The owner was very kind, decorated for Christmas and always available to help with anything we needed. We could make many beautiful memories!! We would love to come back here again!!

My family & I came up to Redding for the weekend to visit Bethel Church and couldn’t have chosen a better Airbnb! Eric & Victoria were always very helpful and responsive. We had a relaxing weekend even though it was just a short stay. Loved that everything was exactly as pictured and described. Will definitely look into coming back on our next visit

We checked in at night, and it was easy. I wish they had lights up the driveway to help with the potholes, like they had on other parts of their property. Other than those holes, it was a great stay! The kids had a blast with the pool.

I enjoyed the peace and quiet but liked that everything was within a short drive. I was able to enjoy sitting outside after work and reading my book. Would love to stay again and bring my family to enjoy the space.

We came to stay to enjoy some sunshine and family time! We couldn’t have asked for anything more staying here! I loved that we had the option to have the pool heated! The pool was a hit with us all! It was the perfect temperature and it’s huge! Room for us all! The back yard was our oasis! The house was amazing! Although we didn’t spend much time indoors! The beds were comfy! The showers were great and the big tub was wonderful! We also loved the location! Close to the freeway and so many places to eat etc close by! My family and I will definitely stay here the next time we are in town! We are grateful we could stay here this week!

The home was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and located close to food and shopping. It was a great place to stay with plenty of space for our 4 person family. The backyard was fenced and there were no issues for our dogs. 5/5 would stay here again.

Ken was a great host with special touches done to the house. He made us feel extra with the battery operated candles lit throughout the living room, snacks and popcorn for a late night snack. We appreciated the communication and updated weather report prior to our arrival. Great place to stay!

Always a great little place to stay for my work week trips and very clean and private. Close to town for any needs and hosts are always nice and responsive.

We had a great stay at the oak house. Joshua responded quickly to our questions and the house is well maintained and stocked.

We spent a few quiet days after a busy vacation and it was very relaxing. A small playground down the road was busy with kids for our little one to play with and the brewery was great for a meal out. The owners were always quick to reply to our messages and we felt relaxed and comfortable in their home.

Tasteful decor. Peaceful surroundings. Owners were conscious of giving us privacy. Everything was pristine! Perfect for a couples getaway. We'd definitely stay here again if in the area!

Our stay with Rue was fantastic! Honestly the photos don't do it justice, the pool was a lot bigger than it looked. Great place to do exactly what they advertised, play, rest, repeat. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

We were there for my daughter's wedding so we were sad we didn't get to spend much time at the place. It is absolutely beautiful, comfortable and right on the river. I would definitely go back and stay for a weekend with family when we don't have an event we need to attend! Highly recommended!

Toad Hollow was great for our group of 7 adults and children. We loved playing in the snow, sitting on the front porch, building puzzles on the big dining room table, cooking meals in the well stocked kitchen, taking baths in the clawfoot tub, watching dvd’s, and walking to restaurants in town. Toad Hollow is close to Mt Shasta ski park. The large mud room was great for offloading snow gear. It was nice having a washer and dryer to dry wet snow gear! Jill was very responsive when we accidentally deadbolt locked the keypad door and went out the back (the back door has a door knob lock that can be pulled closed and locked). She came by and unlocked the house while we were at the ski park so we didn’t have to deal with not being able to get in when we came back. We would recommend Toad Hollow for its cozy, like home, atmosphere.

This home is perfect for large families! The space is open and welcoming, with a cozy, homely vibe. The location is fantastic—just a 5-minute walk to the lake and only 35-45 minutes from Mount Shasta Ski Park. We had an incredible time and would definitely recommend it to others!

My husband kept telling me that this has been his best Airbnb stay ever. We had one snow day during our 6 night stay, and it was all we had hoped for. We were able to do sledding in the backyard and sure it made my 2 children super excited and they would remember this trip for years to come. The scenery was just breath-taking. Great friendly host, recommend AWD cars during the winter stay. We didn't hit a big snow storm but good advice if it did happen.

It was a beautiful location, private and out of the way. Our host was responsive and helpful. This is a great venue for a retreat with four lockable bedrooms, each one with its own private bath. The energy in the home is warm and bolstered by crystals and intention. I will definitely be returning to this location.
