Unas vacaciones de sueño. Casa muy bonita y muy bien equipada, con preciosas vistas al borde de un lago, y con artículos de recreo (kayaks, planchas surf, chalecos salvavidas...) a nuestra disposición. Nos ha llamado la atención la gran calidad y buen diseño del mobiliario, de la decoración, y de los artículos de menaje (vajilla, útiles de cocina, ropa de cama, etc.). Otro aspecto que ha hecho nuestra estancia muy cómoda ha sido la calidad de los electrodomésticos y la provisión de artículos de limpieza. Nuestra comunicación con Rhonda ha sido excelente desde el primer momento. Agradecemos mucho su amabilidad y las instrucciones sobre la casa y el barrio que nos ha facilitado. Creo que es la primera vez que califico al máximo todos los aspectos de nuestra estancia. Una casa y unos anfitriones de sobresaliente.

A beautiful slice of Friday Harbor. This place worked perfectly for our family of 5. Amazing views and close to town for a quick trip but far enough to feel peaceful and private.

Our recent stay at this amazing house, hosted by the absolutely wonderful Gramma Rikki, was nothing short of magical! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The location was absolutely perfect. We enjoyed breathtaking views and easy access to all the island's treasures. Whether we wanted to explore the vibrant town, hike scenic trails, or simply relax and soak in the tranquility, everything was conveniently within reach. But what truly made our experience exceptional was the incredible hospitality of Gramma Rikki. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Their genuine kindness and attentiveness made us feel like valued guests, and we truly appreciated their warm and welcoming spirit. The house itself was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It was the perfect sanctuary after a day of exploring the island. We loved staying here. The house is great. The front porch, the side deck with grill and sun chairs and outdoor dining is great. The dock on the water is fabulous. Any specific questions or issues were addressed immediately. Its a really lovely spot. You can't do better on Shawnigan Lake!

This place is a gem. Looking over the water, watching the seals and birds was so peaceful. The house is very well equipped and beautifully done. Can’t say enough about this place. Enjoy!

What a slice of heaven! It was even better than the pictures! We thoroughly enjoyed 2 nights here (wishing it was longer) with our 18&21 year olds. There was plenty of space for us to gather as a fam or find a chill out spot alone. Allison and Sean were great with communication and giving advice for good hiking trails too! We would love to one day return!

Our stay at Gavin’s place was perfect. We had plenty of room for our group. The house was comfortable, well appointed, comfortable beds and had everything we needed and more. Gavin was super responsive to all my questions, he is a great host. Thank you Gavin! Highly recommend this home when staying in Shawnigan Lake. Lots to do, and we had fun adventuring around. Would love to come back in the summer.

The terrific kitchen/appliances even improved my cooking! Parking is off the road so it is important to refer to instructions, but it therefore has very safe, ample parking and privacy. It is well set up for large gatherings, retreats, gourmet cooking classes, etc, with kitchen, pool, hot tub, sauna. Has wonderful panoramic views of lake — changing light, scullers and crew boats.

Some Airbnb’s are magic. Michelle’s house has a wonderful serene spirit. There were deer grazing in the neighborhood one morning. We could see down to the nearby lake. At the same time the grocery store and other shops were conveniently nearby. The house has character— and the kitchen knives were sharp. Towels and beds were very comfortable. Even the shower was special. We definitely recommend this place and its host.

Quiet place with a beautiful view of Shawnigan Lake. The suite was very comfortable and clean. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Wow, Lipton's house, next to the water was perfect. Every morning we woke up to the beautiful view over looking the water of the inlet. After getting up, we enjoyed a refreshing walk in the air along the waterfront. there were many joggers and friendly people out walking their dogs each morning. it was a great start to any day. the place was central to everything that we wanted to visit. Lipton was a great host. He always made sure we were comfortable and gave great recommendations for the surrounding area. I would highly recommend his place and go back to it again if visiting Victoria in the future.

I travel a lot for work and The Suite Spot has everything I could possibly need. Paul is a great host and his convenient location close to shopping and dining makes it easy after a long day.

We stayed with our pup in Grace’s garden suite for a month during Christmas. The garden is beautiful and big and our dog loved running around in it everyday. Her place is tucked right into a quaint area with local cafe, bakery, and other amenities that you can walk to. The lake is a 3min walk away! Grace was an amazing host and we felt right at home with everything you need for a long stay. Thank you!! Happy New Year ✨

We enjoyed our stay, which was relaxing, comfortable and felt like home. The bed and couch are both comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. What a treat to have croissants in the freezer! We were pleased that we could bring our dog with us. The Airbnb is close to Shawnigan Lake, a couple of blocks away. We hope to return.

The house was perfect for our family of 4. We loved the location, and the area was quiet and relaxing. This is a great get away to nature.

We loved our stay! Our hosts were responsive and accommodating of our large group. Everything was great and we’d loved to stay again!

The place is really nice. Private driveway hides the house. Everything in the house is clean and comes handy. We especially enjoyed the large back yard where my dog played three days of fetch. Would definitely come back in the summer to explore some water activities on the lake.

Thank you Lesha for a wonderful stay. The private cottage had everything we needed and more. We loved that we could take in the beautiful lake view from the dock, the deck, and from inside the cabin. It was a treat to have a kayak to enjoy the lake by water. Shawnigan lake and the Cowichan valley is a beautiful place with so much to explore (great restaurants, produce/products from local farms, walking/hiking/mountain biking and quaint shops. We hope to stay again.

Michael’s cottage is an exceptional place in an absolutely perfect location. The main floor of the house is amazing with breath-taking views of Shawnigan Lake. It’s incredibly calm, serene and quiet and the perfect place to cook and relax after a day of hiking. Sitting in the hot tub, overlooking the lake and surrounded by over a foot of snow was an incredible feeling. Everything about our stay was great. Thank you Michael!

Chad and his family are lovely hosts. He encouraged us to let our dog play with theirs, so it really did feel like a vacation for all of us. This cottage is in a quiet location with beautiful views. I would recommend booking to anyone. 10/10

Super cozy cottage. Beautiful view right on the lake. Comfortable bed. Clean with everything we needed. Better than staying in a hotel! Wish we had stayed in the summer time to enjoy the kayaks.

The pond and landscaping was great! Real close to town, I enjoyed it a lot.
