Lovely accommodation with great views. The area is still new and there are lots of construction around the building however this was not an issue and we had a great stay.

Linh was very helpful and responsive to all our concerns and needs. She was able to help us book a motorbike for two days, even though we were only there for a short period. She even helped us book a private transfer from her condo to Cat Bi Airport, as we were traveling to Da Nang after our last day in Ha Long. To the condo, it was all modern and beautiful. It has all the amenities that was listed on the airbnb app. It was spotless, clean and very classy place. It has wide spaces and facing with a beautiful view of the Ha Long Beach and the bridge. The place is located 14 mins to the Ha Long International Cruise port where you can have your full day or hall day tour to Ha Long Bay, Ti Top Island, Sun Sot Cave and etc( P.S. depends on your package tour😉). The Sun World Ha Long where the Amusement Park, Cable Car and Ocean Park are is only 16 mins.away both are by motorbike😉. 37 этаж, вид на море. Студия как на фотографиях, в наличии небольшой балкон. Стиралка присутствует. Лифтов много, ждать не приходится. На первом этаже продуктовый магаз. grab доставка тоже работает, хоть и не вся. Быстрый интернет. Парковка для байка 20к/ночь. При выезде оставляете карту от лифта внутри и спуститься без неё можно только до первого этажа.

집주인은 친절하고 적극적으로 소통했고, 우리를 픽업해 주었습니다. 집은 청결했고, 에어컨과 온수기 및 세탁기까지 편의시설이 잘 관리되어 있어 편안했습니다. 지리적으로 썬월드와 해변에 가까워 아침 러닝을 즐기기도 좋았습니다. 꽤 괜찮은 맛집도 5분 거리에 있어 식사하기도 좋습니다. 다시 하롱에 방문한다면 이용할 의사가 있습니다.

We had a blast! Pros: • The penthouse matched all the pictures with a fully-equipped kitchen. There were 6 wine glasses, plenty of shot glasses and lots of cooking utensils. • All the decoration was done nicely and the lighting was great (bedrooms even had floor lights). • The balcony was HUGE and even had a BBQ grill that we regretted not bringing food to use it. • The host was very responsive and helpful, helping us in every way they could. • There were 1-2 small grocery stores on the ground floor. They even sold ice! • There was a Vietcombank ATM right at the entrance. • This complex doesn’t have much of a nice view but they have a large playground on the inner yard. Cons: • The TV in the master bedroom seemed like a domestic Chinese product, unlike the TV in the living room. We couldn’t access anything with that Chinese-only display (no YouTube or Netflix buttons). • There is no microwave in the kitchen. • Ceiling/floor is not very thick or soundproof. Highly recommended!

Piękny apartamentowiec z przestronnymi mieszkaniami. Widok z basenu na dachu to jedna z najpiękniejszych rzeczy które w życiu widziałem. Spędziłem tutaj 30 dni i czułem się jak u siebie w domu. W moim mieszkaniu było bardzo czysto i było dobrze wyposażone. Pani gospodarz była bardzo pomocna.

⭐ Sandy is an amazing host! ⭐ The apartment is in a Five Star Hotel Apartments with a view of Halong Bay, It’s incredibly beautiful, peaceful and spotless clean 🧼✨. The kitchen is fully equipped with all amenities for cooking and 🍳, laundry 🧺. Everything was just perfect – I truly felt at home 🏡💖. The place was nice and cozy, we fit two couples in there comfortably. Everything was super clean and felt like a really nice hotel. There are plenty of places to eat near by and the pool is a must see. The view from the room was amazing and the stay was definitely worth the price in Ha Long. The air con was immaculate and all other amenities useful. We would stay here again.

Good place to stay and enjoy trip to Ha Long.

We had a great stay! The apartment is exactly as shown—comfortable and in a tranquil area. It's very close to the beach and right in front of a park with a 2.8 km lake loop, great for walking or running. A market (1.5 km away) offers fresh produce, seafood, and more. A big plus is having supermarkets, a restaurant, and a café right downstairs, with many more dining options nearby. One thing to note: while the listing shows pools, a gym, and a playground, these are in the larger complex, not the building itself. The pool and gym require an extra fee and are a short walk away. Overall, it was a lovely stay, and we’d recommend it for those looking for a peaceful spot with easy access to nature, dining, and convenience!
