Beautiful location with stunning views, quick access to a lovely beach. We had a girls weekend and it was a great place to stay and venture out to local spots. One neighbor was particularly helpful and kind with many restaurant suggestions and things to do.

What a place! The best part of the stay was being in such a serene setting. The cabin did the job. The outdoor showers overlooking the river were amazing, and we enjoyed the sauna too. As others mentioned, our cell provider doesn't cover the area, and we could only get wifi from Steve's home if we held the phone in particular spots (or walked 50 feet toward his house). This was actually a big plus, as it helped everyone in our group set down the phones, unplug, and be present in nature. Loved it!

Perfect little getaway spot with back porch, community fire pit and beach access. Vibes are immaculate and the place is spotless. 4 comfy beds, perfect for our group. Equipped with stove, kitchen sink, plates, pots, coffee maker, fridge, large TV etc etc. They have everything you need! Wished we were able to stay for more than one night. I was trying to stay up late and wake up early to get the most out of it. Best of all it’s close to sea lion caves, cape perpetua, Thors well and many more! Hosts are friendly and responsive. I have nothing negative to say about it. Thank you for hosting our stay

I can't say enough good things about this place...the pictures and everything was spot on...it was clean cozy comfortable and fun! We had me my wife our 4 year old daughter my Mom and Aunt and Uncle and we absolutely loved it! And Leslie was super responsive super nice and helpful with anything we asked...I'd stay here again over and over and would recommend it to anyone! An old school beach house right in Florence and right across the street from the beach...it was just what we were looking for and was perfect...I have absolutely zero complaints and so did the family

We were 3 moms, 3 kids and 2 dogs that weekend and this place was absolutely perfect! Super clean, heated up really fast, functional kitchen, clean bathrooms (the bidet with heated potty seat was an added bonus!). The beds were super comfy, it was hard to get out of them! Would absolutely LOVE to rent again. Best mom weekend ever!

The Pacific Pearl was just as described - a beautiful place in a scenic location. We had a really relaxing time and loved the Old Town area - great restaurants and shops. Thanks Leslie!

Such a beautiful and peaceful property. The ocean view can't be beat and we loved staying at the end of the private lane. There's a fun pathway from the house to the beach.

The location on the ocean is perfect. It has a small yard area with a series of steps to a smaller mostly private beach- maybe a quarter of mile in length. My husband and I were the only ones on the beach the afternoon we spent there, but a few other rental homes could access it also. From the deck of the house, you see/hear the ocean clearly. This house was exceptionally clean and modern. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom are perfect. (The house is above 1-2 other rentals.) The town is about a 15 minute drive away for food/ect The host does a really nice job texting the details you need to arrive. Wi fi in the area not good, but in the house is great.

The location wasn’t too bad, secluded requiring a short drive if wanting to eat out. Getting in was a bit trying, as codes changed from here is the code to use to , you are able to check in early so here is a new code. Admittedly, part of it was on me for not carefully reading how to operate the lock. The buildings and units could be marked with the name and number a bit differently. When we arrived a lady was trying to get into our unit because she thought it was hers. Once we worked it all out, it was fine.

My husband and I recently had the pleasure of staying here, and it was an unforgettable experience. Situated right in front of the ocean, the views are simply breathtaking. Each morning, we woke up to the serene sound of waves crashing against the shore, and each evening, we enjoyed the stunning sunsets. The place was very clean and I particularly loved the spaciousness of the room and the large windows that allowed for plenty of natural light and uninterrupted ocean views. I highly recommend staying here.

Overall, my stay was wonderful and very relaxing. The bed was comfortable, and the view was amazing. The rental company was very kind and easy to work with. They let me check in early and when my dog had an accident, they were really understanding I will definitely be back in the future

Amazing scenery....beautiful home and best bed ever

The view is remarkable, and for a studio, the place feels spacious. Yachats is a cool little town with good fish and a wonderful bakery. We've visited before and I'm sure we'll return. If you're looking for quiet, hiking, spectacular scenery -- this is the place.

I stayed at the Beachcomber cottages for a weekend, cottage number 1 was a perfect getaway for one. As they expressed, service is really spotty so it’s important to download the map and write down the wifi password and your code to get in before starting your drive. It can be easy to miss if you are like me and arrive later in the evening, but it’s off the highway and right next to a RV resort. I thought the views were gorgeous and the bed was SO comfortable. Especially for the price, I would definitely recommend if you are doing a little solo trip like me, or even a romantic getaway. Thanks for a great stay!!

Overall we enjoyed our stay and the space. Two of the bedrooms are outstanding, while one upstairs is not private, and one is basically a closet with two bunks in it. Still, it was a good value for what we paid. A few listed kitchen amenities were missing but it was workable. Sweet Homes Rentals is a great management company and very quick to respond with helpful information throughout whole process. The location is stellar and we would stay there again.

Our weekend getaway at Tim's Surf House was absolutely perfect! The oceanfront location is truly breathtaking - waking up to those stunning coastal views was worth every penny. The private beach access was incredibly convenient, and watching the sunset from the deck was magical. The house itself had everything we needed - smart locks made check-in seamless, the hot tub was divine after a day of exploring, and the entire space was clean and comfortable. Having pet-friendly accommodations meant our furry friends could enjoy the beach too! Tim and Monique were exceptional hosts - their detailed directions made finding the place easy (the tip about looking for the white Surf House sign was super helpful), and the house manual covered everything we needed to know. The location near Yachats was perfect - secluded enough to feel private but close enough to explore the area. If you're looking for a peaceful coastal retreat with incredible views, don't hesitate to book this gem!

We enjoyed our stay so much. This home is perfectly located overlooking the beach. breathtaking views. And still close enough to the town to have access to restaurants and shopping. Home was clean and very comfortable. Highly recommend.
