The place is clearly well taken care of with attention to detail. This would be a great place any time of year. Miriam and the home were very accommodating. I would return to this location with great peace of mind.

My family had a wonderful time at Stephens Abnb. Our family gathered for my husband’s birthday. There was plenty of room and we all enjoyed the kayaks, paddle boards etc. Stephen was very accommodating and responsive.

Timothy House is a uniquely rustic and spacious home in a quiet setting. The carport was appreciated when it snowed overnight. There's a mudroom with plenty of room to hang coats and store shoes. The kitchen is large and well equipped. The furniture in the living area is comfortable. There's a mini split unit for heating and cooling plus a supplementary gas heater. There are two full baths and a half bath with plenty of towels as well as hand soap. One nit: the shower in the downstairs bathroom is tiny - larger folks will want to use the upstairs shower/tub combo. The bedrooms have large closets, all equipped with luggage racks. The beds are on the firm side, which I personally prefer. Overall, we had a very nice stay and would definitely stay at Timothy House again.

We enjoyed staying here and visiting Ossipee! Michaela's place was great for the 4 of us looking to get away for a couple days to enjoy some peace and quiet. We were happy with the amenities and anything we needed was close by.

My friends and I took a weekend ski trip to Ragged Mountain, and Jeffery’s House was the perfect home base. The house was warm and provided all of the amenities we needed to have a great weekend. Very peaceful location and only about 10 minutes from the mountain. Jeffery was also very communicative and addressed any questions I had in a timely manner….. would book again!

Cozy place with great amenities and location. Unlike some other cabin stays where everyone is cramped together, Adela's condo had enough room so everyone had some privacy. Also, a full kitchen to make food if needed.

Sean was a responsive host. He sent clear instructions about check-in, how to get there, and all the amenities (WiFi, Netflix, grill, firewood, emergencies, and more). In addition, the bed was very comfortable and spacious and there was lots of cooking equipment. The views outside were stunning and the stars at night a must see! The only con we had was the shampoo, conditioner (small 2-1 in bottles) and small body soap. Recommend you bring your own if you’re particular! Overall, a wonderful stay

My wife and I just returned from this property. This was our fourth consecutive annual visit and we have already reserved for 2025. When it comes down to it, there are only 2 things that are important and draw us back time after time. 1. The home and its views: We have had the opportunity to stay at a number of New England Airbnb/VRBO properties, this is the only one we want to return to, over and over again. Its popularity makes it difficult to reserve- please ask yourself why? The home is delightful, comfortable, affordable, well equipped, clean, private and with a view of Sargent's pond that never stops mesmerizing us. If you are an outdoor action or more of laid-back type - no one will be disappointed. 2. Andy and Emily are the quintessential hosts. From the welcoming package, including doggie snacks - they think of everything. They are kind, honest and thoughtful people who want to ensure your needs are met but are never intrusive. We sincerely trust and thank them.

Stephani was a great host! My friend group had a blast, the cabin was perfect and cozy especially after a day skiing at loon.

Our family of 11 stayed at Judy’s place for the weekend with multigenerational family members from the ages of 2 to 82 along with our 2 fur babies. There were so many games, toys, books, a multifunctional pool table and arcade games to keep all of us having fun all weekend long. So much so that we only left the house Saturday evening to go to dinner. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook and serve large breakfasts and dinner. The dishwasher and washing machine are an added amenity that we loved having. As soon as we entered the home we were grateful for so many hooks and boot trays to accommodate our outerwear. God willing we will gift this weekend away for our children, grandchildren, and in laws again next year as their Christmas gift. Thank you Judy for supplying a wonderful home for us to make incredible family memories.

We truly can’t say enough wonderful comments about Emily and Nicholas’s place. We have been coming to the area for years because we own land across the border in Brownfield. We are excited that we now have a place to return to as there are not many rentals like this in the area. This home is cozy, spacious, and I just loved all the sun drenched mornings in the kitchen! The renovated kitchen is wonderful to cook in. We have been on Airbnb for many years and Emily and Nicholas are some of the most delightful people we have encountered. Thank you for sharing this wonderful spot with us and our puppies!

Perfect fall getaway with stunning colors and views. Great location to get around the White Mountains, easy access to I-93 but super quiet and peaceful property. Cute little cabin perfect for sleeping at the end of a long day. Gunnar was always responsive and greeted us as soon as we arrived, showed us around and gave great hiking recommendations. We made a fire on the chilly night and enjoyed the peace. Beautiful brook about a 15 minute walk through the woods:) I totally recommend staying here!

We had awonderful stay. It’s so nice to have the amenities at the community center. The house had all of the essentials we needed and then some. Very clean and a great layout of the floor plan. The house is located in a great location. It was an easy quick trip to the ice castles and also to the local ski mountains. Would love to come back and stay.

This was our 4th stay at Brenna’s. We love staying at the “bear house” — it’s clean, with lots of cozy blankets, walkable to Town Square, near a shuttle stop, and only 3 minute drive to the mountain. The apartment has everything you need !

Great place, great location!

This was our second stay and we fully plan to return. The place is very nice and large enough for people to hang out not just a place to sleep. The stay is always easy, restful, and enjoyable.

This was the perfect spot to enjoy some time with friends! The accommodations were very comfortable and it was plenty of space for two families. The kids enjoyed the pool and game room. I would definitely recommend and will stay again!

This is by far one of the best experiences we've had my husband and I. Mike was quick and friendly. Accommodating and compassionate. His home is beautiful and spotless, comfortable and convenient. Great price for way more then expected with all the care and extra little touches that makes us feel right at home. Perfect Airbnb!

This is second year we've stayed at Tina & Robby's place and we love it! Cozy cabin vibes & close to Waterville Valley for skiing. Kitchen and baths are well stocked with the essentials and the wood fire place is always a hit! Thanks for a great stay!
