Amazing stay! Booked this for my daughter’s cheer competition and had an amazing stay! It was only 4 minutes from the convention center. So close to lake Morton where we saw the swans and ducks and Lake Mirror to walk peacefully around. Alex’s place had lots of extras that the kids enjoyed: darts, foosball, games, a big open backyard, and was just a stroll down from lake Hunter where we enjoyed morning coffee. The neighborhood is super cute on a cobblestone road, and the neighbors were very friendly. It’s also only a mile or so from Bonnet Springs Park, which is a must do if you have kids: nature play grounds, water play, tree houses, a children’s museum and more. All in all, a wonderful place.

The house was so charming, clean and comfortable. Perfect for a relaxing long weekend! It’s in an easy central location for exploring.

Such a beautiful and peaceful place to stay and relax. My favorite part about this house was the serene backyard and how much nature there was in the neighborhood. Everything was so clean and accessible. I’d highly recommend staying here!

I was extremely pleased with my stay. The house is beautiful. The neighborhood is friendly and safe. It was close to anything I needed. The host was great to communicate with. Whenever I go back to Tampa, I will most definitely stay with them!!

We loved our stay. The house was in great condition and as described. The heated pool was great as we had some cooler temperatures but the kids were still able to swim multiples times daily. Would stay here again.

From now on, this is my 1st look when I’ll be in St. Petersburg. My son and I visited Eckerd College and to have an 18 year old say, “Dad, this is so much better than a hotel. It’s like being at home!” The restaurant vibe downtown is amazing and it was 4 minutes by car. I have a bad hip, if not you could walk in 15-20. We ate at Bonu which was as good as restaurants in the North End in Boston. Gwen and Rick genuinely care about their Airbnb guests! Great coffee, too! You won’t go wrong!

This place had everything we needed. Bathroom was a bit small but adequate.

Our time in John’s place was an 11 out of 10.Truly one if not the most comfortable , convenient, and neat places to stay in . He is extremely flexible and always willing to help out with any matter of concern - very few ever came up since he is so respectful and responsible that he’s proactive to make sure we are satisfied with our rental.

Great little place in a great location not far from Clearwater. Indian Rocks Beach is nearby and we preferred the quietness of IRB to the crowds at Clearwater Beach. Jeremy was a great host who was very responsive, flexible, and kind. The host also had great local recommendations. I personally recommend the little coffee shop behind the Air BnB for a delicious cup of coffee and breakfast. Would totally recommend anyone to stay here!

This is a great place and only 10 min away from beach. You can drive or catch an Uber to anywhere. Loved It

Clean, comfortable apartment as described. Host communicated regularly to ensure our stay was going well. Responded immediately when we had some trouble getting in. Nice location. Walkable to lake, coffee shop, and restaurants. Not far from downtown. Would consider booking again.

This was our third time staying in a unit at Beach Cottages. All three have been excellent! We love this low key stretch of beach and sitting in the balcony listening to the waves. This unit was as pictured. We mostly ate out but the kitchen seemed well equipped if you wanted to cook in. And there was a ton of the stuff that’s annoying to buy for a week already available in the unit - foil, oil, salt/pepper, coffee filters (probably enough for the next year or two), dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, hand soap, etc. A few beach towels were also available along with chairs, toys, etc for the beach. The bed was a little firm for our liking, but the sheets and towels were of good quality. Bathroom had a hair dryer which was nice since I didn’t take mine. Overall, we enjoyed a relaxing week at the beach!

This facility was exactly what we needed, I will say I was kind of shocked that I thought I prepaid for everything and then was charged for parking as well as a resort fee… Still feel like it was a pretty reasonable price. I just wish she would’ve included it on the front end.

Marisa's place was a very comfortable and clean stay steps away from the beach. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the area and Marisa's condo!

Ben’s place was just as described. Perfect for the beach. Right outside the door. Beds and baths were perfect. I would only recommend a few updated kitchen items such as skillets and cooking utensils. Definitely plan on returning next year.

We were a group of 5 women, we had a fabulous time! Plenty of amenities for 5 people except for beach chairs which were available to rent on the beach. We had an issue with the dryer not working so we weren't able to do any laundry which was a small issue. I reported it to Franca and she replied right away that she was going to schedule someone to come look at it but never heard anything back from her after that. To get to the beach from the condo you need to go through a gate that is locked at the pool and then through another gate to get to the beach. Otherwise you have to walk around the front and down the public beach access. There were only 2 keys so that was an issue, maybe a lock with a code would be more helpful? All in all the condo was everything that was advertised. Thank you Franca for sharing your home!

Nice apartment tucked away from street. Had most things you'd need for a brief stay. Hosts were very responsive when we had an issue getting in the gate. Pool and gym easy to use and nice to have. Abes place (resturant) and groceries are in walking distance. Enjoyed it very much for almost 2 weeks! note: Was quiet most of the time but upstairs neighbors VERY easy to hear at all hours, and kept me up the last few days.

Perfect location! The place had everything we needed. The proximity to the beach cannot be beat - just walk out the door and you are right there. Both the beach and pool were amazing and never super crowded. The place is spacious and allowed the 4 of us to have our own space, but also be together in the kitchen/living room area and balcony. There are big TVs in every room, which allowed us to watch our own thing late at night. The 2.5 bathrooms helped us all clean up quickly after a day at the beach. Even the garage parking spot was nice and close to the elevator, which helped when we had luggage and groceries to bring up. The condo even provides luggage and shopping carts in the garage, so we only had to take one trip up. There is a full closet of beach items for everything you will need. There are also several games and puzzles to keep you busy inside. We washed clothes several times during the week. Melody was very responsive for the couple questions that we had during the trip.

The condo was great. Impeccably clean and provided everything you might need during your stay. It was excellent value for the rate. It was also a very short and simple drive to get to Clearwater beach. I would definitely go back.
