My family had a great stay at this location over the holiday. There is plenty of space to sleep a large group, and the place was clean and tidy. They were also very responsive, even reaching out on Christmas Eve to answer a small question we had on check in!

The moose was an amazing place to stay. If is spacious and has a lot of rooms to relax. Kyle was very responsive and helpful during my stay. I would recommend this location to anyone!

We loved everything about this house & host! The house was beautifully furnished with everything we needed and then some! It was clean, tidy & beautifully appointed. Sabine obviously knows how to have fun and make people feel at home. There were plenty of extra pillows and blankets for the cool evenings. The foose ball table was a blast and the kids bedroom was so cute and full of toys! If you have young children they will love it!! The yard was landscaped nicely and the back patio offered many comfortable seating options, plenty of shade and a pool! Sabine had thought of everything and provided all the necessities plus many little extras. She was proactive with instructions & offered many ideas for things to do, beautiful scenic drives & things to see. The neighborhood was quiet, nice, safe and made for a nice evening walk. Location is great! Close to everything. Definitely a wonderful place to stay!

The host was very responsive and helpful when we had questions. The place is so unique and fun to hang out for our large group! We had 15 girls but never felt like we were on top of each other. There is also so much to do at the house itself with the speakeasy and fun game room!

Mark’s home was absolutely beautiful! The place was spacious, very clean, beds were super comfy, kitchen was well stocked with all you would need, and in a lovely and peaceful area. Mark was very helpful and quickly responded to all our questions and needs, a great host we greatly appreciated. The garage was an absolute plus given the very snowy weather we had that week. Such a great experience and strongly recommend.

We were very impressed staying here. Everything was very clean and the backyard is easily twice the size of what the pictures show. Angel was a fabulous host and we are very satisfied with our stay here. Would highly recommend!!

Jessica and the hosts were amazing at this property, I had come for a work trip and due to the nature of live shows and events, the dates were changed a few times. They were nothing but absolutely amazing and accommodating to all the changes. I really enjoyed the stay, and appreciate all the hospitality they showed us.

Simone’s place is a restful retreat in a wonderful neighborhood. It was exactly as described. Well appointed, very clean -a quiet place to stay within city limits. We loved everything about it don’t hesitate to book Simone’s place. I will definitely return to this lovely home away from home on future visits to Denver. So happy about this space. Our previous air bnb didn’t have all the dates to accommodate us. This added to the experience of being in Denver for the first time. We loved staying at this spacious and very clean home. The house does face a busy street in its neighborhood, but it’s so close to all the shops and restaurants in Olde Towne that the convenience just couldn’t be beat. Brad was a very responsive host. We found the bedroom a little brighter than we’re used to at night (light leak from safety light outside) and he was kind enough to work with us on a compromise that helped us sleep better. Highly recommend this home and host!

We enjoyed our stay at Anna & Brooke’s home. We found this location to be very convenient to downtown, restaurants, and many other attractions. The neighborhood was quiet. The house was very clean and comfortable and well suited for large groups with plenty of privacy for everyone. We would definitely love to stay here again next time we are in Denver.

Rachael's home was perfect for our Thanksgiving celebration with our students who weren't able to head home for the holiday this year due to school obligations. The home is perfectly located near the CU Boulder campus as well as the shops and restaurants on Pearl Street. The house had everything we needed and is very comfortable, and set up perfectly for us with the adults staying upstairs and our kids sleeping in the large basement living area. We would definitely stay at Rachael's home again.

There’s too much to state, but I will start with the cleanliness. I consider myself OCD when it comes to certain items. Marilyn’s home is 100% OCD friendly in terms of very detailed cleanliness! She was the perfect host! She checked in on us to make sure we were absolutely satisfied. The home is even better than described! If you look around, you can find anything you can possibly expect for a modern and functional home to contain. I would not only recommend Marilyn’s home, but I am going to go out of my way to share my experience so others can experience this beautiful, picturesque, quiet, and inviting place! the house was lovely for getting my family together for Christmas with enough room for everyone and a kitchen large enough to put together several special meals

Samuel was an amazing host. I was traveling with 4 kids on a Spring Break trip ages 10 through 17. Samuel was quick to respond to any questions we had and very helpful. Looking at the calendar now to book our next stay at The BlueBerry House!

We stayed with Tam for over 10 days with guests in all age ranges. The house has lots of room, the kitchen is beautiful and so functional. Loved being able to access the garage too! Definitely recommend for bigger groups!

My co-workers and I stayed here for four nights while attending a nearby conference. It was a fantastic way to save money and a perfectly adequate home. Everything was exactly as pictured. Some had mentioned only one sofa was there but both sofas were there when we stayed. As others mentioned, there isn’t a lot of art on the walls or extra furniture. For the price and location though it was totally fine. It was any different than I expected. The host was responsive and helpful and instructions were clear.

The home is very nice, big open rooms and lots of windows allowing lots of sunshine in. The master bedroom is huge and the master bathroom was very convenient. I would have expected to pay more for an Airbnb this large.

This was hands down one of the better places I have had the privilege to stay at. Had everything we needed and would highly recommend giving this place a try. The Host was very responsive both before and during our stay which was very much appreciated. Definitely will keep this home in mind on my next visit to the Denver area!
