We were very impressed by this place! Location is perfect from Downtown San Antonio/Riverwalk - about 5 minute drive. We had our own rental car so it was easy for us to get to & from places. Parking was great for us. We were there for a business training event & was pretty much out majority of the time. Yet the times we were able to relax, parking was always available right up front. Super easy to find the location. We also got to enjoy the amenities (pool & gym) during our stay which is very nice + clean. We met some other tenants along our stay & they were super friendly. Even recommended us a few restaurants to dine in during our stay. Our host Q was very responsive & able to accommodate any of our needs / answered our questions in a very timely manner. Check in instructions/overall location went very smooth. The bed was super comfy & honestly we felt right at home while we were there. Would definitely consider staying here again if ever in town! Highly recommend

Place was as-advertised and in a GREAT location. Unit was clean and REALLY nice. The location was wonderful, and the Japanese restaurant on the first floor was a great surprise (really good sushi)! Try Back Unturned Brewing Co., just a quick stroll down the Riverwalk, if you like beer and flatbreads (spicy Hawaiian was our choice). We walked down to the center of town and took the shuttle boat back to Stop 13, right by the place. Don't miss Elsewhere Garden Bar & Kitchen, just across the street - eclectic and inviting. Richie was super nice and responsive - if we get back to San Antonio, we will definitely put this at the top of our list!

First visit to San Antonio and I’m so glad we stayed here. The location is lovely and super walkable. I walked downtown with my 6 year old son, and there were plenty of cafes and restaurants along the way. The hosts are very responsive and the room was perfectly clean.

Came in last-minute to root on the Gators in the basketball national championship game. Hotels were crazy so checked here. So glad I found Lina’s place. The apartment is beautifully decorated, well-stocked, and looks like the photos. The pool is great. Worked by the pool and watched boats float by on the river. Came alone as a woman and always felt fine. Building is quiet.

Prefect location for all events in San Antonio, directly accessible to the Riverwalk and easy walk to Convention center and Alamodome.

I really enjoyed the location of this place! Nothing I wanted to do was more than 15 minutes away! It was easy to check in and out, and parking was not to difficult to find.

We wanted to provide our kids with a quintessential Hill Country experience for Spring Break and Falling Rock delivered! The house was perfect for our family of 5 (kids ranging in age from 4-9) and the dog; it was very spacious, and we loved that the master wing was on the opposite side from the kids bedrooms. The property was amazing - plenty of space for the kids to run around, the creek was crystal clear and the perfect depth (only up to chest level for adults), and the two entry areas were perfect to setup the fishing gear that we purchased at the Hunt store and wait for the perch to bite. Having a golf cart to transport everyone and everything up & down the hill from the house was a lifesaver. The kitchen was wonderful - it had everything we needed to feel right at home and the office in the master wing allowed me to stay current at work. Jake & his family were very welcoming and responsive to any questions. No one wanted to leave & we will 100% be booking this again!

Tim’s place (Rio Bajo) was very delightful! We enjoyed sun bathing by the river, watching Tim’s bird feeder attract many cardinals and all sorts of beautiful birds, hot tub time, star glazing and so much more! Thank you Tim for sharing your beautiful place with us!🙂

I recently stayed at this beautiful riverfront home in Canyon Lake, Texas, and it was an absolute delight. The property offers breathtaking views of the river, which can be enjoyed from the spacious deck or while relaxing in the hot tub. The interior is well-appointed, clean, and provides all the comforts needed for a relaxing getaway. The host was responsive and ensured our stay was comfortable. It's a perfect spot for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy nature's beauty. Highly recommended!

My husband, teenage son and I enjoyed Paula’s adorable place for our relaxing weekend while celebrating my birthday. The home was so cozy, smelled good when we walked in, beds were squeaky but super comfortable! The couch was comfy, dinner table was perfect for enjoying family meals and playing card games at night,. The kitchen had 2 trash cans which was so nice when cooking and cleaning. Paula was super sweet and left welcoming notes for us and many helpful suggestions. The weather in December was perfect for hiking the trails at Lost Maples State Park, only 30 minutes from the house where we were able to see all of natures beautiful fall colors, trickling springs, spectacular views of the valley and monkey rock! We were able to walk across the street from the home and relax by the river, drove a couple times to Ingram grocery store for some amazing fresh cut steaks and chicken! We would definitely love to come back again! Well worth it!

The views and the rustic home were amazing. It was a perfect place for our family if 5 and the porch was an amazing place to sit and drink coffee in the morning. I fully recommend staying here.

We enjoyed our stay. It was right on the river front and the house was exactly as advertised! It was peaceful, and walkable to restaurants and parks. Perfect patio and pet friendly! Thanks Carolyn for a wonderful stay! We will be back!

We rented all four houses for a wedding so immediate and extended family could stay together. The location is ideal for a wedding at Sendera Springs. It is less than 1/4 mile away. The houses are lovely with good amenities. I personally didn’t think that the online photos did the place justice. It was very pretty, with comfortable beds and couches, nice linens and towels. The bathroom was beautiful. If I was looking to stay in the area again I would definitely stay here.

We enjoyed at Niti’s place during our stay in canyon lake. House was clean and location of the house was excellent. Very relaxing and quiet place to stay.

Ramiro's place was excellent! Such a great location, right on the Riverwalk, super close to lots of cool spots. It was clean and checkin was smooth, with clear instructions. We appreciated Ramiro's good communication and recommendations for nearby places to eat. Parking garage was easily accessible to the unit. The only issue we had was some neighbors played music or videogames with very loud bass until about 10:30 at night, but it wasn't super noticable with the sound machine we brought going. Overall, a really great experience! The complex pool looked lovely l, as advertised, and we would have used it if the weather were warmer during our stay.

Loved it. Felt like home. Within driving distance to everything. Peaceful neighborhood and neighbors. Everything was clean. Would definitely stay again.

Great place, very quiet, yet walkable to great restaurants and some fun food truck yards. Ramiro was great, quick to respond and help with any questions or needs we had while staying here.

Great place. Close to dinning, the Museum of Art and downtown. All within a short walk along the river.

Absolutely one of the best places i have ever stayed. The little things that were in place that you don't even think about went beyond expectations. The location is amazing. Easy walk to downtown but lovely quaint places even closer. Viewing the river while on the balcony, very relaxing. I cannot add enough how great this place was. My husband worked while I explored. You honestly dont even really need to drive anywhere. 5 star rating without hesitation.
