Beautiful large home in quiet neighborhood. Was able to take some early morning walks and encountered several deer & an owl. All the amenities of home are available. Beds are comfortable & house was very clean. Joy is very responsive & helpful. My family enjoyed our stay very much and highly recommend this property if you need a place to stay while in the Charlotte, NC area.

We had a wonderful experience and Gabriella was an awesome host during our stay. We stayed here while renovations were being done in our home. The home was very well appointed for our stay of close to a month. We were happy to find the home was very clean!! The kitchen was well stocked for cooking/baking. We were very happy to find that it had an air fryer. The firplace and decorations throughout the home made it feel extra cozy. We did experience an issue with the washing machine, but Gabriella was extremely helpful and responsive in getting it fixed right away. All of our requests or questions were answered promptly and thoroughly. She was so kind in making sure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed during our stay. She was especially kind when needed to extend our stay because the work was not finished at our home. If we have to book another local Airbnb, this will be our frist choice!!

House was very clean. I didn't see One bug inside. The kitchen has pots and pans with cooking utensils. Bedrooms were clean and neat. Has a nice porch to sit and enjoy the weather. The kitchen could use a microwave but there is a coffee pot.

Great spot for a girl's weekend. We spent a day at the Ballantyne Spa and stayed here as it was close by! Easy spot to get food delivered and we had a great time! Beds were comfortable, plenty of plates and utensils for dining in. Polo was very responsive with any questions. We didn't end up using the outside amenities since we were gone most of Saturday, but super cute fire pit!!

Alex’s place was great to stay at! We hit a few bumps in the beginning first weeks of our stay where the fridge was leaking and dishwasher not functioning. She was quick to send out maintenance and got them both resolved in a timely manner. She was very quick to respond to any questions we had and worked with us when we extended our stay. The area had a great nature trail and massive playground for kids of all ages so our son had a blast. The dog park was also I nice feature! We would love to stay again the next time we visit for work or a family vacation. Thanks!

I had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The host was super responsive and made check-in really easy. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like snacks and the thoughtful card left for my husband father’s passing. Such a thoughtful small gesture. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Maggie was such an amazing host! Her place was absolutely perfect! So clean and only 10 mins from our family in Waxhaw! Totally would love to stay again! Maggie was so sweet to check in on us via message to see if everything was going good and if we needed anything! We really appreciated that! Hope to be back in your home in the future!

We loved our stay! It was peaceful and we star gazed at night while walking the dogs. I especially loved the sun porch each morning with my coffee while the kids slept in (black out shades were pure magic!).

We enjoyed our stay in Weddington for the holidays. The house was quiet and in a great location not far from the market and local shopping. We had all of the amenities of home. Shilpa was quick to respond and help when the internet went out. I would recommend this listing. We can’t wait to go back and stay again in the future.

We absolutely loved our stay! We were looking for a centrally located place to stay while visiting family in the area. This home had the perfect location. We had 4 adults and two kids under 6. There was so much room for all of us. The play room with puzzles and books was also a big hit! The home is so lovely and had such unique charm. We loved looking at the photos and other historical items around the home. It’s also conveniently located within walking distance of the adorable main street Waxhaw area including lots of shops and restaurants. Communication from Joshua was great and we had no issues with our stay. We would absolutely stay at this home again the next time we visit our family in the area.

The home was just was it said it would be. Beautiful peaceful and I absolutely loved it. I will definitely try and stay here again come Aug with more of my family. There was road work, so I did get lost using my maps, but in daylight you’re good… But I loved the house.

Wonderful stay in a great location.

It was a perfect place for my family. It had plenty of room, fully equipped kitchen, on-site laundry and plenty of parking. Great location!

We really enjoyed the house and it was perfect for what we needed it for. Fit our group comfortably and will look at staying here again if we were to swim at Swim Mac.

This place is absolutely adorable, well thought out and beautifully designed! Everything you need for a comfortable stay is here. Carla along with her husband, Kurt are wonderful host’s, very friendly and so accommodating! My dog, Nala was also very comfortable and loved the fenced backyard and her walks along the scenic roads! I would give my stay 10+ stars, definitely a hidden gem in a beautiful area!!!

Rachel was very kind and responsive. The property was as described. The place was clean and had all the amenities as described. The house was for sale and a showing was scheduled on the day we were supposed to to leave however, under the circumstances of our situation Rachel didn’t hesitate to reassure us that we could check out as late as we needed to. Thank you so much Rachel for being so kind hearted and understanding of our situation. It really meant a lot to us. I would recommend this property to others.

Awesome place to stay! My kids loved staying on the water. Plenty of room in the back yard for them to run and play. Overall good experience

Location is excellent. Nearby park is great for kids (several playgrounds and one water park). House is nice and just as described. Recommend the place.

Peggy's place was perfect for us. There was plenty of room and comfortable furniture. The TV was temporarily out of commission but we were not there very much so it didn't bother us. More time for visiting with the family.
