Beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood. Just a few doors down from the gorgeous City Park and two blocks from Colfax with a number of nice cafes and restaurants. Billy was super accommodating for early check-in and responsive to my questions.

Loved that the hot tub was ready to go and clean!

Susan’s home is perfectly located just blocks from Pearl street which has lots of shopping, restaurants, bars and coffee shops. The home was beautifully decorated and super cozy. The kitchen was equipped with everything you would need to cook a nice meal and there were random ingredients that were available left from previous guests. The beds were comfortable as was lounging on the couch. Great place to stay in Boulder. I Would definitely recommend.

I’ll never forget our 3 month stay at Shelly and Don’s beautiful place. Our 16 month old twins and 2 golden retrievers felt right at home with the spacious yard and accommodating hosts. You will not regret booking this stay!!

Rachel's place was great! It was homey and comfortable and it was so nice having a doggy door for our pup who loved to roam the backyard and chew on sticks. The pictures showed two desks, but the one in the bedroom wasn't there. My husband and I both work remotely so it would have been nice to have two desks, but there was a kitchen table so we were able to make it work. Overall, great spot and would stay here again!

This is my third time staying at Sally’s place with my dog, and each time it is wonderful! Definitely becoming a home away from home for us and looking forward to another stay!

The location is great! The stay was just right for us! We travel with our dogs and it was great for them. Plus I noticed an Iowa Hawkeye license plate cover, you can never go wrong with Hawkeye fans! We will definitely stay here again if they will let us :)

This property has a lot of bang for your buck! If you fully read the description, and can live with the details outlined, then you will feel right at home here. The bathrooms are ridiculously luxurious and we thoroughly enjoyed those upgrades. We were pleasantly surprised by the property and the amazing view to the north! This house probably has the best view in the neighborhood! We enjoyed the mile long park that runs to the north of this property. If you have dogs, this is a great place for you with a trail running to the big open park from the edge of the property. There is a regional airport just to the north. We enjoyed watching the planes but they didn't disturb the peace in the house. We found the neighborhood to be friendly and laidback. There are a lot of dogs here so in the evening you will hear them but inside the house is quite peaceful. Brenna, our host, was very responsive and more than generous. We would recommend this property for sure!

We loved everything about this house & host! The house was beautifully furnished with everything we needed and then some! It was clean, tidy & beautifully appointed. Sabine obviously knows how to have fun and make people feel at home. There were plenty of extra pillows and blankets for the cool evenings. The foose ball table was a blast and the kids bedroom was so cute and full of toys! If you have young children they will love it!! The yard was landscaped nicely and the back patio offered many comfortable seating options, plenty of shade and a pool! Sabine had thought of everything and provided all the necessities plus many little extras. She was proactive with instructions & offered many ideas for things to do, beautiful scenic drives & things to see. The neighborhood was quiet, nice, safe and made for a nice evening walk. Location is great! Close to everything. Definitely a wonderful place to stay!

We booked our stay at the last minute due to our circumstance and had zero issues. Rental was homey, clean, beds were comfy and the home was well appointed. Would stay there again.

Mark’s home was absolutely beautiful! The place was spacious, very clean, beds were super comfy, kitchen was well stocked with all you would need, and in a lovely and peaceful area. Mark was very helpful and quickly responded to all our questions and needs, a great host we greatly appreciated. The garage was an absolute plus given the very snowy weather we had that week. Such a great experience and strongly recommend.

Beautiful home with amazing views! We definitely enjoyed our stay and appreciated the privacy of the home. Patti was very communicative and gave clear instructions for check in and check out. Overall, we were extremely happy with our weekend getaway and hope to stay again.

This was our second stay at Gina's place. Top notch as before. Gina is a great communicator and it's clear she takes a lot of pride in her guests experience.

My wife and I needed a place to stay for a few weeks in between housing. We put all of our stuff in storage and stayed here. The room was spacious enough for our dog, cat, and us, the closet had decent space to store some boxes, and the complex was incredibly quiet. Greg was very responsive and helpful any time we had to reach out. Would stay again!

Beautiful place that you feel at home right away. Stunning views from the big deck, with lots of space to explore and walk around. Great for our dog. They have the place setup so dogs can be comfortable and it is easy to go on walks. Hosts are very friendly, easy to communicate with, and welcoming. Will definitely book again!

My stays here have always been enjoyable, as the home is so clean and bright, and the hosts so welcoming. The location is nice and convenient, as shops and restaurants are nearby, and the freeway is relatively close. Dianne and John set out a few holiday decorations, so the apartment felt festive. My 24 night stay was wonderful, and I look forward to returning.

The place is exactly as mentioned, we felt right at home. It was clean and cozy. We enjoyed that we decided to get a late check out. Definitely recommend for a single, couple or even family of 3 as space not that big but it is comfortable. No bathroom sink but we we managed as the sink in kitchen is HuGE, absolutely loved it. Thank you for your hospitality 😊

A very spacious, tidy basement unit with great back yard and lots of extra linens and kitchen ware. Todd was very prompt with communication, would stay again.

This was an excellent place to stay for an overnight trip! They were super thoughtful and every room had a nice touch. The kitchen had water and seltzers in the fridge, the bathroom was well stocked with towels, hair dryer, and a curling iron, and the bedrooms had great charging stations. The house was easy to find and super clean — I’d definitely stay here again!

It was just what we needed for most of our stay in Denver, returned 4/10 to Pittsburgh via Amtrak. The kitchen was amazing and we enjoyed coffee being available for morning breakfast. The bed was comfortable and the surroundings peaceful. A wonderfully thought out garage conversion! Once it stopped snowing and warmed up, the outside terrace was perfect for conversation and sunshine. We walked to a nearby park with a lake; grocery store and restaurants are close. Our grand -dog, a service dog, visited for a few hours with our son, so the fenced yard area was perfect, even had a dog water bowl!!! We did Uber many times to our son's apartment, Meow Wolf, etc. Uber wanted us to walk around the block to be picked up in the front, so Sarah suggested we walk through their yard to Lowell, as I had a broken ankle, walking cast. It was a lovely stay, would re-book!!! Environmentally sensitive, composting and recycling!!!

Brianna was a great host- very responsive to all questions. The Airbnb was very clean and comfortable! We would definitely stay here again!
