The stay was overall great, and the host was very responsive, making sure we were well-settled. The property has 4 bedrooms—2 with attached bathrooms—and 3 additional bathrooms outside the rooms, which was convenient for a group. The house is well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The highlight is definitely the location—right in front of the lake, offering a serene and picturesque setting. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

A lovely apartment near Dai con, gorgeous views from the balcony, nice spacious room with a clean bathroom and a kitchen. Ngo was also very sweet and helpful when checking in and out. Will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Hanoi

2 big supermarkets are a handy walk away, just past the Australian Embassy If you are cooking for yourselves the local wet meat & veggie market is on the next block

The apartment is beautiful, very clean and just like the picture. The building is near Lotte West Lake. The host is friendly and attentive. She guided me to the supermarket and gym nearby. I will come back again.

Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt – absolut empfehlenswert! Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit in diesem Serviced Apartment in Hanoi. Die Unterkunft war einfach perfekt für unseren Aufenthalt: Zwei großzügige, schön eingerichtete Schlafzimmer mit sehr gemütlichen Betten sorgten für erholsamen Schlaf. Das gesamte Apartment war nicht nur sehr groß, sondern auch ausgesprochen sauber, gepflegt und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet – man fühlte sich sofort wohl. Die Lage ist ebenfalls hervorragend – zentral und dennoch ruhig, mit allem in der Nähe, was man braucht. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Chau und sein Team: Sie waren jederzeit erreichbar, unglaublich hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir haben uns rundum gut betreut gefühlt. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt war der kostenlose Wäscheservice – eine echte Erleichterung auf Reisen! Herzlichen Dank und hoffentlich bis bald❤️

We stayed 3 nights in khanhs Airbnb and had a really good time. Everything was clean and the location was right in the centre of the city. The communication to khanh was excellent. It was a bit loud at some time, but it didn’t bother us. All in all a good experience.

Our time in this historic and beautiful apartment was very comfortable and authentic! We were delighted to have the chance to meet Ngoc's family and friends. She herself is so warm and friendly. She brought us a basket of beautiful oranges that were much appreciated.

This apartment was the best one we stayed in over 3 weeks in North Vietnam. It’s beautiful and the hot tub just added to the experience of staying in a modern Hanoi apartment. This apartment is well equipped with everything you need for your stay. Huoug was extremely helpful and friendly from helping me figure out the kettle to making sure all my laundry was wash and dried ready to pack before we left. Lots of amazing restaurants in walking distance. 5 stars.

Host was incredibly responsive, dealt with any issue we had in a prompt and efficient fashion and went over and above to provide recommendations for restaurants and local things to do in Hanoi. The location was ideal as in heart of the old quarter, walking distance to excellent restaurants and entertainment. The host provided excellent recommendations for local Vietnamese restaurants in particular, some of the best food I have ever had. The AirBnb was exactly as expected from the pictures and description on site. Host also arranged transportation from airport, which provided seamless transport to AirBnb.

Отличное место. Квартира чистая, со всеми необходимыми удобствами. С балкона открывается красивый вид на озеро. В квартире очень тихо, так как она находится в маленьком переулке, вдали от основных дорог. Есть удобный стол для работы, если вам нужно поработать за ноутбуком. Правда, WiFi не очень стабильный и скорость невысокая. Мне все понравилось. Определенно рекомендую.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay here! The host Linh & Thang was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. The place was clean, cozy, and very comfortable for the four of us. Having a washing machine and dryer was such a bonus, especially for a longer stay. Everything was well-prepared and thoughtfully arranged. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay! This is our second time in this place within 3 months. The place is very well furnished, clean, kitchen has all the utensils and spices that needed for someone who likes cooking. Many house plants and good view. Located on 7th floor, great wifi, AC unit in each room. Washer and dryer, drinking water are the pluses. The location is very ideal, quiet neighborhood, very safe with security 24/7. Plenty of indoor parking spaces for motorbikes and cars. Many good local restaurants within walking distance. 20 minutes walked to Hoàn Kiếm lake and phố cổ (old town). Owner is very responsive, great communication in English. She thinks through of everything to make your stay comfortable including a small detail like a scale for you to weigh your luggage. Definitely we will stay here again in our each trip to Hanoi. Highly recommended for couple or family of 4. Thanks again for letting us stood at your place and made our trip more enjoyable.
