What amazing hosts! We were able to check in a bit earlier than planned, without any hassle, as we arrived a few hours ahead of schedule. The communication with the hosts was lightning quick and incredibly friendly. They were incredibly quick to respond and very professional. The location is central to much of Chatham. The premises was clean and fresh linens were provided. The check-in instructions were clear and concise and the front door lock was easy to use. We had a lovely stay and will definitely be booking here again as our only Airbnb when we visit Chatham. So very impressed with our lovely hosts and their beautiful property!

John was a fantastic host and the place was newly updated. it felt very homey, and when we ran into a bit of an issue, John was extremely helpful and responsive. We will definitely be coming back to this area and we hope to stay here in the future!

We stayed here one night for a dance competition for our 8 year old. We needed a big place as we had all her competition luggage + my luggage a two week trip following this. This was a nice big space and we loved how it was decorated. The amenities were excellent as was the location. I believe there is a tent city down the street, but it is far enough away and we were never worried, even walking by it. This is a bottom apartment, so you can hear foot noise above. We happened to be there when there was a playdate or visiting small children, so there was a lot of stomping noise for a while, although we couldn't hear voices.

I had an amazing stay at Pam’s place! The home was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. The location was perfect, and Pm & Ashley was super helpful, making sure I had all the info I needed for a great stay. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay! I Highly recommend it!

Loved the unit. It was special and close by many restaurants and The Black Gold brewery. The only challenge was the steep 20 steps up to the unit, dragging luggage. All amenities, directives and keyless access were first-rate!

Great experience! Very responsive, and also made sure everything was going good. Place looked amazing and extremely happy with my stay. Lots of great restaurants and a brewery in walking distance and close to the train station. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again!

It was such a great place to have a girls weekend! The hosts responded promptly! We loved using the hot tub and being able to have a living room to hang out in for movie nights! Would definitely recommend!!

We spent a very relaxing weekend at Katie and Jim's Golden Spa Suite. The suite was great! Easy access from the parking, king-size bed, enough amenities (and thank you for the snacks!!!), and the sauna and jacuzzi are really the stars of the place. Both nights we slept like babies after using both! Katie and Jim communicated immediately and proactively. And also, thank you, Greg! He was there to greet us and tell us everything about the place and things to do around. The restaurant MacPearson's was the best! People are so nice everywhere! That's what Canada is all about! Thank you all!
