I had 13 years of Airbnb experience and Tina’s place is one the of best place I have ever been to. It’s spot clean, comfortable, spacious, and well stocked. We especially appreciate the two separate living rooms which made it easy for our large group to spread out. The view of Lake Erie is so peaceful and specular. Tina is also very kind and flexible with our check in and check out time. We had an amazing experience at this Airbnb and would certainly come back!

Very relaxing environment, the house is actually bigger than the photos depicted. Beds were comfy and the View from the master bedroom was amazing and so peaceful especially first thing in the morning. If you like fishing, we cought several large catfish of the rocks in the middle of the night as well. Kids enjoyed it alot.They said it was better than our Florida trip.

This was a convenient and nice space for our family to stay on our Cedar Point trip. Clean, spacious, and well maintained. As other reviewers described, it sits between two well maintained motel units. Thanks for letting us stay!

This was our favorite Airbnb stay so far! Loved everything about this “happy place”. It truly felt like a home away from home and we already can’t wait to come back. Our host Joe was extremely welcoming and responsive. This was the perfect stay for our volleyball tournament weekend.

The place was exactly as described. Host was responsive and friendly. The house is conveniently located and a short walk to the lake. Would recommend!

From the moment we arrived we just knew this was the perfect place for us to stay for the weekend. The location was perfect. Everything about Exchange of Pace was done with so much thought and love. We are definitely looking forward to coming back next year

We met up with family to stay on the lake for several days, and it was just perfect. We had 8 adult sized folks, and we fit in just perfectly. The location is just amazing...right on the lake with access to swimming and kayaks. The place felt more roomy than the pictures...there is a really nice sitting room where most of us could sit, plus two screened in porches and plenty of seating outside. Kitchen is extremely well stocked. Central air was key for us and provided a nice respite from the heat. We drove 30 minutes to Cedar Point, and it was close enough that we came home for a few hours to take a break from the heat and went back for the evening. Hosts were just super on it, proactive, and very helpful. Highly recommend. Oh and the outdoor shower really was a highlight. Sounds silly, but we all loved it!

Wonderful, well-kept large home in a great location for visiting the islands and getting to Cedar Point. Easily fit our extended family of 10 people with plenty of room to spare and spread out. The large deck in back along with the front porch and fire pit area were used often to relax in the outdoors. Kelly was very responsive to any questions that we had making us feel right at home.

This was our first trip to Lake Erie and Dwight made us feel right at home abd gave us local tips to enjoy our time. We loved the lake access, the local shops and restaurants, and the spacious and comfy home with tons of extra toys to make the area enjoyable - bikes, games, and beach chairs.

Great place. Very convenient location. The boat launch at the State park is in walking distance and food was close by too.

Such a cool spot — you immediately feel transported to a different place. We found ourselves forgetting we were even in Ohio anymore! It’s also close to everything and there’s a bike path right at the end of the street. Highly recommend!

Very clean and pleasant place to stay. Our kids enjoyed the sports theme. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and a few blocks from the lake. It was about 10 minutes to the Cedar Point Sports Center. Close to downtown.

Tricia’s place is comfortable and we felt right at home. She has thought of a lot of little details that most other hosts don’t. Beds are extremely comfortable and the place is super clean. We have stayed here before and will do so again when we are in the area. Tricia was very responsive and communicative during our stay. Highly recommend!

Dave and Patrick were awesome hosts! They have thought of everything! My almost 4 year old loved the candy machine and the basket of chips were a hit too. The space was really clean and big enough to accommodate 2 adults, a baby, and 2 kiddos. During our visit, the city lost power in some areas and it affected the rental. They messaged me immediately to let me know what was going on and the estimated time power would be back on. They checked on us several times. They were friendly, responsive, and very helpful. Would definitely recommend staying at their place.

It was a comfortable, cozy place to stay! We enjoyed sitting around the fire pit on a cold night and walking to Massie Cliffside Preserve early in the morning with our coffee. Would recommend anyone stay here.

great spot on the island. you really get to be in the center of everything and feel entirely alone with full privacy.

The place was great for our girls weekend retreat. It was comfortable and cozy, peaceful, and spacious. It had all of the amenities that we would’ve wanted including little touches such as chocolate and coffee.

I loved this air bnb!!! It’s the perfect location away from the downtown area. Very easy to get to downtown with the $3/person taxi service put in bay offers. The cabin was private and peaceful and slept everyone comfortably.
