We had a great stay at this location. Was perfect for our family trip and more than comfortably fit 8 of us in the home. The views from the backyard were amazing. The neighborhood is peaceful and very secure in a gated community with security. Charles house has plenty of features to comfortably stay in - we enjoyed utilizing the backyard bbq when we stayed in and all the beach supplies he keeps conveniently stored in the garage when we decided to go out. Charles was also very accessible with any questions I had during the stay. Would definitely stay at this location again and highly recommend.

This house was amazing. I traveled in a group of 5 plus a toddler and it accommodated us perfectly. Great kitchen and dining area. The living area was spacious. A/C in every room was perfect! The location is perfect. Close to local eating spots, beaches and supermarkets. Don’t hesitate to book this house if it’s available. You won’t regret and it’s a great value for the money!

Our stay at Ricardo's place ( from 3/31 to 4/4/24 ) was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The house was spotless, spacious, and perfectly set up for our family and friends to relax and enjoy our time together. The amenities were top-notch and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of — from comfy beds to a fully beautiful outdoor space. Ricardo was incredibly kind, responsive and welcoming. He went above and beyond, starting from reservation to make sure we had everything we needed and offered great local tips that made our trip even more special. Me & my family/friends reserved 2 of Ricardo's properties. It was absolutely INCREDIBLE. Definitely the most responsive host ever. He made sure we had everything we needed & went above and beyond for us. We were there celebrating my husband's birthday and he put up decorations for us, as well as made a huge snack bowl for us to enjoy. I cannot stress enough how great our experience was. I would definitely stay again, as well as recommend any of his properties to anyone who is looking for a big place with endless things to do. Definitely an amazing place for kids as well. 100/10 recommend!!

Beautiful home with amazing views! The backyard is gorgeous! The location is a little far from all activities that a tourist would normally do, the beaches around the house look pretty but can’t really enjoy them as they are full of homeless people.

Sydney and Ethan were great hosts. They responded quickly to questions and requests. Any questions and concerns I had were addressed thoroughly and quickly. I would stay with them again.

We stayed at this location for a partial family getaway and my husband and I’s honeymoon. I do believe almost everything was up to par including the communication between. The other situation that arose was being unable to use the TV without our hotspot, however tiger and lily tried to quickly get it resolved, we had found out that the internet issue had nothing to do with the unit but a wire had been cut through the whole floor. Nonetheless every were apologetic and tried to do what they could to assist. The location is decent, it’s got lots to do. The pool was nice and cold while the spa was really hot lol! Washed and drier prices were fair. Overall I think this is a great choice for small families or couples looking to get away for a bit. I hope you all enjoy this place as much as my family did.
