This was the perfect place for our weekend. The house was great and everything was very easy.

Our stay at Vivian's beautiful lake house was a long series of pleasant surprises. Where most airbnb's have the bare minimum of cooking supplies, her kitchen was fully stocked, with every appliance and spice you'd need for home cooking right at hand. The beds were comfortable, the sheets spotless, the bathrooms were pristine, and the whole house had a clean and welcoming feel that only comes from dedicated work. The lake equipment was extensive, and allowed us to make many treasured memories out on the water. And to top it all off, she left a platter of homemade chocolate chip cookies on the counter as a welcoming gift. We would happily stay here again, I can't emphasize enough how well kept this house is.

Nice spot to just sit and have your morning coffee looking out over the lake. Lots of wineries and small breweries to visit. Lots of dining options. The house is very clean and fresh. We would return if in the area

Veronica was extremely kind and responsive. She had everything we could think of and more. Her home was perfect for our family of four while we visited family in the area. Stop looking. Book this place!

Katherine's cottage was just what we were looking for! It was very clean, cozy, comfortable and quiet! We were looking for a quiet place to relax and this was perfect! The cottage is beautifully decorated! Katherine had everything you could possibly need or want to make our stay enjoyable. She was a pleasant and helpful host and responded quickly to all correspondence! We loved our stay and look forward to returning!

My husband and his 3 friends stayed here so they could hunt nearby. It was very conveniently located to the ferry and place they wanted to hunt. The host was very nice and helpful and quick to respond. The local pizza joint had great pizza.

We had a great time! The house was very quiet. Amazing fishing spot. Close to the city without feeling like you’re in the city. I would rent this place again.

We enjoyed our stay so much! The house is so cute and the view was so beautiful. The neighborhood is quiet. I will say there isn’t much around, but we knew this ahead of time and had no problem with it.

We really enjoyed our stay at Tom's place. It is very comfortable, clean and is an ideal location for Mitchell's Bay! Will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed this beautiful home, Jenn was an amazing host and quick to respond. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We fell in love with the beach and views and that you can easily walk straight out of the house to a stunning clean beach. The neighbours were all so friendly and helpful. We will definitely be visiting again. Thanks so much for a wonderful experience, can’t wait to come back:)

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful lakefront property. The hosts were incredibly kind, responsive, and went out of their way to accommodate us during a personal emergency. The home was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. It’s rare to come across such genuinely thoughtful and caring hosts. We’ll absolutely be staying here again whenever we’re in the area.

I highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a large spacious house for a lot of people. It’s very private and accommodating to everyone’s needs. It was very cozy and felt right at home.

I was very pleased with this booking. Jerald was a lovely host. The house is gorgeous and clean. Jerald has an eye for decorating and everything was beautiful. I love to read and loved the book selection! We felt very safe and the outside area was beautiful. There are lots of beautiful song birds and other critters around and in the canal. I would definitely book this place for a long weekend and would love relaxing on the deck or by the fire pit with a book from the house! It is a perfect location for any activities in Detroit, or for an extended stay. Highly recommend!

The Lodge was a great place for our family to stay for a family wedding! We had a great experience, very close to lovely Clarkston! Dan was really great. The lodge was a great place fore us to gather and relax for this fun event. Hanging out during the day as well after events. It was great!

The place was clean and organized. Everything was easy to find and identify from wifi passwords to instructions to follow. Would definitely come back here again in the summer hopefully

Beautiful property, feels private and remote even though right off the highway. Unique mid-century modern decor/interior design — not your typical sterile, greige cookie cutter Airbnb! Responsive, friendly hosts. I stayed here over the Christmas holiday, and Matt went out of his way to salt/shovel the walkways/driveway the morning of Christmas Eve when it had snowed the previous night. Highly recommend, I would definitely stay here again!

To say we enjoyed our stay is an understatement! The cottage is so much larger and even more comfy than I anticipated! The space has two eating areas inside, as well as a large picnic table, Tiki Hut, expansive dock, and fire pit right outside your door. The space was very clean and had everything we needed for cooking and enjoying our stay. There are so many interesting books, games, and treasures to explore, such a unique space is hard to capture in photographs, but I think that is part of the magic. Coffee and tea on the dock in the morning was very peaceful and we have incredible memories of watching the many species of birds nesting in a protected migratory area right on the banks of the river just before sunset. We eat the freshest corn we have ever tasted, gifted to us by Maryann as well as many other small gifts that made the stay so chill and comfortable. Maryann and Brad are super friendly but also very respectful of your privacy. The perfect hosts and really good people.

The cabin gave you a private, woodsy, middle of nowhere vibes without actually being in the middle of nowhere. Super close to amenities, restaurants and things to do. We did have to dispose of one spider but that made it feel all the more like you were actually in the woods.
