Great host and property! The house was equipped with new appliances and had sufficient supplies including laundry and dish detergent pods. The house had sufficient utensils, pots, and dinnerware for our family of 9 and everything was clean and well organized. Jonathan was very responsive to issues reported and able to coordinate the needed assistance on the priority maintenance issues. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and enjoyed our stay.

The home was beautiful and the area is quiet and peaceful. It's close to the interstate for quick travel to the beach and the Mayo clinic. The hosts stayed in contact for any information we needed throughout the stay. We enjoyed our stay!

Great stay for a week with our pups. Very clean and quiet location, near everything but off the main drag. Updated interior with a large backyard. Kitchen had all the necessaries including Keurig. Heat & AC worked well, washer & dryer seemed brand new. Bathroom was clean & modern, with plenty of towels. Beds were comfortable. Richard was a great host, even got the backyard mowed at our request, super appreciated. Couple of notes for pet owners: there's no direct access from inside to the backyard & the gate is a bit large & heavy to open, but the kids loved running around in it! Highly recommend a stay!

Karen solucionó todos los inconvenientes que tuvimos por ejemplo no había aspiradora y ella envió una nueva. Volvieria a quedarme en este alojamiento sin dudas. Lo único que no sabíamos es que la piscina no es climatizada, pero por suerte hace calor así que se puede usar

This is a beautiful home that is close to historic downtown St Augustine. The description says 'walking distance', just be aware that it is almost 9/10ths of a mile to the edge of town. To see all the sites at St Augustine historical district you have to walk A LOT. So if you are good with the mile there and the mile back, plus all the walking you do downtown, then it is walking distance. We chose to Uber, which was less than $10 each way (the cost of the parking garage without all the hassle). The house is beautiful with upgraded bathrooms. The kitchens are small but workable. There were some minor items that need maintenance but overall we were pleased with the accommodations and they were perfect for our group.

Loved our stay. My family enjoyed our stay. The backyard was so much fun for the kids. The house is also super close to the beach and many stores and restaurants. Parthesh was also super quick with responses to any of our questions. I would definitely recommend this stay..!

We had such a special weekend at this beautiful property. The space was peaceful, fun, and full of charm — perfect for making memories with family. Every part of the house and grounds felt so thoughtfully put together, with little hidden gems to discover everywhere you looked. Collecting eggs each morning turned into a fun little game, with everyone trying to call dibs on who got to do it that day. The man cave was a major hit — packed with personality and details that made it feel like staying at a friend’s place. We also loved spending time by the pool and relaxing in the screened-in patio — the perfect spot to wind down in the evenings. Thank you for sharing this one-of-a-kind home with us. We’re leaving with full hearts and some unforgettable memories.

As described, in a quiet neighborhood with little traffic. Kids loved the pool and we liked the outdoor space on the property.

Came for a wedding. The home was exactly as the pics showed and it was pristine inside with all the necessities including beach chairs, umbrellas and towels. Perfect location, walkable quaint little area, lots of great recommendations too. Great space, amazing host, Pauline always responded quickly and went above and beyond to accommodate us. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there, just needed another day or two to enjoy the town. Highly recommend.

We had a great time! Dani was very organized and responded quickly to any of our questions. The beach is close and is an easy walk. The heated pool was a big hit with our grandchildren. Highly recommend !

had the most amazing vacation in a wonderful beautiful home. felt very comfortable because it had everything I could possibly need. kitchen was well stocked with any appliances we would need. everything was so clean and beautiful. when I had a problem with the pool being too cold I messaged the host and immediately he fixed the problem. all in all I do not have any major complaints. would definitely book with this Airbnb again. thank you for being an amazing host ❤️❤️

Was lucky enough to meet Kayla at check-in. Kind, considerate, and very helpful. It was our first time staying at an Airbnb. Didn’t quite know what to expect but it turned out exceeding our expectations. Pretty much liked everything about it. Suggestion: maybe something nonslip to go in the bathtub. I am technologically challenged which meant it took me about 15 minutes to figure out how to start the coffee pot. I just kept punching buttons. Maybe a simple little attached note to help out old timers like me. Would absolutely recommend this place for a pleasurable stay. Thank you

I cant say enough good things about Fred and Lynn's home away from home. I've stayed at a few locations in St Augustine, but they deserve more than 5 stars. My family enjoyed every second of their peaceful surroundings. The home was gorgeous, pool felt amazing, and hosts and fur babies were super friendly. We are definitely planning on returning now that we have found this hidden gem. Close enough to great restaurants, but so private that deer felt safe enough to lay in their yard. Fred met us as soon as we arrived with Ellie and they gave us the grand tour, checked in during our stay to make sure we were comfortable, and Lynn came out to have conversation and offered my daughter a pool float. Even making sure she had sun screen. It was the little moments like that that made this place so special!! I said several times "reminds me of grandma's house as a kid." Thank you again Fred, Lynn, Ellie, and Boo. We miss yall already!

The moment I stepped into this lovely space I was at peace. Words fail me to describe the welcome experienced every time I returned to this home throughout my stay in the area. Attention to detail was evident and extremely appreciated after long days exploring surrounding areas and towns. I would love to be able to stay here again should I ever return to this area.

Josh was a fantastic host and loved staying at his Airbnb again! Love the location as it’s close to all the great restaurants and shops of Avondale and Boone Park is right down the street, which was nice for walking the dogs.

The host was very responsive and proactive. This by far was the best home I've booked on Airbnb for my family and myself. It was the perfect location. A short drive between downtown Saint Augustine and Jacksonville. Very quite very neat and clean Also up-to-date appliances! Overall extremely satisfied with my stay will book again in the future. Great host very helpful with making us comfortable. Walking distance to the beach and lots of places in walking and driving distance. Good amount of traffic but the location was so great to the beach we didn't mind. We didn't hear any traffic at night. Enjoyed the front porch. Great fresh fish place nearby and we Grilled a couple of nights. Definitely would atay here again. Thanks Nolan.

We had a great stay. Our host was always responsive. We had an issue with the a/c and they were quick to fix it and keep us comfortable.
