Lambrate, Milan : locations de maisons de vacances

Sehr schönes Haus, Nicola war ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Im Haus findet man alles, was man nur irgendwie brauchen könnte. Die beiden Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss sind mit A/C ausgestattet. Das Schlafzimmer im Halbkeller ist groß und freundlich mit Türen zur Terrasse, allerdings gibt es keine Tür und keine Kühlmöglichkeit. Pool und Gartenbereich sind wie das Haus sehr gepflegt. Top Empfehlung!

Mirko è una persona gentile e disponibile, gli appartamenti erano puliti e ordinati con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno, il giardino ampio e tenuto in ordine, la sera c'erano anche delle luci sopra le panchine esterne per chi volesse stare fuori a mangiare in compagnia con abbondanti posti a sedere.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic Airbnb, and I can’t say enough good things about it! The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the private pool — sparkling clean, perfectly maintained, and just the right temperature. Whether it was a morning swim, an afternoon of lounging by the water, or an evening dip under the stars, the pool was the perfect oasis for relaxation and fun. The property itself was immaculate and beautifully decorated, offering all the comforts of home and then some. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, providing great local tips and responding quickly to any questions. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and the living areas were cozy and inviting.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in dem Haus. Alles wie auf den Bildern , Pool war auch super , Grill war vorhanden , genug Platz zum parken. Andrea war sehr freundlich die Kommunikation war hervorragend und ansonsten sind wir auch sehe zufrieden gewesen .

Wir haben uns in Viktors Airbnb sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage und das Aibnb in den Weinbergen ist wunderschön. Viktor war sehr flexibel was den Check-in betroffen hat, wir konnten schon um 11. 00 Uhr einchecken. Auch hat er uns Tipps für Restaurants in der Nähe gegeben. Wir könnem dieses Airbnb gerne weiterempfehlen.

Fabio war ein sehr netter Gastgeber, der immer erreichbar war und sich sehr gekümmert hat. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

We hadden een zeer aangenaam verblijf. De vakantiewoning is rustig gelegen, met een mooi uitzicht. De binnenruimte is ook ruim en blijft 'koel' tijdens het warme weer; wat uiteraard zeer aangenaam is. In het zwembad waren telkens slechts zeer weinig tot geen mensen aanwezig. Zalig ! Met zijn afmetingen van 20 op 8m heerlijk om enkele baantjes te zwemmen. Op 10-15 min wandelafstand ben je bij "Spiaggia di ceresolo". Voor wie houdt van de rust zeker een aanrader om hiernaar toe te gaan: een fijne plek om te zwemmen in het meer. Parasol wel meenemen, want er zijn geen schaduwplekjes. We verbleven er met 2 tieners (16-18j)

Federico villa is a unique place to spend time in. From XXVII century building hides a unique charm inside with unpredictable huge functionality. I have traveled there with my family and friends and we had the best time of our lives. The airbnb is well located for car, but all of my 12 guests arrived by trains or buses and it worked great too. Its great place to go for a day trip to Bergamo, Como Lake or Milan. Nevertheless, the villa and surrounding is breathtaking enough, to stay in the villa and enjoy it rather than sightsee anything. It was a blast for me and my friends and family and the day we left, we started to dream of coming back to beautiful Federico villa. Its well equipped and Federico is in touch but not intrusive to support with anything. We hope to come back one day. Thank you Federico with sharing your unique place with us!

Hôte accueillante et très réactive. Le logement correspondait bien à la description et était même fourni avec des gels douches, serviettes, produits vaisselles et du café. Je recommande.

Sarà è stata una host eccellente. Precisa, disponibile, cortese e professionale. La casa è molto ampia e luminosa distribuita su due livelli con delle camere molto soddisfacenti. L intorno è stata una vera sorpresa un borgo costituito da antiche cascine ben ristrutturate e trasformate anche in ristoranti ben condotti. Comodità di parcheggio e ottimi collegamenti con Milano concludono un bel quadro per un soggiorno rispettabile e piacevole.

Superbe séjour. Le logement est très bien agencé, spacieux avec tout ce dont a besoin. C’est un endroit calme paisible, le top on peut y stationner la voiture. Comme nous sommes arrivés tardivement, tout était prêt même le canapé vu que nous étions 4.

Permanenza di un mese super-approvata. Appartamento chiaramente ristrutturato da poco, pulito, con tutto il necessario, in zona tranquilla e vicina al centro storico a piedi e con i mezzi pubblici. Supermercati e ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Host e collabooratori dell'host pieni di gentilezza e informazioni.

By far the best Airbnb I've stayed in at this price. The place was exceptionally clean and was not lacking in anything we needed. Simona definately goes over and above for her guests, for example, ironed sheets and pillowcases! We didn't mind walking the 2km from the accomodation to the arcore train station which took us into milan. I would definitely recommend this accomodation!

Todo muy bien. Zona tranquila, apartamento bueno, bonito y limpio ... Buena decisión haber elegido este lugar para las vacaciones

Riccardo est très réactif aux messages et aux questions que je lui ai posé. Il nous a attendu devant l’entrée de l’appartement alors que nous sommes arrivés à 00h30. L’appartement est très propre, bien équipé, dans un endroit calme. Le seul bémol que je peux relever est que le canapé est trop dur pour y dormir correctement, mais ça n’enlève en rien les 5 étoiles ! Encore merci !

Marco est un hôte extraordinaire Son logement est très bien, fonctionnel et très propre. Avec tout ce qu il faut en première nécessité et plus des extras. Petite attention à notre arrivée. Marco nous donne de très bons conseils pour faire les activités aux alentours. Il vous adresse des fiches détaillées ! C est top (pour aller à Milan en train ou à Côme, pour manger etc…) Il vous demande comment se sont passées vos journées. Je recommande ++++ Appartement idéalement placé et hôte très agréable et attentionné ! Merci à vous Marco et Marzia ☺️

Amamos la decoración del lugar, que tuviese 3 baños completos (esto hizo nuestras mañanas mucho más eficientes), la cocina bastante completa, los baños impecables y las camas también. Es una bella zona, muy transitable.

Abbiamo avuto un'esperienza fantastica durante il nostro soggiorno a Lainate! Mi trovavo a Milano per la Fiera di Milano e la posizione era ideale: tranquilla ma abbastanza vicina alla fiera, il che ha reso gli spostamenti molto facili. L'host è stato molto accogliente e attento, la comunicazione è stata rapida e chiara. L'appartamento era pulito, ben attrezzato ed esattamente come nelle foto. Ho apprezzato in particolar modo l'atmosfera locale: una bellissima zona con ristoranti e negozi nelle vicinanze, perfetta per rilassarsi dopo una giornata intensa in fiera. Consiglio vivamente questa sistemazione a chi cerca un'alternativa tranquilla e confortevole al caos cittadino, ma con facile accesso a Milano!

Eleonora è stata sempre disponibile fin dal momento della prenotazione, ci è venuta incontro posticipando senza problemi l’orario del check in, ci ha accolto con molta gentilezza e fin dal primo momento ci siamo sentiti come a casa. L’ appartamento era pulito e presentava tutti i servizi descritti. Abbiamo portato anche i nostri cani , che sono stati accolti senza problemi, la casa ha un piccolo giardino molto comodo sia per i cani che per il posto auto privato, la zona è ottima per passeggiare e si trova a pochi minuti dalle varie attrazioni circostanti. Siamo molto felici della nostra esperienza e ci sentiamo in dovere di consigliare questo alloggio.

Seconda volta da ospite di Iuliana: una conferma! L'appartamemto é bello, pulito, dotato del necessario, in un contesto curato e sicuro. Iuliana é piú che disponibile e gentile. Consigliato!

Esperienza molto positiva, sono stata una settimana con mio marito e il nostro gatto e ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Davide è stato molto attento e preciso a fornirci tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno. Se avessi ancora bisogno ci tornerei sicuramente.
