean beds.

Our stay was incredibly restful and enjoyable. The hosts did an excellent job of being extremely considerate with the amenities and comforts that were included. They provided coffee, teas, sugar, honey, even oatmeal. They also had Tupperware, plastic utensils, and reusable plastic bags available for our use. We used the Tupperware to store our homemade wraps for a day picnic, as well as take the plastic utensils with us to eat our yogurt snacks. Little things like that can make a huge difference. They provided extremely clear instructions on how to check-in and how to check out. My fiancé enjoyed a few luxurious, hot showers - he absolutely loved the showerhead, spacious shower area, and the delicously-scented body washes provided.

Great unit for the price, near U District so you have access to a bunch of restaurants. Very clean, like a hotel. The furniture all matches too, I think Kyle did a great job at building a coherent and homey Airbnb. We stayed for a few weeks so the fridge, laundry/dryer came in very handy. The parking is very easy, it's right in front of the unit :)

This might have been a coincidence but Dana told us the place would be available for check-in at 9am. It was perfect for us to drop our stuff off early as we were heading to a concert. We came back late at night, walkway well lit, and we went upstairs to sleep the rest of the night! Very easy check-in, proactive instructions, and great communication. This place even has an adjustable airbed. We cooked breakfast the next morning and went back home. Everything was very easy. Thank you!

A charming and delightful place to stay. Lots of thoughtful decor touches, nice view of trees outside, and comfortable bed. Neighborhood is quiet and the unit is very private. Host communication was easy and friendly.

Had a great week in this apartment. It has a nice kitchen and the bed is comfy. Neighborhood is great and it's close to the arboretum which is always a great place to explore. Would stay again!

Great place, they had all amenities one would need, even for a 2 week stay like I did. Nice open parking area at the location so never an issue of parking. Friendly and responsive.

Tom is one of the rare people that put their sincere effort into everything, including everything related to my stay. From the moment I booked I received a thorough e-mail containing everything I might have questions about: detailed navigation instructions, house etiquette, how-to-everything the rental. On the first day, I hard a hard time turning on the heater, and Tom personally came down to help me out, and didn’t leave until we had the heater fixed up and running-I did not expect that kind of attention, and I very much appreciate it! Throughout the stay, Tom was readily available by text, but otherwise out of the way of the property. Throughout my 1+ month stay, I only recall seeing him once in or around the yard. As for the property-it’s a great little open 1-bed, the furniture is in great condition, the linens are spotless, and everything was very clean when I arrived-I could not pick out any dust or dirt. Do be mindful that the bef mattress is **soft**, so plan accordingly.

Sandy’s place was easy to find and was a great spot to crash. We were visiting to take one of our kids to Seattle Children’s Hospital. This place was just 5 minutes away! The bed was very comfortable, and we loved watching movies in the living room. The kitchen was well stocked and the bathroom was spotless! Will add to our favorites.

Basic accommodations in a quiet Seattle neighborhood. Makes a great jumping off point for exploring Seattle and visiting family. This was the second time we booked Dickie’s Airbnb around the holiday season and both trips were very pleasant! We look forward to staying again!
