Our time in this historic and beautiful apartment was very comfortable and authentic! We were delighted to have the chance to meet Ngoc's family and friends. She herself is so warm and friendly. She brought us a basket of beautiful oranges that were much appreciated.

wir haben uns als familie mit 4 kindern sehr wohl gefühlt, tolles ambiente im haus und super zuverlässiger host mit ausgezeichneter und schneller kommunikation. gute lage, obwohl mitten in der stadt, sehr ruhig mit netter nachbarschaft. wir können den host und die unterkunft nur empfehlen. danke diep, dass wir in deinem haus wohnen konnten.

Отличное место. Квартира чистая, со всеми необходимыми удобствами. С балкона открывается красивый вид на озеро. В квартире очень тихо, так как она находится в маленьком переулке, вдали от основных дорог. Есть удобный стол для работы, если вам нужно поработать за ноутбуком. Правда, WiFi не очень стабильный и скорость невысокая. Мне все понравилось. Определенно рекомендую.

Really enjoyed the vibe of this house — quiet and tucked away, but still in a great spot. It’s not a new villa, but it feels lived-in and comfortable, in a good way. Nice to come back here and wind down after a full day in the Old Quarter. I’d stay here again next time I’m in Hanoi.

Quelle super expérience de dormir dans une maison en plein Hanoi! On y accède par une petite ruelle étroite. Les chambres sont très spacieuses. La cuisine est à l’extérieur c’est sympa. Seul bémol, Les salles de bain sont sommaires et l’eau chaude au deuxième est un peu capricieuse.

The stay was overall great, and the host was very responsive, making sure we were well-settled. The property has 4 bedrooms—2 with attached bathrooms—and 3 additional bathrooms outside the rooms, which was convenient for a group. The house is well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The highlight is definitely the location—right in front of the lake, offering a serene and picturesque setting. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Kim’s place suited me after a noisy few days staying in the old quarter. The place is located within walking distance to some nice restaurants, the lake and also Lotte mall. Definitely stay here again when visiting Hanoi again

Me and my partner decided to stay on the outskirts and dip in and out of Hanoi Old Quarter and this really made it worth it. A beautiful setting with a great view over the lake with all the amenities you need close by. Highly recommend going to Double B's (10 min walk) for food and egg coffee!

Title: Absolutely Perfect Stay! We had an incredible experience staying at Hoa’s place! From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was incredibly welcoming and responsive. This is a great large studio apartment in Smart City, plenty big enough for 2. Fully furnished, stylish with a good view towards the city. There are loads of shops and local restaurants around the area. It is easy to get the building by internal Vin free bus - the stop is opposite with Vincom Mega Mall run frequently. Busses from there to the Old Quarter take 40 minutes depending on the time of day. The apartment, is clean, modern and has everything you need for a short stay.
