I keep coming back because the whole is so much greater than the parts: yes, it's clean, Linda's friendly & responsive, the location/privacy's great, good parking, etc. but the extras are what stand out: a family vibe, right down to being included in family dinners! Easy, laid-back routine, on-site "pet therapy." Between her, her family, and the other guests, it's a good swath of folks from whom to get recommendations or simply enjoy good conversation. I like how easy it is to get to and from the airport, too.

Gorgeous townhouse and perfect for our family. Everything was perfectly clean and the host was so wonderful. One of the best airbnbs we have ever stayed in. Great great place!

This cute farm house was perfect for the weekend retreat. Located between Lampasas and San Saba, we never went without.

We stayed here with family and friends for Christmas and new years. It comfortably fit our large group of 14. There’s great outdoor areas for hanging out on the deck or around the large fire pit. The house is on 40 acres with walking trails throughout that we were able to explore everyday! The house was clean and evyn was very responsive and had great recommendations for when we wanted to go into town (only a 10 minute drive) and explore. We will definitely be back to stay here again!

Wonderful place! We had such a great time. It was super easy to get in and exactly as described. The House: The house is large and comfortable with plenty of spots to sleep lots of people. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials, a/c worked great, bed was comfy, and we loved being able to access the water and go fishing! The Area: Just down the street is The General Store which is a fun little spot with basic groceries, and a beer garden in the back with yummy food, a stage for live music, and even a little above ground pool where you can sip a beverage and watch the goings on :) not too far away is the town of San Saba where we got a birthday dinner at Pecan House Grill. The food was great and the atmosphere perfect for our celebration. Colorado Bend State Park is just minutes away from the house so there are plenty of outdoor activities. All around a great spot for a low-key and relaxing weekend getaway!

We sincerely enjoyed the property and our stay! It is an extremely peaceful place, and the hosts are very responsive to any questions you might have. We have already recommended the home to close friends who are also looking at staying in the area soon, and would absolutely return!

I adored my stay, and would definitely recommend. It’s a very peaceful cabin, with a sense of home in the walls. I needed an escape from the city, & this was perfect! I loved that the cabin was pet friendly, with a perfect area for my lab. & The mattress!!! -the best sleep i have gotten in a while. I’d definitely stay again!

Great getaway with my kids We enjoyed relaxing and unplugged for a few days. The property is beautiful and the host was a gem!

It was a cute cottage to stay and very accessible to Lampasas. It was very clean and Jamie was very communicative. We met the owner when we got there, who was very kind and told us a bit about the property and it's history. Would definitely come back! :)

Beautiful cabin and a perfect spot for fishing and stargazing. They have all the necessary things stocked for the stay. I really liked that we didn’t have to rush during checkout. The hosts are very responsive

New, super-clean cabin that is in a beautiful and peaceful location. It’s a short 10 minute drive to Colorado Bend State Park and less than 5 minutes from Fiesta Winery. It was a perfect base for our day hiking in the state park and for meeting friends for lunch at the winery. It’s also an easy 20-25 minute drive to San Saba or Lampases. Easy to find (alongside the main FM road), easy to check-in and good instructions for checkout. Definitely would stay again!

My husband and I stayed there for a couple days and was worth every moment. It was absolutely beautiful. The owners are very responsive and we are already going to book again. This is our home away from home now!! we both are very excited to go back. I would say the only thing that needs to change. Is the TV in the living room for smart TV. We ended up watching 80s movies and that was actually quite hilarious but I still wouldn’t change anything, even if the TVstill stay the same. It was a wonderful weekend.
