Absolutely loved staying here! The cabin felt secluded and private while being convenient to hiking, restaurants, and other amenities. The hot tub was a perfect way to relax and unwind at the end of the day. I will absolutely stay here again :)

This was our first experience using airb&b and it was awesome. My wife loved the cabin and the quiet setting along with the trails. Ellen was awesome as we were a last minute trip and she immediately told us to come on. Everything was as described and well worth every penny. I highly recommend this for anyone looking for a weekend getaway. Also, stop and speak to Murphy, he is a cool little dude.

So excited we found this place. Loved the setting, amenities and the location! Slept like a baby, and our pets did too!

I loved staying here for a 3 month work contract. My dogs really enjoyed walking around the ponds and hanging out with the ducks! The inside space was perfect for me and was equipped with daily essentials for cooking. Two parks are within a ten min drive with lots of trails to walk. Pam was easy to communicate with and quick to respond to questions . Hated to leave the ducks and the ponds but we may return in the future! Highly recommend for working or travel to the area.

We loved our stay at Sara's place. It was quite relaxing after having been on the road for hours. Even though it was in town, it felt like we were tucked away in the woods. It was nice to be able to walk to restaurants which Sara recommended. The bed was super comfortable. The cabin and shower house didn't quite meet our cleanliness standards but considering we probably reserved an hour before arriving, it was understandable. We'd definitely reserve again.

We had a short stay on our trip to the coast, but will be back with out a doubt. The A frame is so cool and I loved the craftsmanship and little details they put in it. The area was quiet and so pretty, thank you for this beautiful experience!

I had a great time at the air bnb. The house was quiet and peaceful. Both host were responsive and friendly. Definitely will be coming back here next time I am in town!

We had an amazing trip at Jason and Robyn’s tiny home! The place was easy to get to and the location was beautiful. The outdoor amenities (hot tub, fire pit, grill) were very nice and so easy to use. Jason and Robyn were very proactive with instructions and local recommendations, but also helpful and responsive with any questions we had.

The unit was perfect for what I needed. The outdoor fire pit was so relaxing and enjoyable. There were a few times through the reservation to the time staying at the unit, I had to inquire with Samantha, and she was rapid in her responses and ever so helpful. Great location, great small town and great place to stay. When I return to that area, this rental is definitely in my top locations!

Super cute tiny home! Loved the unique touches, the swing outside and the hot tub! The pillows so soft - heaven! Only thing to consider is location-there’s another tiny home super close to where the house is and guests can always be seen outside, so minimal privacy. Also the house backs right up to a busy road….the lack of privacy was less than ideal but it didn’t bother us, just not what we expected off the listing to be so close! We enjoyed the fire pit, Goldpanning on the stream, and the coffee maker was a plus! Thank you!

The stay met and exceeded every expectation I had. Wonderful host very helpful even before arriving! Such a beautiful experience! Definitely check out the downtown such cute little shops with very beautiful local art!

I think if you’re just traveling through or having a short stay in Charlotte this is the perfect place to stay!

Absolutely loved this tiny home. It had everything I needed. The space was cute and felt like a 2nd home. Randy is a great host and I felt very taken care. very responsive and easy instruction for check in out. Highly recommend this space and exceeded my expectations.

We stayed here when traveling from Florida back home to Michigan on a last-minute booking. It was a perfect stay for us and our dog for the night and would also be a fun weekend getaway for people more local to the area.

I very much enjoyed my stay at Merle’s tiny home. It was peaceful and quiet. I loved that feeling of being hugged by the woods. It was perfect for me. Great place to decompress after a long day of activities. I would love to return here for my next trip to Charlotte.

This cabin was small like the name suggests, but big on charm. The outdoor space really makes the place feel larger. Very comfortable and well appointed.

Unique space, great location for us to visit Lake Lure and Asheville. Friendly people all around. We came to visit the rainbow bridge and leave our pets collars and tags. Loved seeing the visitor right out the window the morning we were leaving.

This was my second stay at The Roost with my dog! I loved it so much the first time (May 2023) that I had to come back, and I’m sure I’ll return again! The space is perfect. It’s secluded yet easy to get to Asheville and Black Mountain. Their instructions for everything - the fire, the shower, etc - are so clear and simple. Fantastic experience for both times we’ve visited!

I will definitely stay here again, not only is it beautiful inside-out, the property was amazing. From the outdoor sitting area to the mountainous views it offers to the running creek that’s somewhere nearby just made this place much more relaxing.

Easy to find. Clear instructions. A little confusing if you're coming in at night since there's multiple houses. Super clean. Definitely worth the amount you pay. Scenery with a river. Town is close and has a few cool places to check out.

Carole’s house truly is tiny, but it had everything I needed for a short visit. Her descriptions were accurate and she was very responsive to help without being intrusive. The kitchen was well stocked, there were ample amounts of towels and blankets, and everything was clean and uncluttered. I highly recommend her place.

My wife and I had an absolutely wonderful experience in March 2025. We celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary with a little getaway. The home is clean and orderly. We made good use of all the amenities, especially the espresso machine and hot tub. We absolutely adored sitting on the swing daybed by the waterfall, reading and enjoying the afternoons. The location and the host met or exceeded all of our expectations and we intend to be repeat guests here.
