wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Slawomirs Appartment. Wir wurden von ihm persönlich empfangen und haben von ihm eine Vielzahl an tollen Empfehlungen für unseren Aufenthalt erhalten. Er nimmt sich ausserordentlich viel Zeit für seine Gäste und ist mit vollem Herzblut an der Sache. Auch die Lage war optimal um die schönsten Plätze von Edinburgh zu erkunden. gerne wieder.

We only stayed for one night but Neils flat was exactly what we needed. Very comfortable, warm and cosy. Everything you need for a stay and lots of cafes/restaurants within walking distance. Neil communicated at all times and was very helpful throughout. A very big thank you!

Absolutely gorgeous apartment, very central to the city, yet still had that private, home from home feel. Beds are super comfortable and the place was squeaky clean. Craig and Holly are fantastic and super accommodating! I couldn’t recommend them more!

The apartment was perfect for my sister’s hen do. It fit us all in easily and was the perfect location within Edinburgh centre.

We loved feeling like locals, having our own little basement apartment in Edinburgh. We walked all over the city from here. Everything was clean and beautifully presented. We also enjoyed the Scran and Scallie, Franco Manca pizza, Toastology (seriously best toasty ever) and Books & Cup and Lanans bakery (give coffee a miss) all nearby. Also Stockbridge markets Sunday. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay in Edinburgh! The location is great and walkable, with many restaurants, pubs, and parks nearby. Eddie was responsive, friendly, and gave us local recommendations. We loved it!

It was wonderful to stay in Veronique's lovely, spacious apartment. It was beautiful and a very centrally located. We appreciated that she showed us around when we first arrived and that lots of things were provided for our stay, including a welcome pack and toiletries. 100% recommended. The area is very quiet and the neighborhood is charming, with excellent transport connections to the city center. Just a few meters away, there is a hypermarket that makes everyday shopping very convenient. The accommodation offers all the advertised services, with impeccable cleanliness and clear rules from the start. Without a doubt, it’s an ideal place to stay for all types of travelers—families with children, couples, or groups of friends. Staying here made our vacation even more enjoyable than we expected. Excellent layout and location. Very clean and well appointed. Communication was very straightforward to access the apartment and for Wi-Fi, etc. Our family of four was very satisfied and would highly recommend. Walking distance to everything.

This place was perfect! Even better than the pictures, fully stocked, we fell in love with the neighborhood, super walkable, and such kind and responsive hosts! I wouldn’t hesitate to book again next time we visit.

Truly the ideal location! You're quite literally next door to THE BEST coffee in town and loads of restaurants. This was my first time in Edinburgh, so I was unsure of where the best spots were - and man do I feel lucky that I chose such an ideal location. While some made a comment on the noise from outside, I can't say I experienced too much of this. We stayed for a week and left Sunday morning. There was barely any ruckus from the bar across the street and even when you could hear people talking, it was all over by 11:30. The noise was not an issue at all. The biggest noise issue was hearing people coming up and down the stairs. It's very loud and echo-y so please try to be mindful if you're arriving early / leaving late. This is a phenomenal "home base" for exploring the city. The bed is comfortable, and the shower has piping hot water. Just be prepared to bring your bags up a flight or so of stairs.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We felt right at home and was lovely to come back and relax after a hard day being a tourist. There was 4 of us and so we each had our own room which was great. We asked for a late check as our flight home was going to be very late . It depended on whether there was a booking but Jing confirmed that we could and also we could leave our bags. This was amazing and we really appreciated this. He responded very quickly. We would recommend this place and would definitely stay there when we come again

Beautiful space with a panoramic view of the water, we had a lovely time, was close to everything we needed, the WiFi could be better, but it was a great stay.

Had a lovely stay at the Bay. Great spot right across from the beach. Lots to do for kids and families. Very comfortable rooms, and a great space for relaxing with family between the hot tub, cosy dining area and cosy living room. Would definitely stay there again.

Lovely spot in a really great location. Check in was very easy, the apartment is very clean and has everything you could need. Can highly recommend.

Lovely place to stay. Directions were clear to follow but struggled to know which direction they were from. Outside area was great, lovely little sun trap! BBQ and hot tub were great. Hot tub had quite a bit of grit and dirt in it though which was a shame. Inside the arches was very cosy and had everything we needed for the short stay. Bed and bedding was comfy and clean, loved the thought of outside towels for the hot tub aswell as indoor towels. Not had this elsewhere and made such a difference. Bathroom was quite small but everything in it was great. Only downside was the boiler being noisy on and off during the night, even though heating wasn't on. We look forward to booking again for the apartment or cottage.

This will be our go-to stay in Edinburgh. Walkable from Waverly train station, Hollyrood, Royal Mile, Castle, Grassmarket, Princes St….like seriously so central. The bed is incredibly comfortable, the kitchen is perfect for travelers & the fireplace was amazing after chillier than expected weather walking around exploring all day. It’s beautifully decorated & we felt at home for 6 nights! We actually loved the daily stairs as we came home having lost weight on vaca, lol! Thank you for your hospitality Lindsey!
