It's a special spot to be able to stay right on the lake. Enjoyed that there were chairs on upper porch and right on the water too. Two parking spots right down by the house. Loved walking our dog across the road on the trail that runs parallel to water and main road. Really comfy living room dining area.

A lovely, cozy cottage perfect for a couple’s getaway. Homey decor, very comfortable bed, decent water pressure and a wonderful little kitchen with pans and utensils needed for home cooked meals. We had a wonderful time feeling at home and comfortable here. The host is friendly and responsive and gave very easy and clear instructions for arrival and departure. Would definitely stay here again.

Diane and Tom were great and the cottage was very cozy and comfortable. The hot tub was awesome for morning coffee and at sun down.

Perfect place for a quiet getaway or a local staycation. Beds are super comfy. Highly recommend.

The location was perfect to attend a wedding at Fountainbleu Inn (just a short walk to venue). Also, the location next to lake was wonderful. We had plenty of bedrooms with linens/towels and extras like trash bags, paper towels, toiletries, dish soap etc was very nice. The kitchen had what we needed to cook for 10+ people, except crock pot and griddle (which we brought from home). We enjoyed the hot tub and used the propane grill on the large deck. The owner stays close by and was in communication often.

Perfect spot for a girls weekend! Peaceful and adorable home on a beautiful scenic lake, centrally-located to the wineries and restaurants around Keuka Lake. Thanks for hosting us!

We had our annual girls weekend up in the Finger Lakes. This was a perfect location for us to visit a plethora of wineries, enjoy the lake, and go on a hike. The home was cozy and it was a great place to end our nights at. Mary was a great host and super communicative - gave us some great tips about wineries and some other local spots. Thank you for making this trip a wonderful one!

We had a lovely time on our trip. One of the highlights was being able to stay in such a cozy, well decorated home. Everything felt comfortable and we really appreciated the proactive effort from our host in reaching out to see if we needed anything. Jason’s cozy bungalow had everything we were looking for in a quick weekend getaway from Rochester- quiet and peaceful setting with a view of Honeyoye Lake at the end of the street, a perfectly appointed kitchen, and all the little details we loved about the listing. I can imagine it’s even better in the summer! The home was spotless when we arrive so we could get right to relaxing. Definitely recommend .

We had such a nice stay here! It was a quick last minute one night getaway and it was perfect! The host was so accommodating and responsive. The place was spotless and the little welcome package was so cute and thoughtful!

Michele and Andy were friendly, helpful, hospitable hosts, and their farm is beautiful! We enjoyed a relaxing weekend surrounded by their horses, cows, fields and forests. The house itself has rustic, unpolished, handmade charm and is decorated very tastefully. The bed was comfortable, the wood stove was easy to use and helped us stay warm for our winter visit. Michele was accommodating of our arrival and departure times, going out of her way to try to help us adjust plans to match the weather. She was also very helpful in providing restaurant recommendations and information about the area. We highly recommend staying here!

Place was truly a piece of heaven. Everything in one spot that you can ask for. Prepared to meet any persons needs. Kitchen was fully stocked with necessary supplies. House was immaculately kept. Gorgeous views.

The Little House is in a perfect location, near scenic trails and some of the best restaurants, wineries, and breweries in the area. Communication with Hannah and Dustin was great, and they recommended some local spots and even places in another nearby town we were staying in the night before checking in.

Nola’s place was beautiful for a weekend getaway. Her place is right on the lake and beautiful inside and out. The shower in the bathroom is a standup shower and on the smaller size, but good for a weekend getaway. The apartment was spotless and clean. The steps were on the slippery side so I suggest to wear slippers inside or socks with gripping as I did slip a couple of times going down the stairs. Overall, Nola’s place was amazing and so peaceful. Would definitely stay here again!

from the beginning, mary ellen kept in touch, lets us know how to get in, told us right where to park, instructions for wifi and what to do upon checkout were clear cut. ole thank you of towels, and heaters to be used as it did get chilly. lots of room to veg out after fill days out! beautiful and serene views! thank you!

This cabin is the perfect place to switch off from the world and relax. The lake is beautiful. The cabin is clean and well equipped. James and Renee are lovely people whose main aim is for people to enjoy the experience of staying at their properties. Jamie brought us fish from the river and kitted us out with bikes to save us hiring some. A lovely stay.

It was a great place For summer, but we went during the spring time. It was pretty cold, so we were unable to use the hot tub, the location was very good at right on the lake. It was clean and pretty much. You can have everything on the lake house.

We had a great time at this beautiful lake house. While there are close neighbors, they are quiet and the lakefront area feels very private thanks to the trees. The kayaking and rowboat were a lot of fun. The house has quality furnishings and newer appliances. When we had a concern arise (through no fault of the owners), Mary responded immediately even though it was nearly 10 pm. She made the situation right as soon as humanly possible (first thing in the morning) and her husband actually drove all the way from Pennsylvania to check in with us, though we didn't ask or expect this. While he was there he also installed a new lakefront ladder and chatted with us about area attractions. I highly recommend this home and especially these hosts, who truly care about their guests' experience.

Such a great cabin! Plenty of room for 2 people and 2 80lb dogs. The views are amazing-you couldn’t be any closer to the water. There are docks and cabins close by, but it does feel private. Being October, there wasn’t too much activity on the lake..even with temps in the 80s! It made for a really relaxing trip. We were lucky enough to see a loon and had eagles fly overhead daily..we even had a beaver swim right next to us on the dock!! The cabin has a cozy fireplace (heater) and was well equipped with everything you need. The linens were soft, the towels were thick and the bed was very comfortable! Kayaking was wonderful when the wind allowed. Fishing from the dock wasn’t great, but then again, I am more versed in creek/pond fishing rather than giant lake fishing. I did have a great day fishing at a nearby pond in Hector on the interlocken trail..called teeter pond. Our host (Gillian) was wonderful. It was evident that her guests experience was really important to her.

Wow - what a fantastic lakeside retreat! There must be 6 different places to sit/gather outside - the fire table was especially nice for sipping some Riesling on a chilly night. Well equipped kitchen, and lots of amenities (including kayaks if so inclined). Very quiet surroundings (we were there during the week-end, too), but you have to watch out for the seagulls - they like to hang out on the deck. Great location is within 1/2 hour of many excellent wineries and restaurants. Would definitely return here the next time we are in FLX!
