Great place to stay! Very quiet and clean. Having a separate access to the unit is very convenient.

This was our second stay at Zachary's place - it was just as great as our first visit! Super cozy, great local food and safe neighborhood.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at CoCo AirBnB. The location was clean, had all the amenities and was definitely worth the price. Coco was easy to communicate with. The only issue was initially it was quite hard to find but other than that, I will be staying again! Thank you for having me!

Great space right downtown in Chatham close to restaurants, the Capitol Theater, Turns and Tales and many thrift shops. The space was accurate to the photos and a great place to stay for a couple nights in Chatham. Downtown Chatham can get loud at night with car noise and people walking down the alley outside the bedroom window so if you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs.

What a cute property! The space was squeaky clean. We traveled with another couple, each had own bedroom and bathroom. Beds were very comfortable. I missed that it was on the third floor, all stairs. It is a quiet building and neighborhood. We were minutes from downtown, but a couple blocks from a pub in any direction. Host has thorough instructions and responded timely. I would definitely stay here again.

Had a wonderful stay here. They had a lovely garden with tons of space but also just a stone throws away from the city. Bree and Kevin were very friendly and helped with recommendations. Kevin greeted us on arrival and Bree checked in with us during our stay and in departure. The space was very unique, older home but clean and charming. We had more than enough room for the three of us (two adults and a teen). Thank you for having us and will keep this in mind next time we are visiting Detroit!

Great stay! Easy walk to nice restaurants and entertainment in Royal Oak, and a quiet spot next to parks and school.

I had an enjoyable stay at Helen's place. It was easy to find and conveniently located with a Walmart Super Store nearby. Check-in was quick with a numeric lock through a private entrance. There was a long stair case leading up to the apartment which I wasn't expecting. The unit was nice and clean with a private balcony overlooking the Sydenham River and situated right next to a bridge. I could hear a "river of cars' during rush hours which I soon got used to. The kitchen was brightly lit and well equipped with a large industrial size sink. There were two seatings to choose from for meals, between a more traditional dining table and a higher table with bar chairs. The bedroom was spacious. Despite the lack of a closet, the host was thoughtful with providing a coat rack with hangers. Helen was accommodating with my request for relatively scent free linens since I am sensitive to the scent of most laundry detergents and dryer sheets. Thank you Helen!

I really enjoyed my stay at the house, it was in a perfect location for me, super easy to find, and simple easy check in and check out, Mateos's was always available if needed and always very responsive to any messages or communication we had during my stay, he was a great host and I would highly recommend staying here and I would certainly stay again if I'm back in the area and the home is available, especially in the summer with the home having a pool, it is winter now and the home was great it would be over the top with the pool in the summer, a great place to stay!

We loved this place. Perfect location for fishing the Detroit River. Kal is an amazing host. We had everything we needed. Definitely will stay here again.

House is located in a quiet neighborhood, lots of space, adequate parking and had all the amenities we needed! Host is very responsive and helpful. We had a great stay and will book again for future stays!

The house was modern with good appliances and very clean. A great place as a home base to work out of town. Eli was great to deal with. Would recommend highly!

5 stars. Very clean and comfortable. Kitchen and bathroom were well stocked. Air conditioning is quiet and works great. Check in and check out easy. Host was responsive throughout our trip. It is a little noisy due to upstairs guests.

The House at 2 Waters, once again, hosted our family time. Comfortable, spacious and clean. We spent Christmas here and a lovely large Christmas tree was waiting for our gifts to put under. 🎄 Thank you! I really appreciate that my pet(s) can come along too. Next time I will stay when it is warm lol. Thanksgiving and Christmas were both wonderful at 2 Waters. Matthew and Shasta are excellent hosts.

The house was great. She had so much extra linens and blankets! The house felt warm and cozy. The deck looked great but unfortunately it was too cold to enjoy it.

I have stayed at this property multiple times. This is and will continue to be my “go to” Airbnb when visiting the area!!

I loved staying here. The house is super cozy and feels like a classic Michigan home, not a generic modernized listing. We slept well here and the shower was very nice. I also loved how close it was to charming downtown Wyandotte, which is worth walking around if you've never been there. I felt right at home and would recommend this to anyone looking for a very comfortable place to stay.

Perfect place for a girls weekend! So close to tons of great restaurants and professional sports complexes. Parking was only a tiny bit tricky because half the street was blocked off for construction and there were pistons games and/or concerts in the area both nights we were there so pickins were slim on our block, but lots of availability not too far away! The building is old and beautiful, the residents (and their dogs) were so friendly, and the area is really coming back to life! We would definitely stay here again—especially if we had tickets to a game!

Alejandro made the entire process go as smoothly as it could. He quickly accepted our reservation request and gave clear instructions on parking and access to the building. He followed up once or twice throughout our stay to make sure everything was going well but did not spam and allowed us to enjoy our time at this home. Overall, we would stay again!

Great stay. Everything was exactly as described in the listing & the communication / correspondence was thorough & prompt. A fellow artist & myself were staying in town for the week to paint murals at a new & restaurant opening up & it was exactly what we needed. An oasis of rest & relaxation! Highly recommend if anyone needs a place to stay in the area.
