The Hemlock retreat was exactly what we needed for parents of two little kids to get away for a few days. The house was absolutely spotless! The kitchen and dining area was airy and bright with beautiful views of the woods. We watched deer, turkey and woodpeckers during meals. We enjoyed hiking along the creek and through the forest; it's clear that the owners love this property and put a lot of effort into the forest management. The sauna, fireplace and large tub were so nice for warming up. They even provided firewood. The owners house is nearby, but all the main windows face the other direction towards the woods, so we felt like we had lots of privacy. The bed is on the softer side but we slept comfortably. The smart tv was great, and I loved having access to the Sonos speaker in the kitchen so I could play music while cooking. Overall we would definitely come back; it was the perfect stay despite the cold march weather so I imagine it's beautiful in every season. Thank you!

FALL GETAWAY-Stayed Oct 18-20, 2024 with friends. The surroundings at this cottage in the fall are absolutely beautiful lots of fall colours and wildlife. There's a lovely beach just down the road we had great weather so it was nice to go for a walk, very peaceful not allot of people this time of year. We had dinner at Macphersons on Friday night which was very good and pizza the following night at Grogs which was also very good. Host Rebecca was wonderful, helpful, very worry free experience. Great cottage very clean had everything you would need to enjoy your stay. Fantastic getaway to unwind and enjoy the outdoors would highly recommend.

We enjoyed a few days at Troy’s lake house. Contacted Troy about the Heat not being on but with a flip of a switch it warmed right up. Troy was very responsive during our stay. We will be back to enjoy in the warm weather!

Well equipped and functional space with everything we needed for our stay. Beds were comfy and lots of good lights for reading. Filip is an attentive host and communicated well. The house is on a busy road but is set back from road so noise is limited and has good blinds for privacy plus a great back yard. The toys and kid equipment are a nice bonus and came in handy when our granddaughter visited for the day.

We stayed here with our wedding party for our wedding weekend. There was ample space for everyone to stay, plenty of bathrooms with great shampoo/conditioner. The bride and bridesmaids got ready at this house before the event and there was plenty of room for two makeup artists and a hair stylist without feeling crowded at all. Bonus is that it was super close to our venue! Overall the house is beautiful, the service was great and we would highly recommend staying here to anyone!

We were very pleased with our stay here. Kawalpreet was flexible with check in and check out times, which helped us immensely! It had a nice sized, fenced in backyard. And the location right beside the park was great for our four kids.

Ariel is a very responsive host. Her space was very clean. It was great to be able to stay locally while visiting family in Richmond.

Kris’s place is just as advertised, in fact it’s much more spacious than expected. Very comfortable bed and furnishings, everything we needed in the kitchen and bath.

This is a basement apartment Airbnb, which I usually try to avoid, as we have experienced a basement Airbnb where we could hear every word the owners above us were saying. But this basement Airbnb we could not hear anything above us, so it was private. There is a soaking tub/shower with a rain shower shower head. The tub/shower, being a soaking tub, is high to get in and out of. But it has excellent water pressure. The bathroom is not right next to the bedrooms. We always bring our own nightlights in case this is the case. So, with the tall tub and bathroom not near the main bedroom, I am not sure I would recommend it for older people such as ourselves, but for a younger person, it would be perfect.

What a lovely spot! The location is wonderful. There are tons of fantastic restaurants and a vibrant nightlife close by. I had to visit St. Josephs hospital and it was about a 15 minute walk. Stunning inside and decor, with lots of home comforts, an easy to use tv, and excellent reading materials. The bed is HUGE and so comfortable, you won't want to get out of it. The neighborhood is beautiful as well, and it feels quite safe. Highly recommend this place if you're staying in London.

I had an enjoyable stay at Helen's place. It was easy to find and conveniently located with a Walmart Super Store nearby. Check-in was quick with a numeric lock through a private entrance. There was a long stair case leading up to the apartment which I wasn't expecting. The unit was nice and clean with a private balcony overlooking the Sydenham River and situated right next to a bridge. I could hear a "river of cars' during rush hours which I soon got used to. The kitchen was brightly lit and well equipped with a large industrial size sink. There were two seatings to choose from for meals, between a more traditional dining table and a higher table with bar chairs. The bedroom was spacious. Despite the lack of a closet, the host was thoughtful with providing a coat rack with hangers. Helen was accommodating with my request for relatively scent free linens since I am sensitive to the scent of most laundry detergents and dryer sheets. Thank you Helen!

We spent 3 night at this great basement apartment and we would stay again. It was really clean, with comfortable beds an furniture. The host, Ken, was friendly and responsive. The location is great - easy drive to Western and walking distance to a big mall (although it was too cold for us to walk :). It is in a residential neighborhood that feels quiet and safe.

We had a great stay at MiCasa. The condo looked newly renovated, and it was very clean and comfortable. The building has a bar downstairs as well as “fowling”, plus a Speakeasy, so that was very convenient and fun. It was also walking distance to restaurants and other bars. The location is great. I would only suggest that the instructions to open the lock box specify to press * after the code. It took us a little while to figure this out before finally being able to open it.

I had a great experience at Pauline's accommodation! Everything was well organized; the place surpassed my expectations, exceeding what was shown in the photos. It offered cleanliness and everything needed for a comfortable stay, including quality cotton towels, natural bedding, and a fridge stocked with snacks and drinks—perfect for late arrivals. I was especially impressed by the aesthetic appeal of the accommodation and the quality of the furniture and equipment, which were beyond five stars. Pauline was very friendly and always ready to assist in any situation. I appreciated the host's flexibility with check-in and check-out times, which is rare. The property is in a cozy, green area, surrounded by beautiful architecture, ample parking, and a charming café nearby. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone seeking comfort and convenience. It's the ideal place for a memorable stay.

The outdoor space is absolutely stunning—spacious, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed to create a serene and inviting atmosphere. There are plenty of seating areas and places to lounge, making it ideal for spending time outdoors, whether you’re enjoying a meal, reading a book, or just soaking up the beautiful surroundings. The interior of the property was just as impressive—clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything you might need for a relaxing stay. This property is a true gem, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat!

We found the home clean and comfortable and very impressively designed. The area felt very safe. Overall, we had a great family retreat and were very satisfied. Mana responded quickly and accommodated our request for early check in. We hope to do something similar next year, and might come here again, but probably will try another area for variety. This stay confirmed that Airbnb is a good choice.

Amazing house. Amazing neighborhood. One thing I'd call out - the kitchen is not a typical Airbnb kitchen that is missing the basics. It feels like real people have actually lived there and you can prepare almost anything!

Spent the weekend with a big family. 14 adults and kids. Accommodated us all comfortably and beautiful pool.
