This cabin was the perfect space for relaxation! We had a group of 8 and the place felt very spacious. One of the rooms had a sink which was perfect for our group with a baby. The section was extremely cozy and the perfect space for watching movies at night. The sauna was a perfect way to end the night after outdoor activities all day. The kitchen was a great size for entertaining and although we didn’t use the ping pong table, it was a great amenity! The host was wonderful, calling to make sure we made it in okay and clear that we could call or text if we had questions or concerns. We were a quick 20 minutes from downtown Duluth! Highly recommend this stay for a group vacation!

LOVED our stay at Karin’s place! This home was so beautifully and intentionally decorated - we wanted to move in! Karin had everything we needed - including ziploc bags, bag clips, misc. supplies. This Airbnb was a great deal, especially considering 2 bedrooms & a hot tub. Everything about this rental was a dream. Karin was super quick to respond and helpful to any questions we had prior to the stay. We so enjoyed this booking and definitely hope to return soon. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway, consider Karin’s place!

A lovely home overlooking Lake Superior with all the amenities you could want! Our family enjoyed the proximity to some trails, beaches and Castle Danger. Definitely would come back!

It's difficult to find anything wrong with our stay. Andrew and Tiffany were very responsive and friendly the entire time. When we arrived, the house was extremely clean and looked even better than the photos. The lake view was very private and beautiful. We enjoyed spending time near the lake and watching the stars at night. I would gladly recommend this place to anyone else looking to spend some time near Duluth!

The house was beautiful and spacious for 4 adults, 1 teenager and 3 kids 10 and under. There was plenty to do for all the ages. The trails around the property were great and clear even with major snow drifts and wind covering footprints. There were sleds and snowshoes and a great sledding hill. The seating in the common areas was nice for a group and the fireplace was a nice feature we all enjoyed. The kitchen had everything needed, which was great! Brandon was a friendly and helpful host.

Our girls weekend at Hillary’s was lovely! So peaceful and relaxing! We spent hours at the fire pit. We enjoyed the resort amenities. The place was so adorable. We would definitely stay again if we find ourselves in the Danbury area. I really loved that there was a piece of artwork from the owner hanging in the living room. That was a cool touch! Thanks Hillary for a fantastic stay!

Overall, we had a great stay! The home has beautiful views, and we loved the area. There were a lot of thoughtful touches throughout, with our favorite being the Nintendo 64! The house was well-stocked and dog-friendly, which we always appreciate. For the price, it was still worth the stay, but there were a few things we wish we had known before booking. The most noticeable issue was the lingering cigarette smell in the home. Additionally, both bathroom doors couldn’t fully close without using extreme force. Despite these issues, we enjoyed our time here!

The house was easy to find, and was really nice. The space was great, well decorated, and was clean. The host communicated well, and helped with recommendations for our stay. We will definitely consider staying here again.
