English Version: Petra’s Airbnb was absolutely amazing. From the very beginning, communication was prompt, clear, and incredibly friendly. The home is beautifully appointed and felt like home from the moment we walked in. Petra took the time to show us around, explain how the washer and dryer worked, and answer any questions we had. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this Airbnb to all of my friends. The Airbnb is conveniently located right by the tram stop, with several bakeries, a butcher, and many other shops just around the corner. There are also restaurants within walking distance and easily reachable by tram. While this location is at the end of tram line 1, it takes only about 15 minutes to reach the center of Augsburg. We have family in town, and when we return, this will definitely be our first choice.

Abbiamo soggiornato per due notti nell’appartamento di Tina, davvero incantevole. L’ambiente era accogliente e ben curato, con una pulizia impeccabile. La vista era semplicemente spettacolare, perfetta per rilassarsi e godersi la natura. Consiglio vivamente questo luogo per una pausa rigenerante.

Wir durften unser diesjähriges Familienwochenende in der tollen Wohnung von Andreas und Dorothee verbringen. Schon die Ankunft war problemlos und die Wohnung selbst ließ keine Wünsche offen. Sauber , großzügig, ruhig -einfach nur schön. Wir waren zu acht und haben unseren kurzen Aufenthalt zu 100 % genossen. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen und sind selber am überlegen wann wir wieder buchen. Vielen Dank Barbara mit Familie

숙소가 정말 군더더기없이 깨끗해서 남편과 정말정말 만족했습니다 침실도 정말 쾌적했고 침대도 정말 편해서 긴 여행에 피로가 쌓여있었는데 여행동안 가장 편하게 잠들수 있었습니다 욕실도 더러운 곳 하나없이 정말 깨끗해서 감탄했어요 바로 앞에 쇼핑몰이 있어서 마트나 dm도 편하게 이용했어요 무엇보다 추천해주신 레스토랑 한 군데를 찾아갔는데 정말 맛있고 친절한 곳이어서 감동적이었어요 다음에 뮌헨에 방문한다면 꼭 다시 가고 싶은 곳입니다

Wir haben unser langersehntes Familienwochenende in Sandras Unterkunft verbracht und waren mit unserer Wahl sehr zufrieden! Die Küche ist super ausgerüstet und auch das Kinderzimmer war ein Traum, mit Spielsachen und Liebe zum Detail. Man ist zu Fuß super schnell in der schönen Fußgängerzone, als auch beim Bäcker oder einem Supermarkt. Auch die Kommunikation mit Sandra verlief super unkompliziert und sehr wertschätzend. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder! 😊 Vielen Dank

I stopped just for a night with my two children, the place felt comfortable and homy as soon as we entered. The check in was easy, Toby and his wife responsive. The only hic-up I had, is that I drove first one turn to early, but found the house straight after... As we stayed only one night, I don't know how the light is in the apartment during the day as it is a basement.

Ich empfehle die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter. Für Kaffee gibt's gleich mehrere Möglichkeiten, einen Porzellanfilter plus Tüten, einen Espressokocher sowie French press. Was will man mehr? Auch die Spülmaschine ist echter Luxus.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tom’s place. The location is fantastic for exploring Oberammergau and there are a lot of activities nearby to keep busy. Lots of good Bavarian restaurants that are easily walkable, and many local shops and wood carving shops. The house was very clean and the sauna and fireplace were nice to come back to after a long snow day in the mountains. If you’re attending the NATO school, the shuttle bus stop is only about 200 meters away, (right across from Hotel Wolf) so it’s very easy to get back and forth. The pictures don’t do the house justice, as it was even nicer and bigger than we expected. Tom was very flexible and allowed us to add an extra day onto our stay, as we had been enjoying it so much. The only thing to be aware of is that there’s no freezer in the house. Luckily it was cold enough outside to keep the ice cream that we bought frozen! 😁 Highly recommend staying at Tom’s place!

Tolle Unterkunft in einer sehr idyllischen Lage. Wir waren 4 Paare und ein Baby und haben eine sehr entspannte Zeit mit Kaminfeuer, Tischtennis (in- und outdoor), Sauan und Flippern verbracht. Platz war ausreichend vorhanden, auch genügend Bäder. Sehr gute und umfangreiche Ausstattung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Erreichbarkeit nur mit dem Auto.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit am Ammersee, welcher fußläufig zu erreichen war. Das Haus war geräumig und hatte eine schöne Terrasse. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren mit 8 Personen für drei Tage bei Tanja und Stephan und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Vom Lagerfeuer bis zum Kanufahren war alles möglich, wir haben gegrillt und es uns gemütlich gemacht. Herzlichen Dank für alles.

The host was very responsive and offered to help for what we needed. We had every thing we needed in that apartment. The apartment looks really nice, modern, and clean. On top of that, the location is perfect to get around shopping areas and restaurants. Recommend!😍

Wir waren mit der Familie zum Ski Fahren und Rodeln da. Die Wohnung entsprach der Anzeige und war für unserer Bedürfnisse vom Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis super. Es ist eine Wohnung im Mehrfamilienhaus, altmodisch eingerichtet, funktional, sauber. Als wir dort waren, war es sehr ruhig, kein anderer Mensch zu sehen. Nachbarn anscheinend sehr nett, denn sie haben gleich Mal ein Paket von mir angenommen. Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Die Übergabe war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, der Wohnungseigentümer wäre jederzeit erreichbar gewesen - war jedoch gar nicht nötig. Parkplätze waren auf der Straße vor dem Haus aber immer frei - gar kein Problem. Die Gegend war umwerfend schön, mit dem Auto erreicht man alles ohne Probleme. Jeder Tag dort war wunderschön, schade, dass man nicht selbst dort wohnt! Super Urlaub in einer Gegend, in der man nicht mehr irgendwo anders hin verreisen muss! ;D

We stayed 3 person which is good for us. Room was big enough bathroom and kitchen was very good and clean. The place is very nice and very close to underground, in front of the apartment. Emanuel was very friendly helped for our all questions and replied very quickly. If İ come Munich İ would like to stay again. Thank you very much for everything we had a happy holiday☺️

This was the perfect spot for our Oktoberfest getaway! Close to public transportation and a beautiful, clean apartment. Flor was the perfect host. Would definitely recommend.

I stayed at Regina's place for 4 nights with my family. The location is fantastic- you're a 2 minute walk to the 17 tram, a 4 minute walk to the Viktualienmarkt, and about 7-8 minutes to Marienplatz. There are loads of restaurants nearby, and the neighborhood felt friendly and safe. Check-in was pretty easy, and inside there are 3 large bedrooms, a really nice kitchen, and two good bathrooms. You could fit 6 pretty comfortably here. One downside is that there isn't a proper living room- one of the bedrooms has a couch- so we mostly hung out in the kitchen. The blinds had some broken spots and didn't cover the windows fully, so the bedrooms were pretty light in the morning. Overall, we had a great stay and would stay here again for the location.
