Wir waren im Mai bei Alfredo zu Gast. Zu dieser Zeit sind die Strände noch sehr leer aber wir konnten schon Sonnenschirm und Sonnenliegen gleich um die Ecke am Strand mieten. Die Wohnung von Alfredo ist für 2 Personen gut geeignet. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Montesilvano. Vielen Dank

Alessio e Paola sono stati 2 host eccezionali, estremamente amichevoli e disponibili. L'appartamento è in posizione strategica e super comoda, camere vista mare(stupende), circondato da ristoranti e bar, a due passi dal ponte del mare. Siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti dalle dimensioni dell'appartamento stesso, che è,inoltre, piuttosto funzionale, pulitissimo e si nota che i proprietari ne abbiano cura perché è davvero tenuto bene. We had a wonderful stay at this property, the apartments central location in the heart of Pescara is perfect to enjoy the city and very close to the beach. The apartments are fitted out to a high standard very quirky and nicely designed. Very impressive interiors make for a very enjoyable holiday stay experience. The apartments on offer here are truly fabulous and have to be seem to believed! Well worth a stay, we would highly recommend this property for its location size and quality. Fabio and Elena are very responsive hosts with clear information and more than helpful for any questions we had, the check in and check out experience was seamless and stress free. Perfect mix of privacy and helpful communication from our hosts. We look forward to staying with Fabio again when we return to Pescara in the future. Enjoy!

Appartamento situato a pochi passi dal mare (cosa non fondamentale per noi essendoci stati d'inverno ma sempre buono è) comodo, pulito e ordinato, fornito di tutto il necessario come da descrizione. Decisamente accogliente nonostante le dimensioni ridotte. Proprietaria gentilissima e disponibile, per nulla puntigliosa e anzi molto flessibile. Per quello che abbiamo speso il soggiorno è stato più che piacevole. Non saprei trovare niente di negativo, 5 stellette

Fabia è stata davvero gentile e disponibile su tutto! Si è manifestata pronta anche a venirci incontro in una situazione di emergenza. La ringraziamo tanto e saremo sicuramente ancora suoi ospiti!

La casa immersa tra gli ulivi crea un’atmosfera di relax nel silenzio assoluto il tutto contornato da una vista davvero meritevole. L’appartamento è ben fornito di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno (stoviglie, asciugamani…). Bruno è stato un host molto gentile e sempre pronto ad aiutarci! I posti da lui consigliati ci hanno lasciato piacevolmente soddisfatti.

La estancia en el piso de Paolo fue genial!!! Es ideal para familias o grupos de amigos. El piso es grande, cómodo y muy limpio, está en pleno centro de Pescara, en los alrededores tienes todos los servicios que necesitas.

Very spacious, beautiful, clean and well-kept apartment with a large balcony, beautifully furnished living room with very comfortable seating places and two bathrooms in an excellent location, very close to the beach and the sea and to well-stocked shops (e.g. Tigre open everyday until 22:00) and various restaurants. In such a beautiful, modernly furnished apartment with a dishwasher and washer-dryer, you can rest and relax with pleasure. You can stay here both for a short and long time, also with children. The owner Cristiano, an exceptionally nice, friendly and kind person, is happy to answer various questions related to the use of the apartment. Flexible check-in and check-out hours. If we come to Pescara again, we would definitely like to be guests of Cristiano again.

Un court séjour chez Emanuele qui a été un hôte admirable. Disponible et très sympathique, nous avons pu profiter de son logement qui est d’une très grande qualité. Bien situé, propre et joliment décoré, nous recommandons fortement !

Ausgesprochen freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, sehr netter Empfang, Betreuung während dem Aufenthalt und Verabschiedung. Geschmackvoll eingerichtete, grosszügige Wohnung mit tollem Blick auf das sehr nahe Meer. Wir haben uns fast wie zu Hause gefühlt und vermissen es bereits am Morgen oder Nachmittag auf dem Balkon zu sitzen und das Meer rauschen zu hören.

Tutto molto pulito e ben curato, anche Gianni e Lucia sono stati molto gentili a tenerci un posto per parcheggiare la macchina, oltre a suggerirci un buon ristorante per la sera. Comoda anche la posizione per chi poi deve prendere di nuovo l'autostrada o deve andare a sciare a Roccaraso.

Ho soggiornato in questo carinissimo appartamento per pochi giorni e mi sono trovata molto bene Appartamento pulitissimo nuovo e funzionale con ogni confort biancheria da letto asciugamani persino il sapone mani Parcheggio interno e vicino al centro di Pineto Simona molto ospitale e gentilissima Ottima esperienza

Sehr positiver Besuch. Die Heizung ist zwar etwas laut, aber mit geschlossener Schlafzimmertür kein Problem. Die Dusche ist für normal gebaute Menschen recht klein. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet, gut gelegen und in jedem Fall ein Besuch wert!

We have been very fortunate to travel and Hugo and his Mom Emilia are authentic people. They make you feel as family on day one. My wife and I together with my son and his girl friend had a magnificent stay at Hugo’s apt. Pescara is a layback city with great outdoor restaurants and bars. The beach is great and the people are super friendly. We are coming back many times over and over! Thank you Hugo! Thank you Amelia ! Thank you Pescara !!!

Casa ben tenuta e molto accogliente. Ci siamo trovati molto bene con il proprietario dell’alloggio, molto disponibile e gentile. Consiglio vivamente se si vuole vivere un’esperienza rilassante e tranquilla immersa nel verde e ottima collocazione in quanto a pochi minuti dagli impianti sciistici.

Esperienza molto positiva. Alessia estremamente gentile e risposte immediate! L'appartamento, come luogo e disposizione, perfetto per una famiglia ed una vacanza rilassante. Un plus la piscina per come è gestita e mantenuta. Esperienza da ripetere e consigliare!
