L'Albufera : locations de vacances adaptées aux familles

Segundo año en el apartamento de Claudio y encantados!!! Todo lo encontramos igual o mejor, muy buena zona, piscina insuperable, playa cerca y apartamento limpio y con todo lo necesario y con Mady como siempre súper servicial y un encanto, nos seguiremos viendo!!

We had a wonderful stay, within walking distance of the beach and the restaurants overlooking the ocean. We particularly enjoyed Luz de Luna in Malvarrosa beach. Supermarkets are close and easy to access. Perfect setting to relax after visiting Valencia highlights and enjoying paella in El Rek over La Albufera. Thank you Diana for being a great host.

We loved this home so much we didn't want to leave! The pool was just what we needed in the middle of a busy vacation. Thank you!

Enamorados de esta casa, nos ha encantado pasar allí los 5 días. Muy cerca de Valencia y de la Feria de Valencia, lo que nos facilitó muchísimo ya que estábamos en un curso allí. La casa es preciosa, llena de luz, súper bien aprovechada y no solo eso… también súper confortable. Las camas y las almohadas 10 de 10. Las zonas de lavandería cocina y la lavandería muy equipadas. Realmente nos hemos sentido como si estuviéramos en casa. Encantada de estar… nos ha dado pena de dejar la estancia. Gracias de verdad además a los propietarios porque nos han acompañado estos días por si necesitábamos cualquier cosa.

Very nice Appartement / House in Cullera. Plenty of space for families. Great sea view. Raul is a great host. Easy to reach, fast reactions, great tips, Helpful and friendly. It's located in a living area nearly on the top of the hill. Nearby the beaches of Cullera and not far from restaurants, shopping possibilities and the city center. The kitchen is well sorted, you have a private garage, washingmachine, TV, Projector and a private Jacuzzi as well as a Pool (shared within the building complex).

El departamenro de Justo fue amor a primera vista y no defraudo. Ademas de todas las comodidades q ofrece tiene un piano en la sala que para cualquier aficionado (como es el caso de nuestra familia) fue un plus. Justo es muy abierto y bondadoso con su espacio, comparte su hogar y sus bienes como si sus huespedes fueran familia. Te deja su musica, sus libros, sus bebidas con total confianza. Nos recibio con un aperitivo al llegar y estuvo en contacto previo a cada momento. El departamento tiene aire acondicionado en cada ambiente, ban̈os completo en cada habitacion. Lavadora, lavavajilla. Te deja elementos de playa, espacio en sus placares. Tiene agua filtrada en el grifo q parece una pavada pero resuelve enormemente la logística diaria. Se encuentra a distancia a pie de la Ciudad de la Ciencias y el Parque Gulliver. En fin, sin duda lo recomiendo y volveria (es cierto q tiene un tema de olor al accionar el ban̈o principal pero me temo que q un tema generalizado de Valencia y no propio)

The terrace views are fantastic, the place is clean and the kitchen and the living room are very spacious. In the kitchen you will find a lot of useful appliances. The host is very quick to answer and helpful. You get a lot of useful tips before you arrive to the house. Be mindful that a walk to the beach is not an option until you are a fan of long distances, but the view overlooking the bay fully compensates it. The stairs in the house are quite steep so be aware of that when traveling with little kids. The only minus I can find in this house is the fact that after a few (4-5) people took a warm shower, the rest of us had to wait about an hour for hot water to arrive, but it was not very burdensome. Overall, highly recommended!

Alles sehr korrekt und der Beschreibung entsprechend, zentrale Lage und drei Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Mit guter Klimaanlage für den Sommer, Parkplatz im Keller ideal für die Sommersaison, in der lager ist es meist schwierig zu parken. WLAN top...! Einen angenehmen Aufenthalt!!!!

We stayed one week in Kath‘s apartment as part of a longer workation in Spain. It’s located in the middle of the Ruzafa area and allowed us to explore all the great restaurants and bars on foot. The apartment has everything you could ever need for a workation: fast fiber internet, fully equipped kitchen and even our dog was allowed. We are definitely coming back next time we want to stay in Valencia!

Genau so liebten wir es, València zu entdecken.. zum Frühstücken gleich in die Markthalle um die Ecke und abends durch den Park zurück- ein großes Dankeschön 🙏🏼

We had a great time in Valencia and Jordi’s apartment is in a great location. The apartment is basic but comfortable and perfectly clean. The bed is very comfortable and the shower nice and hot.

I really enjoyed staying here. The apartment is clean, nicely renovated and has everything you need. It was nicely decorated and made me feel at home. You can walk to the ciutad de las artes in 15 minutes and also to Rusafa that has a lot of nice restaurants and a great vibe. It also has a supermarket, pharmacy and a metro station nearby. It’s perfect for working remotely. I would definitely recommend and love to come again!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The apartment is gorgeous. Super easy walk to the centre. Our host was super friendly and responsive. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

Rita was friendly and very good in communicating promptly with us from start to finish. Being new visitors to town, Rita gave clear directions to find her apartment and was prompt in replying to any queries we had – Thank you, Rita. If it’s a city break you are looking for, this is it. This Airbnb is located on the third floor with access via stairs and lift . A spacious flat with good quality bed, shower and wifi. A clean and efficient Metro network gets you around town and a convenience store for essentials can be found downstairs from the flat. Handy note for visitors: We relied heavily on our GPS to navigate our way around town on foot - The town layout with some streets and buildings appearing to be the same as the last seen, can be a little confusing to first-time visitors. Located in the older part of town with pedestrian-friendly old-town streets, one can reach the Central Market (Mercado Central) on foot within 15 minutes. A huge abundance of colourful foods to be found, and

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft wohl gefühlt. Der Garagenparkplatz ist sehr praktisch! Die Nachbaren waren sehr freundlich. Sobald wir Hilfe benötigten oder Fragen hatten, wurde uns schnell und zuvorkommend von Bernardo und Carolina geholfen. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt. Es gibt einen direkten Bus 112 in die Stadt Valencia, welcher auch häufig fährt. Ein Consum ist in der Nähe 10-20 min zu Fuss erreichbar. Andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto ab ca. 5-10 min besuchbar. Die Unterkunft bietet viel Platz und hat alle wichtigsten Sachen vorhanden, welche man gänig braucht.

My family really enjoyed a relaxing stay at Enrique's place! It is located steps away from the beach with stunning views, lots of rooms for everyone, clean, well-decorated, free parking, easy access to shopping and restaurants...Furthermore, Enrique is always quick to respond and very helpful. I will highly recommend!

Un lugar magnífico, apto para Mascotas, unas vistas increíbles y por sobre todo unos excelentes anfitriones tanto Vicente como Gonzalo! Volveríamos sin dudarlo!

We had a very good time in Johns appartment. The communication with John was great. He answered very quick and had a lot of tips for restaurants, activities and exploring Valencia.

Desde el minuto uno Joaquin y Roberto estuvieron al 100% con nosotros. Nos ayudaron a transportar nuestros equipajes y cualquier duda que tuvimos nos la resolvieron. Estuvimos como en casa y seguramente volveremos a repetir pronto. El unico "inconveniente" que tuvimos fue que el wifi dejo de funcionar las ultimas 24h de la instancia, pero no fue un problema grave porque teniamos nuestros datos de internet en el telefono y se pudo solventar. Esta el piso muy bien equipado, no hace falta traer nada de casa. A lo mejor traerte la air fryer si la quieres usar pero el resto esta muy bien equipado. Lo recomiendo al 200% La zona en el mes de marzo esta muy tranquila pero seguro que en temporada de verano hay mucho mas ambiente. Este alojamiento no tiene parking pero justo a una calle hay un descampado con luces que está fenomenal para aparcar. Muchas gracias por todo.

Una experiencia INCREÍBLE, el trato tan cercano que ofrece Amparo hace que todo sea inmejorable, o sea, 100% recomendado. Hay facilidad para encontrar aparcamiento, tiene vistas al mar y lo tienes todo al alcance de la mano. No se puede pedir más!!

Wir haben eine super Zeit von drei Wochen in dem schön eingerichteten Apartment verbracht. Es fehlte an nichts, durchdacht & gut ausgestattet, alles hat soweit funktioniert. Rückfragen wurden zeitnah und flexibel beantwortet, wir konnten sogar etwas früher einchecken. Für die Region typisch und unabhängig von der prima Unterkunft, hatten uns nachts gelegentlich Mücken geplagt. Der Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage konnte von uns genutzt werden (auch mit SUV und etwas rangieren möglich). Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert, danke, wir würden wieder kommen!
