A beautiful home Vanessa was an excellent host, she made us feel very welcome, and her recommendations for things in the area were super helpful for my family and I I would definitely stay here again!

The house was cute and very clean. Plenty of space for our clothes and jackets. Very modern up-to-date beds, nice and comfy. It was very pretty. I would love to have a house like this. I felt great when I went to bed. I slept like a baby and that’s very important. I love the outside. We saw lots of deer a fox and a coyote. We made a fire almost every night. Loved our stay.

We enjoyed at Niti’s place during our stay in canyon lake. House was clean and location of the house was excellent. Very relaxing and quiet place to stay.

Excellent stay! Even thouhj the lake is dry, we had a blast exploring the dry lake bed and just lounging around the house. The hosts were wonderful - quick to respond and so accommodating! Great spot for our 3 families for a long weekend.

nice place...4 people stayed for the 2025 final four weekend....can accommodate more, but we like space. lots of room & well setup space. the "healing" studio is a nice touch and away to get away from the group for meditation / yoga etc.

First time at an Airbnb so we had zero expectations. Well, we were wowed at EVERYTHING this place has to offer. Location was key for us to be close to family living near. Price, location, and amenities sold me on this place. We will probably be back.

The house is beautiful and very much as advertised. Incredible views and modern home. It was perfect for our trip to the San Antonio area.

We enjoyed our stay. There were a couple of hiccups but these were resolved quickly. The area was beautiful and the house very comfortable. Easy to travel into town and shop.

Stay at Jacob’s was great and convenient. The place we had originally booked wasn’t available but the staff made sure to get us into another room which was even better than the original. Walkable distance to the river walk as well.

My wife and I stayed for a night to go to our friends graduation at Lackland Base (21 minute drive with heavy morning traffic) we weren’t there for long but if ever headed back to San Antonio we will try to stay here again!

The Carriage House exuded tranquility and serenity. Following a lengthy journey, we eagerly sought refuge in the inviting living space and cozy bedroom. The temperature upon our arrival was ideal, allowing us to effortlessly unwind. The accommodations boasted a comprehensive array of amenities, ensuring that we felt completely at home. As night fell, following a visit with family, we savored the peaceful seclusion of the countryside while relaxing by the gas firepit and a glass of wine. The path leading to the river is ideal for fitness enthusiasts who enjoy walking or running, especially trail running. Adjacent to the river, there is a park with a track, perfect for those looking to exercise. Additionally, the area is excellent for fishing, so be sure to bring your gear and a comfortable lawn chair to relax in the ample shade by the river, perhaps with a good book.

Shannon’s lake house was a great choice for our weekend plans! He was extremely helpful and informative of the area and surrounding businesses. It was very peaceful and relaxing. Although the lake has got down we still enjoyed the views from the wrap around porch and porch swing. We will definitely book again with Shannon at the the house! Great family weekend getaway with a great price!

We had such a wonderful stay! Everything was super clean, modern, and perfectly fit our family of 5. We enjoyed spending family time outside bbqing & playing cornhole by the beautiful breathtaking views. Not only was it such a peaceful and relaxing getaway but April is such a sweetheart and so accommodating. We would definitely recommend and visit again!
