We had a fantastic stay at this lovely beach house! The location was absolutely perfect – so close to the beach and a great coffee shop. The house was beautifully presented, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the backyard space and entertaining areas, it was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. Melinda, our host, was very responsive and helpful, making our check-in and check-out smooth and easy. We highly recommend this beach house to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. It was the perfect base for exploring the area, and we would definitely stay here again!

Thank you Michael & Joel for a lovely stay to celebrate my turning 50. The house is perfect for a relaxing break, easy walking distance to the beach and fun table tennis and jenga when feeling more active! The host welcome gifts, recommendations and responsiveness were all excellent. Will definitely look to return!

The basketball court is an amazing addition along with the gaming console provided. The house was full of amenities and extras and very spacious, good for big families.

We had a fantastic stay at Sue and Duane’s place! The home was clean, cosy, and perfectly suited to our needs with young children and our dog. The fenced backyard was great for both play and relaxation, and the house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal—close to the playground and beach, making outings super easy. Sue and Duane were wonderful hosts, and we’d definitely stay again!

Lorraine's place was a lovely older house, beautifully decorated, very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our Christmas stay playing Lorraine's great assortment of games and only a short drive to the foreshore for morning beach walks and a coffee at the cafe.

Really enjoyed my stay with friends here. Very close to the beach in a nice and friendly neighbourhood. Lots of additional things available e.g. kayaks and boards, puzzles, and a basketball hoop. Definitely had a lovely time and would recommend

We loved our stay in Lesa's home. Beautiful seaviews, three very comfortable living and relaxing areas, a well appointed kitchen and very comfortable beds with quality linen.

We booked Villa Catalina for a surprise girls’ weekend to celebrate our friend, a future Bride to be, even flying in some friends from Sydney to make it extra special—and it couldn’t have been a better choice! The photos truly don’t do it justice. This villa is stunning, with every detail thoughtfully designed to make it the perfect place to relax, unwind, and not want to leave. Shelby, the host, was absolutely incredible. She was so friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The welcome basket on arrival was such a thoughtful touch and made us feel right at home. I can’t thank her enough for everything! It was the perfect weekend!! Highly recommend and would love to return!

Tony's place was great. We had a 2 week gap from selling our home to moving into the new home and Tony's place was so convenient, easy and well located. Gave us the space we needed to store last minute items to store between homes. Tony's communication was outstanding and he was very helpful and accommodating. I would recommend Tony's home as a great place to stay.

Perfect place for a holiday. We stayed for 2 weeks. Here are some of our holiday highlights Relaxing in the gazebo watching our two girls dive for toys at the bottom of the pool. My girls lived in that pool. Wife picking a giant Zucchini from the garden to make soup in the fully equipped kitchen. My parents loved it. It was delish. My cousins kids stayed for a sleep over as there was heaps of room. Definitely the holiday highlight for our girls. Two different supermarkets within walking distance. A life saver on our first day as we didn't have a hire car yet. My parents and sister would just dropping in on a whim to say hi or stay for dinner. This was possible because the Freeway is just down the road, which meant it was quick and easy to get anywhere. Two weeks went too quickly.

We needed a place to stay close to two rocks and this place was great. Perfect spot for 2 adults and our 5yr old. So many board games and a great playground in the backyard. Friendly dogs and hosts. Place was comfortable, modern and Campbell/Edell have thought of everything needed for a great airbnb stay.

I almost don’t want to leave a review because then people will know about this place. Honestly, the stay was everything we could have wanted and more. The location is huge bonus as it’s so close to everything. The outdoor area was our favourite and was a great spot for gathering each night. The pool was a massive plus. Can’t go wrong with the accomodation. Was perfect for my family that came over from the UK and Calvin was so easy to communicate with, taking my booking well in advance and helping to ease my worry of where they would stay. Would return in a heartbeat!

This is a great family home with lots of space even for a large family, it has nice gardens and great little pool with everything you could possibly need for an extended stay. The location is brilliant, just a short walk to 3 supermarkets, cinema and lots of different restaurants. It is also in an ideal location for driving to the beach, in just 5 minutes, and to Joondalup Lakeside Mall, plus easy access to the freeway and coastal road.

Nicole’s place was comfortable and clean, it was a short drive to the beach, shops and local attractions. The pool was a wonderful addition on the hit days we had. It was quiet and private We will be back whenever we are back in Perth

This was my third time staying in Ledge Point, but my first time staying at this air bnb. It was our best stay yet! Amy was so helpful and responsive, and the location was excellent - walkable to the shop, beach and country club. You can also see the playground from the house, so it was perfect for our kids to come and go as they pleased. Beds were comfortable and a really good shower pressure. House has loads of rustic character that added to the holiday feel, and we had lots of fun playing pool. Highly recommend.

I had a great stay at Lez’s place in Ellenbrook! The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Lez was a friendly and accommodating host, making the check-in process smooth and ensuring I had a great experience. Would definitely recommend!

Ted's Rest was a step back to the 70's (era we were born!). Love those furnishings, lino, crockery, bathroom colours & tiles! It was a very comfortable place to stay; excellent beds & plenty of windows to open & let the sea breeze in. Although it is dated it is a very clean place to stay in. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony & watching the world go by or walking down to the nearby beach (so close) with our dogs. Everything was within walking distance. There are no curtains on the windows (except for a couple of roller shutters at the front); just scrims. Eye patches are good if you don't want to be awake at the crack of dawn!

Great location not too far from the beach, nice little getaway with plenty of space for a family and friends.

We had a wonderful stay at Lana's place in Lancelin. The house was perfect for three small families. The outdoor/indoor room was a perfect space for everyone to gather at night and enjoy dinner together. I liked that the yard space was big enough for the kids to run around and play on all the grass. The home was exactly as described in the listing. I wasn't expecting 5 star but it was great value for money and had everything we needed to enjoy our long weekend away. All the appliances were working perfectly and easy to use. Everything was clean and tidy. The instructions given and communication was very clear and easy to follow. We all had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again.

The location close to the ocean was absolutely fantastic. The room was clean, and having a bbq on the spacious balcony was an amazing experience. Most importantly, the kids loved staying at this accommodation, so we would love to come back. The only downside was that the air conditioner in the living room was not working. Apart from that, I can say this was the best place we have ever stayed!
