Property was charming vintage hotel . Room was cozy and clean . Everyone was friendly! Tavern was open and cool vibes

If your agenda is peace and relaxation, look no further. The Casita is well-appointed, and stocked with personal touches that really made us feel well-cared for. It was spotless, smelled amazing, and great furnishing with the most comfortable sleeping area we’ve had in an Airbnb! The back patio is a huge draw with beautiful scenery and room to let your cares melt away. Thank you Dawn for being a great hostess and allowing us use of your beautiful space and for an amazing cause! We left with great memories and would love a chance to stay again whenever we feel like a quick getaway.

We LOVED the Cypress Lodge and only wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy all of the amenities. The swimming hole and bar was a highlight, as well as the new pizza and cocktail lounge. The whole place had a very local, chill, summer camp vibe that we really appreciated. The staff were all super friendly. We hope to bring a big group one day!

First if all, Sally is amazing and very kind she answered me all of my questions and she even recommend me some things to do during my trip. She is very fast to response. Regarding the apartment, it was more than I expected we were all satisfied it has everything you need and more! It has an amazing view too! Very familiar environment..! I would definitely go back some day :)

This place was SO cool! We will certainly be staying here again. It's right next to the river, with the ability to rent paddle boards, floats etc. Restaurants and bars within walking distance, and everyone was so nice! They provided coffee and donuts in the lobby as well. The rooms were all that we needed, since we were mostly experiencing the outdoors. Five Stars.

This was my second place staying here and for sure will not be my last. I love the space and how accommodating everyone who works there is. There’s so much to do on site and it’s a very short drive to the square. Really great space for a nice little getaway.

Beautiful peace of property. Can see beautiful sunsets. Breakfast was amazing. Eli was very helpful and responsive. The owners need to know that. Saw deer early morning. Wanted to stay longer plan to go back and use their amazing pool and stay in one of the suites with great views.

This ranch is beautiful and quiet! I spent a great time with my friends! The host is also very caring and provided many things in the INN for convenience. The river is very nice and way more funny than i thought

Anjali was extremely responsive and helpful. She helped us understand the bedroom set up before we booked - this was helpful as it was technically a studio, although the bedroom area had doors that closed it off so it felt private for someone to sleep on the sofa bed. The stay worked out great as we got all the amenities of a hotel, but with the living space/kitchen/laundry amenities of an AirBnb. Location was excellent for Austin City Limits Festival. Prices were very high for ACL but overall I believe we paid rates that were generally commensurate with what hotels were charging based on how late we booked. The Wyndham was fun and gave out special eclipse-viewing glasses for free and had a free waffle brunch so we had some nice perks too! Big thank you to Anjali :)

Kelly's place was located at the Club Wyndham. Check in was easy, at the front desk. The unit was very clean and well maintained. It was super easy to get refills on any items like coffee. The view was excellent. Was perfect for SXSW.

Great locations. Less “hectic” feeling than every other hotel in downtown Austin. Beautiful remodel. A few quirks (crazy hot water, fixed/non adjustable shower head, low ventilation) but the location and staff more than make up for it.

One of top Airbnb stays anywhere in the world and I travel for a living. Christopher was a phenomenal host and really went above and beyond to make my stay was the best it could be. The location is perfect for exploring Austin (or staying in a few block radius), the view from the balcony actually kept me from going out (it’s gorgeous and the afternoon shade is perfect to hang outside during the day without getting scorched). Sunsets from the balcony and night views of the river are primo. The rooftop pool and other building amenities are great, including the adjacent coffee shop and breakfast tacos a block away. There is even a dog park on 10th floor! The gorgeous nature trail is just a couple of blocks away and there is even a dock nearby for rentals to get on the river. Tons of restaurants around the block. If you’re debating whether to book, just do it, unless it overlaps with the days I’ll be back in Austin because I will be rebooking. 😎 Thank you again Christopher!
