Hana was extremely pro active and had clear communication throughout our stay. The place was beautiful and almost made us not want to leave the room! Will be back for more soon and it’s a great recommendation for couples, friends or long stays, all!

Very nice stay, with comfortable beds, great balcony and good views.

We stayed in Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and Hong Kong for about 4,5 months (including 2 weeks in the Ha Long city in Vietnam, in this apartment). It was definitely the best apartment we stayed at during this trip. Big apartment, everything clean, easy communication with the host, nice location.

it is in the part of the city where the local lives. Near to seaside, there are new cafes/ restaurants in walking distance. It is very close to bridge which connects two sides of the city. And, the apartment has all basic necessities.

We had a fantastic stay here. The house is, if anything, a little bit better than advertised and the host went above and beyond to ensure we had the best time possible in Ha Long between recommending things to do locally, organising taxis and much more. I would highly recommend people to stay here - especially big groups!

Amazing place

We had a blast! Pros: • The penthouse matched all the pictures with a fully-equipped kitchen. There were 6 wine glasses, plenty of shot glasses and lots of cooking utensils. • All the decoration was done nicely and the lighting was great (bedrooms even had floor lights). • The balcony was HUGE and even had a BBQ grill that we regretted not bringing food to use it. • The host was very responsive and helpful, helping us in every way they could. • There were 1-2 small grocery stores on the ground floor. They even sold ice! • There was a Vietcombank ATM right at the entrance. • This complex doesn’t have much of a nice view but they have a large playground on the inner yard. Cons: • The TV in the master bedroom seemed like a domestic Chinese product, unlike the TV in the living room. We couldn’t access anything with that Chinese-only display (no YouTube or Netflix buttons). • There is no microwave in the kitchen. • Ceiling/floor is not very thick or soundproof. Highly recommended!

Piękny apartamentowiec z przestronnymi mieszkaniami. Widok z basenu na dachu to jedna z najpiękniejszych rzeczy które w życiu widziałem. Spędziłem tutaj 30 dni i czułem się jak u siebie w domu. W moim mieszkaniu było bardzo czysto i było dobrze wyposażone. Pani gospodarz była bardzo pomocna.

Gia đình tôi đã có một kỳ nghỉ tuyệt vời tại căn hộ của Nguyen. Đây thực sự là một căn hộ đẹp, nội thất còn rất mới. Căn hộ tại tầng 32 của tòa nhà nên bạn có thể ngắm biển từ tất cả các phòng, có chút đắng tiếng là thời tiết không ủng hộ nên tôi chưa thấy được chọn vẹn vẻ đẹp của Hạ Long. Căn hộ cũng được trang bị rất đầy đủ các tiện ích cơ bản. Nguyen phản hồi rất nhanh những câu hỏi và luôn chủ động gửi bạn những hướng dẫn hữu ích. Cảm ơn bạn rất nhiều, nếu có dịp tôi chắc chắn sẽ lại ghe qua căn hộ này.

A lovely apartment with everything that you could need

10/10 stay, if i could give a higher rating i would!! Such a lovely apartment. Everything was perfect. Amazing attention to detail throughout the apartment. The host was so lovely, provided everything I needed and more. I would definitely recommend staying here if you would like a fabulous place to relax and enjoy some amazing views of the bay!

Such a beautiful hotel-like feel for a great price. Location was remote, walking distance from the beach, and far from the city area, but close enough if you rent a scooter. They offer scooter rentals for 200k VND which made it very convenient; it even had a two-person raincoat that fit over your scooter for the rainy days. We loved the beautiful bathroom and balcony. Very clean space and had everything you'd need for a long stay. Washer-dryer unit was all in one and they also provided cleaning supplies. There were restaurants and a convenience store attached to the building. The host was very quick to respond and helpful. There's a rooftop bar, pool, gym, etc available too (I think the prices were 200k per day, but we didn't use it). We went when the beach was at low tide, it didn't seem like many people were swimming. But it was still nice to be there nonetheless. Lots of outdoor workout stations. And lots of new construction for future beach front properties/ hotels.
