We really enjoyed our stay. The location is great - right across the street from the river, with a river view from the apartment. The place was well stocked. Every room had a power strip with multiple plugs, so it was very easy access for charging devices, etc. It is the 2nd floor of an early 20th century building with nice, historical character. The furniture suits the period, there are plenty of beds and a TV in each room. The place was well stocked with plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. Tom was very helpful and accommodating for our stay.

The room was very nice just like the pictures! Very clean and the view from the patio was perfect. The bed was much bigger than we thought and was super comfortable. The host was kind and replied quickly and overall the stay was awesome. 10/10 would stay again.

This was a great place to stay for our first trip to South Bend and Notre Dame. I felt exceptionally safe. The apartment was very comfortable for my husband and I. Once I got the hang of the key fob, entrance to the garage, elevator and room was easy.

Clean and spacious apartment. Nice balcony. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Close to Notre Dame University. Highly recommend!

Faye’s communications and instructions were perfect. The place is in the basement of their home but it’s very private and it’s on a neat river. They went above and beyond to make our stay very pleasant and enjoyable and even gave us a $10 off coupon for a local breakfast place. Highly recommend this place, especially in the summer since it’s on the river.

If you’re looking for a place for the whole group to stay together and have some fun - look no further! The house itself was better in-person than the photos and was spotless. The beds were very comfortable and the main level is a great hang out area for everyone. We had so much fun in the game garage and honestly didn’t want to leave. It’s close to proximity to everything, including a great relaxed restaurant on the water next door. Jeremy and Houston were very responsive and couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Can’t wait to book another trip soon!

This was the perfect spot to meet up with our friends for the weekend. The accommodations were exactly what we needed with two under-one babies and two rambunctious dogs. Everything was tidy and organized. The showers were hot and featured a fantastic showerhead system. The fireplace made for a very cozy atmosphere. Unfortunately, it was rainy during our visit so we weren't able to utilize the fire pit, maybe next time as we'd happily come back. I would recommend placing all open food in the refrigerator as we lost a donut to some stealthy foraging ants. They quickly cleared up once the sweet treat was removed and weren't an issue the rest of our stay.

Perfect communication, parking options were great and clear, excellent manual with restaurant options and things to do. Gorgeous view.

Beautiful space for a large family gathering. The house is lovely and the big windows overlooking the lake were fantastic. Beware, if you claim the master bedroom, the en suite shower is so awesome, everyone will be trekking in to use the six nozzle shower :-) Joe was great to communicate with. We highly recommend this place!

Home was lovely, clean, and overall a great place to stay! Steve was a great host, I would recommend this home to anyone!

This place was absolutely fantastic! Needed a quick get away and this could not have been a more perfect spot. The bonus was meeting the incredible folks that make up the neighborhood. Welcoming is an understatement! There is no other place I would rather stay! I have a feeling my little quick get away will become tradition! Welcoming, friendly…. Perfect!!!

Michele and Phil’s “The Villa Goshen” was a perfect location and provided all the amenities and space our family needed for our visit. The first night, a storm came through; a tornado warning was issued, sirens rang, and lightening hit right next to the house. Michele communicated during the whole event to make sure all of us were aware and stayed safe. Michele and Phil make this home both comforting and welcoming to their guests.

This was our 2nd Visit to Jean's cute cottage. Everything was just as we expected having stayed there only a month or so prior. Even though winter is still hanging on and temps were pretty bitter, it is hard not to relax looking with the lake views from inside. And you will appreciate the hours that she put in to the beautiful quilts which are displayed in every room. We will be back when the weather warms up! Dan & Lu
